1. பசுமை தமிழ்நாடு
- ‘பசுமை தமிழ்நாடு’ இயக்கத்துக்கு தனி இணையதளம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்த இயக்கத்தை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
- இந்த இயக்கத்தின் தொடக்க கட்டமாக நிகழாண்டில் 2.80 கோடி மரக்கன்றுகள் நடும் திட்டத்தை பள்ளி மாணவர்களுடன் இணைந்து அவர் தொடங்கினார்.
- தமிழ்நாட்டின் காடு மற்றும் மரங்களின் அடர்த்தியை மாநிலத்தின் நிலப்பரப்பில் 33 சதவீதமாக உயர்த்த பசுமை தமிழ்நாடு இயக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கான அறிவிப்பு சட்டப்பேரவையில் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.

- திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் பசுமை இயக்கத்தின் கீழ் அடுத்த பத்தாண்டு காலத்தில் நகர்ப்புற பகுதிகள், விவசாயப் பண்ணைகள், கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள், கோயில் நிலங்கள், தொழிற்சாலைகள், தொழிற்சாலைகளுக்கு சொந்தமான நிலங்கள், ஏரிக்கரைகள், நீர் பிடிப்பு பகுதிகள், ஆற்றுப்படுகைகள், பிற பொது நிலங்களில் உள்ளூர் மர வகைகள் நடப்படும்.

2. சப்த கோசி அணை திட்டம்
- வெள்ள தடுப்பு, நீர்மின் உற்பத்தி உள்ளிட்டவற்றுக்கு வழிவகுக்கும் சப்த கோசி அணை திட்டப்பணிகளை முன்னெடுப்பதற்கு இந்தியாவும் நேபாளமும் முடிவெடுத்துள்ளன.
- இந்தியா-நேபாளம் இடையேயான நீர் வளங்கள் கூட்டுக் குழுவின் ஒன்பதாவது கூட்டம் நேபாள தலைநகர் காத்மண்டு நகரில் நடைபெற்றது.
- கூட்டத்தில் ஜல்சக்தி அமைச்சகத்தின் நீர்வளத்துறை செயலர் பங்கஜ்குமார் தலைமையிலான இந்திய குழு பங்கேற்றது.
- இரு நாடுகளுக்கு இடையேயான நீர் பகிர்வு குறித்து இந்திய கூட்டத்தில் விரிவாக விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது.

3. இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம் திட்டம் 8 ஆண்டு நிறைவு
- பிரதமர் மோடியின் முதல் முன்முயற்சியான ‘இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம்’ (மேக் இன் இந்தியா) திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டு செப்டம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதியுடன் 8 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவேறும் நிலையில் இந்த திட்டத்தில் 2021-2022 நிதியாண்டில் ரூபாய் 6,27,000 கோடி (83 மில்லியன் டாலர்) அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீடு கிடைத்துள்ளதாக மத்திய வர்த்தகம் தொழில்துறை அமைச்சகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- கடந்த எட்டு ஆண்டுகால சீர்திருத்த நடவடிக்கைகளில் இதை இரட்டிப்பு வளர்ச்சி என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடியின் தலைமையின் கீழ் ஆட்சி அமைக்கப்பட்டு 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டு ‘இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம்’ திட்டம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
- உற்பத்தி சேவை துறை உள்ளிட்ட 27 துறைகளில் இந்த திட்டம் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க அளவில் சாதனைகளை புரிந்துள்ளது.
- எட்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு நாட்டின் அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீடுகள் 2014-15 நிதியாண்டில் ரூபாய் 2,75,415 கோடியாக (45.15 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்) இருந்தது.
- இந்த கொள்கை அறிவிப்புக்கு பின்னர் தொடர்ந்து அதிகரித்து 2021-2022 ஆம் நிதி ஆண்டில் நாட்டில் இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு அதிகமான அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீடாக ரூபாய் 6,27,000 கோடியாக (83.6 பில்லியன் டாலர்கள்) கிடைத்துள்ளது.
- இந்த அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீடு சுமார் 101 நாடுகளில் இருந்து வந்துள்ளது.
- இது 31 மாநிலங்கள், யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள், 57 துறைகளில் முதலீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- ஒற்றைச் சாளர அமைப்பு:
- முதலீட்டாளர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு ஒப்புதல்கள், அனுமதிகளுக்கு ஒற்றைச் சாளர முறையில் வணிகத்தை எளிதாக்குவதை மேம்படுத்த ‘தேசிய ஒற்றைச் சார்ந்த அமைப்பு‘ கடந்த ஆண்டு இதே மாதம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
- ‘இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம்’ பார்வையின் மற்றொரு வெளிப்பாடாக ‘ஒரு மாவட்டம்–ஒரு தயாரிப்பு‘ என்ற முன் முயற்சி உற்பத்தியாளர்களுக்கு உலகளாவிய தளத்தை வழங்கி வருகின்றது.
4. ஆப்ரேஷன் மேக சக்ரா
- சிறார்கள் இடம் பெறும் பாலியல் வீடியோ மற்றும் புகைப்படங்களை இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றுதல் தொடர்பாக 21 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களில் உள்ள 59 இடங்களில் சிபிஐ சோதனை மேற்கொண்டது.
- நியூசிலாந்து காவல்துறையிடமிருந்து சர்வதேச குற்றங்களை விசாரிக்கும் அமைப்பின் (இன்டர் போல்) பிரிவான, சிங்கப்பூரை மையமாகக் கொண்ட, ‘சிறார்களுக்கு எதிரான குற்றங்களை விசாரிக்கும் பிரிவு‘ சிறார்களுக்கு இழைக்கப்படும் பாலியல் குற்றங்கள் குறித்தான தகவலை பெற்றது.
- இப்பிரிவு சிபிஐ வழங்கிய தகவலின் அடிப்படையில், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப சட்டத்தின் கீழ் இரண்டு வழக்குகள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டன.
- இதைத்தொடர்ந்து ‘ஆபரேஷன் மேக சக்ரா‘ என பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ள இச்சோதனை நடவடிக்கை ஹரியானா, உத்தரகாண்ட், குஜராத், உத்திரபிரதேசம், மேற்குவங்கம், மகாராஷ்டிரம், ஜார்கண்ட், கர்நாடகம், கேரளம், சத்தீஸ்கர் உள்ளிட்ட மாநிலங்களில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்தியாவில் முதல் முறையாக இணையவழி குற்றங்களை விசாரிக்கும் பிரிவை சிபிஐ ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது.
- சிபிஐயின் சமீபத்திய உலகளாவிய குற்றச்செயல் தடுப்பு நடவடிக்கையில் ‘ஆபரேஷன் மேக சக்ராவும்‘ ஒன்று.
- கடந்த ஆண்டு நவம்பர் மாதத்திலும் ‘ஆபரேஷன் கார்பன்‘ என்ற பெயரில் இத்தகைய குற்ற செயல்பாடுகளுக்கு எதிராக, 14 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களில் சிபிஐ சோதனை மேற்கொண்டது.
- இச்சோதனையில் 80க்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்கள் மீது சிபிஐ வழக்கு பதிவு செய்தது.
5. ‘க்வாட்‘ நாடுகள்
- இணைய வழி பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்யவும், அரசு ஆதரவுடன் நடைபெறும் இணையவழி குற்றங்களை தடுக்கவும் ஒத்துழைப்புடன் செயல்படுவதற்கு நாற்கர கூட்டமைப்பு (க்வாட்) நாடுகள் உறுதி ஏற்றுள்ளது.
- இந்தியா, அமெரிக்கா, ஆஸ்திரேலியா, ஜப்பான் ஆகிய நாடுகள் க்வாட் கூட்டமைப்பில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.
- அந்நாடுகளின் வெளியுறவு அமைச்சர்கள் பங்கேற்ற கூட்டம் அமெரிக்காவில் நடைபெற்றது.
6. தேசிய விருது
- தில்லி குடியரசுத் தலைவர் மாளிகையில் நடைபெற்ற 2020-21 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான நாட்டு நலப்பணித் திட்டத்துக்கான (என்எஸ்எஸ்) தேசிய விருது வழங்கும் நிகழ்ச்சியில் சென்னை அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் துணைவேந்தர் டாக்டர்.ஆர்.வேல்ராஜ் நாட்டு நலப்பணி திட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் ஆர்.ரமேஷ் ஆகியோருக்கு குடியரசு தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு விருது வழங்கினார்.
7. 5-ஜி சேவை
- டெல்லியில் அக்டோபர் 1 முதல் 4 வரை இந்திய கைபேசி மாநாடு நடைபெற உள்ளது.
- முதல் நாளில் 5-ஜி சேவையை பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கி வைக்க உள்ளதாக மத்திய தகவல் தொடர்பு துறையின் தேசிய அகண்ட அலைவரிசை இயக்கம் ட்விட்டரில் வெளியிட்ட பதிவில் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- 5-ஜி அலைக்கற்றைகள் ரூபாய் 1.5 லட்சம் கோடிக்கு ஏலம் எடுக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் ரிலையன்ஸ், ஜியோ, பாரதி ஏர்டெல், அதானி டேட்டா நெட்வொர்க், வோடாபோன் ஆகிய நிறுவனங்களிடமிருந்து முன் தொகையாக தொலைத் தொடர்பு துறைக்கு ரூபாய் 17,876 கோடி கிடைத்தது.
- முகேஷ் அம்பானியின் ஜியோ நிறுவனம் அதிக அலைகற்றைகளை ஏலம் எடுத்துள்ளது.

1. ஜாம்பவான் ஜீலன் கோசஸ்வாமி ஓய்வு
- இந்திய அணிக்கு 20 ஆண்டுகளாக ஆடியவர் ஜுலன் கோஸ்வாமி, 203 ஒரு நாள் ஆட்டங்களில் 253 விக்கெட்டுகள் உள்பட மொத்தம் 353 சர்வதேச விக்கெட்டுகளை வீழ்த்தியுள்ளார்.

1. Green Tamil Nadu
- A separate website has been launched for the ‘Pasumai Tamilnadu’ movement.
- This movement was started by Chief Minister M.K.Stalin.
- As the initial phase of this movement, he initiated a project to plant 2.80 crore saplings in the current year along with school students.
- A notification to set up Green Tamil Nadu movement to increase the forest and tree density of Tamil Nadu to 33 percent of the state’s land area was announced in the Assembly.
- Chief Minister M. K. Stalin launched the Green Tamil Nadu Movement which was created accordingly.
- OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT Local tree species will be planted in urban areas, agricultural farms, educational institutions, temple lands, factories, industrial owned lands, lake banks, water catchment areas, river basins and other public lands during the next decade under the Green Movement.
- Farmers are also encouraged under the green movement to grow economically important and high quality trees like sandalwood, sheepwood and spearwood.
- 2.80 crore saplings have been grown through nurseries in various districts in collaboration with government and private organizations for the Green Tamil Nadu movement.
- A separate website www.greentnmission.com has been created for the Green Tamil Nadu Mission to monitor the demand for seedlings and nurseries.
- Details of all planting sites are collected along with geo code data to monitor seedling planting, survival etc.

2. Sapta Kosi Dam Project
- India and Nepal have decided to take forward the Sapta Kosi Dam project which will lead to flood prevention, hydropower generation etc.
- The ninth meeting of the India-Nepal Joint Committee on Water Resources was held in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.
- An Indian delegation led by Pankaj Kumar, Secretary, Water Resources, Ministry of Water Power, participated in the meeting.
- Water sharing between the two countries was discussed in detail at the Indian meeting.
- Mainly, it was mentioned in the statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs that the implementation of the Mahakali River Water Treaty and the speedy progress of the Sapta Kosi Dam project were discussed.
- The Mahakali Water Treaty was signed between India and Nepal in 1996.
- Under the agreement it was agreed to develop the Mahakali river and its tributaries.
3. Make in India project completes 8 years
- Prime Minister Modi’s first initiative ‘Make in India’ (Make in India) program was launched on September 25 and will complete 8 years on September 25.
- The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has announced that the program has received foreign direct investment of Rs 6,27,000 crore ($83 million) in the financial year 2021-2022.
- This has been reported as a double growth in the last eight years of reforms.
- The government was formed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ‘Make in India’ scheme was announced in 2014.
- The project has achieved significant achievements in 27 sectors including manufacturing and service sector.
- Eight years ago the country’s foreign direct investments stood at Rs 2,75,415 crore (US$ 45.15 billion) in the 2014-15 financial year.
- The policy has continued to increase since the announcement and the country has received an all-time high FDI inflow of Rs 6,27,000 crore ($83.6 billion) in the financial year 2021-2022.
- This foreign direct investment has come from around 101 countries.
- It is invested in 31 states, union territories, 57 sectors.
- Single Window System:
- The ‘National Single Window System’ was launched in the same month last year to improve ease of doing business through a single window system for various approvals, clearances for investors.
- Another manifestation of the ‘Make in India’ vision is the ‘One District-One Product’ initiative providing a global platform to manufacturers.
4. Operation Megha Chakra
- CBI raided 59 locations in 21 states and union territories in relation to uploading of sexual videos and photographs of minors on the internet.
- The Singapore-based ‘Crimes Against Minors Unit’, a unit of the International Criminal Investigation Agency (INTERPOL), received information on sexual offenses against minors from the New Zealand police.
- Based on the information provided by the CBI, two cases were registered under the Information Technology Act.
- Following this, the test operation named ‘Operation Megha Chakra’ has been carried out in states including Haryana, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Chhattisgarh.
- For the first time in India, the CBI has set up a cyber crime unit.
- ‘Operation Megha Chakra’ is one of the CBI’s latest global anti-crime operations.
- In November last year too, the CBI conducted a raid in 14 states and union territories against such criminal activities under the name ‘Operation Carbon’.
- CBI booked more than 80 people in this trial.
5. ‘Quad’ countries
- The Quadrilateral Alliance (Quad) countries have pledged to work together to ensure cyber security and prevent state-sponsored cybercrime.
- India, USA, Australia and Japan are included in Quad alliance.
- A meeting attended by foreign ministers of those countries was held in America.
6. National Award
- President Dr. Dr. R. Velraj, Vice-Chancellor of Anna University, Madras, National Welfare Program Coordinator R. Ramesh presented the award at the National Award Ceremony for the year 2020-21 at the President’s House, Delhi Dr. Draupadi Murmu.
7. 5-G Service
- The India Mobile Conference is scheduled to be held in Delhi from October 1 to 4.
- Prime Minister Modi is going to launch 5G service on the first day, the National Broadband Initiative of the Central Department of Communications said in a post on Twitter.
- While the 5-G spectrum was auctioned for Rs 1.5 lakh crore, the telecom sector received Rs 17,876 crore as an advance from Reliance, Jio, Bharti Airtel, Adani Data Network and Vodafone.
- Mukesh Ambani’s Jio has bid for more spectrum.
