மாநில செய்திகள்

1. திருச்சியில் பெரியார் உலகம்

• பெரியார் பிறந்த தினத்தை ஒட்டி திருச்சியில் அமையுள்ள ‘பெரியார் உலகம்’ கட்டுமான பணிகள் தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளன.
• திருச்சி – சென்னை நெடுஞ்சாலையில் உள்ள சிறுகனூரில் பெரியார் உலகம் அமைக்கப்பட உள்ளது.
• சுமார் 30 ஏக்கருக்கும் கூடுதலான பரப்பில் அமைய உள்ள இந்த பெரியார் உலகத்தில், 95 அடி உயரச்சிலை, ஆய்வகம், பயிலகம் அதை ஒட்டிய நூலகம் முதலிய பல்வேறு அம்சங்கள் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளன.
• இதன் கட்டுமான பணிகளை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடக்கி வைக்க உள்ளார்.
• பெரியாரின் பிறந்த தினம் சமூக நீதி நாளாக கடைப்பிடிக்கப்படும் என்று தமிழக அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

2. மதுரையில் ரூபாய் 600 கோடியில் டைட்டில் பூங்கா

• குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் துறை சார்பில் ‘தோள் கொடுப்போம்’ தொழில்களுக்கு தென்மண்டல மாநாடு மதுரையில் நடைபெற்றது.
• புதிய தொழில் குழுமங்கள் தொடக்கம்:
• அந்தந்த பகுதிக்குரிய சிறு தொழில்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் தொழில் குழுமங்கள் உருவாக்கப்படுகின்றன.
• காஞ்சிபுரம் நரிக்குறவர் பாசிமணி குழுமம்,
• திருநெல்வேலியில் சமையல் பாத்திரக் குழுமம்
• திருப்பத்தூரில் ஊதுபத்தி குழுமம்
• சேலம் மாவட்டம் தம்மம்பட்டியில் மரச் சிற்பக் குழுமம்
• கிருஷ்ணகிரியில் மூலப்பொருள்கள் கிடங்கு குழுமம்

• தொழில் வளர்ச்சியில் முன்னேற்றம்:
• நாட்டில் எளிமையாக தொழில் புரிதல் பட்டியலில் தமிழகம் 14வது இடத்தில் இருந்து இப்போது மூன்றாவது இடத்திற்கு முன்னேறி உள்ளது.
• முதல் இடத்தை பிடிப்பதே தமிழக அரசின் இலக்கு.
• ‘ஸ்டார்ட் அப்’ இந்தியா வெளியிட்ட தரவரிசை பட்டியலில் சிறந்த புத்தொழில் செயல்பாடுக்கான ‘லீடர்’ அங்கீகாரத்தை தற்போது தமிழகம் பெற்று இருக்கிறது.
• கடந்த 2000 – இல் அப்போதய முதல்வர் மு.கருணாநிதி சென்னையில் திறந்து வைத்த டைடல் பூங்கா தமிழகத்தில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பு புரட்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
• இதைத் தொடர்ந்து கோவையில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப பூங்கா உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.
• இப்போது திருப்பூர், விழுப்புரம், தூத்துக்குடி, தஞ்சாவூர், சேலம், வேலூர் மற்றும் உதகை ஆகிய இடங்களில் புதிய டைடல் பூங்காக்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
• இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக மதுரை நகரின் மையப்பகுதியான மாட்டுத்தாவணியில் இரண்டு கட்டங்களாக இந்த பூங்கா கட்டப்படும்.
• முதற்கட்டமாக ரூபாய் 600 கோடியில் 5 ஏக்கரில் இது அமைக்கப்படும்.
• இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தில் மேலும் ஐந்து ஏக்கரில் விரிவாக்கம் செய்யப்படும்.
• இந்த பூங்காவானது தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் புதிய தொழில்நுட்பங்களுக்கு தரமான உள் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை வழங்குவதுடன் மதுரை மண்டலத்தின் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கும் வகுக்கும்.
• முதல் கட்டத்தில் பத்தாயிரம் பேர் வேலைவாய்ப்பு பெறுவர் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம் என்றார்.

3. காலை உணவு திட்டத்திற்கு விவசாயிகளிடம் சிறுதானியங்கள் கொள்முதல்

• முதலமைச்சரின் காலை உணவு திட்டத்திற்கு விவசாயிகளிடம் சிறுதானியங்களை கொள்முதல் செய்ய வேண்டுமென தமிழக அரசின் தலைமைச் செயலர் வெ.இறையன்பு அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளார்.
• இது தொடர்பாக பொதுமக்களிடையே விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்த ஆலோசனை கூட்டம் தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் தலைமை செயலர் இறையன்பு தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது.
• பொதுமக்கள் உடைய அரிசி உணவு பயன்பாடு அதிகரித்து சோளம், கம்பு, கேழ்வரகு, தென்னை, வரகு, சாமை, குதிரைவாலி போன்ற சிறுதானியங்களையும் பயன்பாடு வெகுவாக குறைந்து விட்டது.
• ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபை 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டு சர்வதேச சிறுதானிய ஆண்டாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.

4. பள்ளிப் புத்தகம் மேம்பாட்டு திட்டம்

• பள்ளி பருவத்திலேயே மாணவர்களின் சிந்தனை உடையவர்களாக உருவாக்கும் பள்ளி புத்தாக்க மேம்பாட்டு திட்டத்தை தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
• பள்ளி புத்தாக்கம் மேம்பாட்டு திட்டம்:
• தமிழ்நாடு தொழில் முனைவோர் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் புத்தாக்க நிறுவனமும் பள்ளி கல்வித்துறையும் யுனிசெப் நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து இத்திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த உள்ளன.
• நிகழாண்டில் முதல் கட்டமாக அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் அனைத்து மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் ஒன்பது முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரையில் பயிலும் 1.56 லட்சம் மாணவர்களுக்கும், 1320 ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் தொழில் முனைதல் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வு அளிக்கப்படும்.

• தொழில் முனைவோருக்கு விருதுகள் 2021 – 22 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மாநில அளவிலான சிறந்த தொழில் முனைவோருக்கான விருதுகளை முதல்வர் ஸ்டாலின் வழங்கினார்.
• சிறந்த தொழில் முனைவோர் விருது (தூத்துக்குடி கல்பகா கெமிக்கல்ஸ்)
• வேளாண் சார்ந்த தொழில் விருது (திருப்பத்தூர் மாவட்டம் ப்ரெஸ்ரா பிக்கில்ஸ்)
• தரம் மற்றும் ஏற்றுமதி விருது (தூத்துக்குடி ரமேஷ் ஃபிளவர்ஸ்)
• சிறந்த மகளிர் தொழில் முனைவோர் விருது (செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம் ஐசிஏ ஸ்பெஷாலிட்டி)
• சிறப்பு பிரிவினருக்கான விருது (புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் பிரபு இண்டஸ்ட்ரியல்) ஆகிய விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
• குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு அதிக கடன் வழங்கிய முதல் மூன்று வங்கிகளான முறையை இந்தியன் வங்கி, இந்தியன் ஓவர்சீஸ் வங்கி, பரோடா வங்கி ஆகிய வங்கிகளுக்கு விருதுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

5. கி.ரா விருது

• கோவை விஜயா வாசகர் வட்டம் சார்பில் ஆண்டுதோறும் சிறந்த எழுத்தாளருக்கு ரூபாய் 5 லட்சம் ரொக்க பரிசுடன் கி.ரா விருது வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
• சக்தி மசாலா நிறுவனம் வழங்கும் விஜயா வாசகர் வட்டத்தில் 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான கி.ரா விருதுக்கு கனடாவில் வசிக்கும் எழுத்தாளர் அ.முத்துலிங்கம்  தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

1. எஸ்சிஓ மாநாடு கூட்டறிக்கை

• இந்தியா, சீனா, ரஷ்யா, பாகிஸ்தான், உஸ்பெகிஸ்தான், கஜகஸ்தான் தஜிகிஸ்தான், கிர்கஸ் குடியரசு ஆகிய எட்டு நாடுகளைக் கொண்ட எஸ்சிஓ (ஷாங்காய் ஒத்துழைப்பு கூட்டமைப்பு) மாநாட்டின் முடிவில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட கூட்டறிக்கை:
• பயங்கரவாதம், பிரிவினைவாதத்தின் அனைத்து வடிவங்களாலும் ஏற்படும் பாதுகாப்பு அச்சுறுத்தல் குறித்து எஸ்சிஓ உறுப்பு நாடுகளின் தலைவர்கள் கவலை தெரிவித்தனர்.
• அந்த நாடுகளில் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள பயங்கரவாதிகள், பிரிவினைவாதிகள் விவரம் அடங்கிய ஒரே பட்டியலை தயாரிக்க எஸ்சிஓ அமைப்பு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
• எஸ்சிஓ உறுப்பு நாடுகள் அமைந்துள்ள பிராந்தியத்திற்கு பயங்கரவாதிகள், பிரிவினைவாதிகளால் ஏற்படும் அச்சுறுத்தலை எதிர்கொள்ளும் நோக்கில் இந்த பட்டியலை தயாரிக்க தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டு இருப்பதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2. சிடாக்லிப்டின்

• சர்க்கரை நோய் சிகிச்சைக்கான மிகக் குறைந்த விலையிலான சிடாக்லிப்டின் பாஸ்பேட் கூட்டு மருந்து மக்கள் மருந்தகங்களில் கிடைக்கும் என மத்திய அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

3. எஸ்சிஓ தலைமை பொறுப்பை ஏற்றது

• இந்தியா ஷாங்காய் ஒத்துழைப்பு கூட்டமைப்பின் தலைமை பொறுப்பை உறுப்பினர்கள் சுழற்சி முறையில் வகுத்து வருகின்றன.
• நடைபாண்டுக்கான தலைமை பொறுப்பே உஸ்பெகிஸ்தான் வகித்த நிலையில் 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தலைமை பொறுப்பு இந்தியா ஏற்றது.
• அதன்படி அடுத்த ஆண்டுக்கான எஸ்சிஓ மாநாட்டை இந்தியா நடத்த உள்ளது.
• கடந்த 2017 ஆம் ஆண்டில் எஸ்சிஓ கூட்டமைப்பில் நிரந்தர உறுப்பினராக இணைந்த இந்தியா முதல் முறையாக கூட்டமைப்புக்கு தலைமை ஏற்க உள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
• தலைமை பொறுப்பை ஏற்று இந்தியாவுக்கு சீனா அதிபர் ஷி ஜின்பிங், ரஷ்ய அதிபர் விளாதிமீர் புதின்  உள்ளிட்டோர் வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்தனர்.
• இந்தியாவை இயற்கையாகவே போட்டி மிக்கதாக மாற்றியுள்ளது.
• நிகழ் 2022-23 நிதியாண்டில் இந்தியாவின் பொருளாதாரம் 7.5% வளர்ச்சிக்கான உள்ளது.
• நாட்டில் தற்போது 70 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட புத்தாக்க ஸ்டார்ட் அப் நிறுவனங்கள் உள்ளன.
• நூறுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட நிறுவனங்கள் ‘யூனிகான்’ விற்று முதல் மதிப்பு சுமார் ரூபாய் 7500 கோடி அந்தஸ்தை பெற்றுள்ளன.
• உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் சர்வதேச பாரம்பரிய மருந்துகள் மையம் குஜராத்தில் கடந்த ஏப்ரலில் தொடங்கி வைக்கப்பட்டது.

4. இந்தியாவில் மீண்டும் சிவிங்கிப் புலிகள்

• நாட்டில் கடைசியாக காணப்பட்ட சிவிங்கிப்புலி இன்றைய சத்தீஸ்கர் பகுதியில் கடந்த 1947 இல் கண்டறியப்பட்டது.
• இந்தியாவில் இந்த இனம் முற்றிலும் அழிந்து விட்டதாக கடந்த 1952ல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

5. தடுப்பூசிகள்

7. அமெரிக்க கடலோர காவல் படை கப்பல் கூட்டுப் பயிற்சி

• கூட்டு பயிற்சியில் ஈடுபடுவதற்காக அமெரிக்க நாட்டின் கடலோர காவல்படை கப்பலான மிட்ஜெட் 757 சென்னை துறைமுகத்திற்கு வந்தடைந்தது.
• சென்னைக்கு அருகே நடுகடலில் கூட்டு பயிற்சி நடைபெறும் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• அமெரிக்க கடலோர காவல் படைகள் பணியாற்றி மறைந்த துணை தளபதியான ஜான் ஆலன் மிட்ஜெட்டின் நினைவாக மிட்ஜெட் 757 என பெயரிடப்பட்ட கப்பல் இந்திய கடலோர காவல் படையினருடன் கூட்டுப்பயிற்சியில் ஈடுபடவும் நல்லெண்ண பயணமாகவும் சென்னை துறைமுகம் வந்தடைந்தது.

• Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin started the School Innovation and Development Program to make students thinkers in their school years.
• School Innovation Development Program:
• Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Corporation and Department of School Education in association with UNICEF to implement this project.
• In the first phase this year 1.56 lakh students and 1320 teachers of classes nine to 12 in all government and government aided higher secondary schools will be imparted entrepreneurship awareness.
• A cash prize of Rs 25 thousand to one lakh will be given to the best 40 innovative ideas to encourage innovative thinking among students.
• Entrepreneur Awards 2021 – 22 CM Stalin presented State Level Best Entrepreneur Awards.

1. SCO Conference Joint Statement

• Joint statement issued at the end of the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) conference comprising eight countries India, China, Russia, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyz Republic:
• Leaders of SCO Member States expressed concern over the security threat posed by all forms of terrorism and separatism.
• The SEO organization plans to prepare a single list containing the details of terrorists and separatists banned in those countries.
• It is said that it has been decided to prepare this list with a view to countering the threat posed by terrorists and separatists to the region where the SCO member states are located.
