1. மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான மாதாந்திர ஓய்வூதியம் உயர்வு
- பார்வையற்றோர் உள்பட 4.39 லட்சம் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான மாதாந்திர ஓய்வூதியம் உயர்த்தப்படுகிறது என முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்தார்.
- ரூ.1000-லிருந்து ரூ.1,500–ஆக உயர்த்தப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியத் தொகை வரும் ஜனவரி 1- ஆம் தேதி முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வருகிறது.
- விருதுகள்:
- மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளின் நலன்களுக்காக சிறந்த சேவை புரிந்தோருக்கு விருதுகளை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் வழங்கினார். அதன் விவரம்:

2. ஆபரேஷன் மறுவாழ்வு
- தமிழகத்தில் பிச்சை எடுக்கும் கும்பல் குறித்து தகவல் தெரிவிப்பவர்களுக்கு பரிசு வழங்கப்படும் என்றும், ஒரே நாளில் 726 பிச்சைக்காரர்கள் மீட்கப்பட்டதாக காவல்துறை தலைமை இயக்குநர் சி.சைலேந்திரபாபு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- தமிழகத்தில் நகர்ப்புற சாலை சந்திப்புகள், புறழிச்சாலை சுங்கச் சாவடிகள், வழிபாட்டுத்தலங்கள் ஆகியப்பகுதிகளில் பெண்களையும், சிறார்களையும் வைத்து பிச்சை எடுக்கும் தொழிலில் ஈடுபடுபவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. இவர்களை சில கும்பல்கள் இத்தொழிலில் ஈடுபடவைக்கின்றனர்.
- இதைத் தடுத்து நிறுத்த ‘ஆபரேஷன் மறுவாழ்வு’ என்ற பெயரில் மாநிலம் முழுவதும் அதிரடி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டது. இதன்படி 37 மாவட்டங்களிலும் முக்கிய சாலை சந்திப்புகளில் திடீர் சோதனை நடத்தப்பட்டது.

1. சத்தீஸ்கரில் 76% இடஒதுக்கீடு:
- பேரவையில் சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதாக்கள் ஒருமனதாக நிறைவேற்றும்
- சத்தீஸ்கரில் அரசுப் பணிகள் மற்றும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் 76 சதவீத இடஒதுக்கீடு அளிக்கும் இரு மசோதாக்கள் மாநில சட்டப்பேரவையில் ஒருமனதாக நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- இந்த மசோதாக்களில், மாநில அரசுப்பணிகள் மற்றும் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் சேர்க்கையில் பழங்குடிகளுக்கு 32 சதவீதம்.
- இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கு (ஓபிசி) 27 சதவீதம், பட்டியலினத்தவர்களுக்கு 13 சதவீதம், பொருளாதாரத்தில் பின் தங்கிய முற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கு (இடபிள்யுஎஸ்) 4 சதவீதம் இடஒதுக்கீடு அளிக்க வழிவகை அந்த செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. மொத்தம் 76 சதவீதம் இடஒதுக்கீடு அளிக்க தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

- சர்வதேச மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தினம் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்பட்டது. அதையொட்டி மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளின் வாழ்வை மேம்படுத்தியதில் சிறந்து விளங்கிய நபர்கள், நிறுவனங்கள், அமைப்புகள், மாவட்டம், மாநிலம் ஆகியவற்றுக்கான தேசிய விருதுகளைக் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு வழங்கினார்.
- 2021, 2022 ஆகிய ஆண்டுகளுக்கான விருதுகளை அவர் வழங்கினார்.

- 2021-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்காக 25 விருதுகளும், 2022-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்காக 29 விருதுகளும் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
2. ‘ எர்த்ஷாட்’ பரிசை
- பசுமைக்குடில் விவசாயம் வாயிலாக சிறு விவசாயிகளின் பிரச்னைகளுக்கு தீர்வுகண்டதற்காக, தெலங்கானாவைச் சேர்ந்த புத்தாக்க நிறுவனமான கேத்தி நிறுவனத்துக்கு பிரிட்டன் இளவரசரால் நிறுவப்பட்ட ‘எர்த்ஷாட்’ பரிசு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- சுற்றுச்சூழல் துறையின் ஆஸ்கர் என்று அழைக்கப்படும் இப்பரிசு, 1 மில்லியன் பவுண்ட் (இந்திய மதிப்பில் ரூ.10 கோடி) மதிப்புடையதாகும்.
- சுற்றுச்சூழல் பிரச்னைகளுக்கு சிறப்பாக பங்களிப்பவர்களை அங்கீகரிக்கும் வகையில் ‘எர்த்ஷாட்’ பரிசை பிரிட்டன் இளவரசர் வில்லியம் கடந்த ஆண்டு நிறுவினார்.
- இயற்கை மீட்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு, வளிமண்டல தூய்மை, கடல் சார் மறுமலர்ச்சி, கழிவுகள் இல்லா வாழ்க்கை, பருவநிலை செயல்பாடு ஆகிய 5 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் இந்த விருது வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
- இதில், இயற்கை மீட்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு பிரிவின்கீழ் கேத்தி நிறுவனத்துக்கு பரிசு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

- முதல்வரின் முகவரித் துறையும் பொது மக்கள் அளிக்ககும் மனுக்களின் மீது எடுக்கப்படும் நடவடிக்கைகளை துரிதப்படுத்த தர மதிப்பீடு அளிக்கும் புதிய முயற்சியைத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
- அதன்படி, ‘ஏ’, ‘பி’ மற்றும் ‘சி”என்ற மூன்று மதிப்பீடுகள் அளிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
- ‘ஏ’ என்றால், பொது மக்கள் அளித்த மனுக்கள் மீது முழுமையாகத் தீர்வு கண்டதாக அர்த்தம். அதாவது, முழுமையாக பைசல் செய்யப்பட்ட மனுக்கள், ‘ஏ’ என்று தர வரிசைப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
- பகுதியளவு தீர்வு காணப்பட்டிருந்தால்‘பி’ என தர வரிசை அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதாவது, பொது மக்கள் அளித்த மனுவானது வேறு துறையின் பரிசீலனைக்கோ அல்லது முதல்வரின் முகவரி துறையின் பரிசீலனையிலோ இருந்தால் அது ‘பி” தர வரிசைக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.

1. இந்தியா 48-ஆவது இடத்துக்கு முன்னேற்றம்
- உலகளாவிய விமானப் போக்குவரத்து தரவரிசையில் 4 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னர், இந்தியா 102-ஆவது இடத்தில் இருந்தது.
- இந்தியாவின் மதிப்பெண் 85.49 சதவீதமாக உயர்ந்தது.
- இதையடுத்து ஐசிஏஓவின் உலகளாவிய விமானப் போக்குவரத்து பாதுகாப்புத் தரவரிசையில் இந்தியா 48-ஆவது இடத்துக்கு முன்னேறியுள்ளது என்று டிஜிசிஏ அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
- இந்தத் தரவரிசையில் முதலிடத்தில் சிங்கப்பூர், இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் ஐக்கிய அரபு அமீரகம், மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் தென் கொரியா ஆகியவை உள்ளன. சீனா 49-ஆவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.

1. Increase in monthly pension for disabled persons
- Chief Minister M. K. Stalin announced that the monthly pension of 4.39 lakh differently-abled persons, including the blind, is being increased.
- Pension amount increased from Rs.1000 to Rs.1,500 with effect from 1st January.
- Awards:
- Chief Minister M.K.Stalin presented awards to those who have done excellent service for the welfare of the differently abled. Its description:
- Best Social Worker Award – Jayanthi Udayakumar (Mayiladuthurai District).
- Best Teacher Award – M.Kavitha (Lucy Cresencia Special School and Vocational Training Centre. Theni District).
- Award for Best Institution – (Intact Special School Trust, Trichy District).
- Outstanding teaching work – V.James Albert (Chennai Mylapore CSI School for the Deaf) K.Margret (Chennai Junior School), Chitra (Kanchipuram Free Primary Training Center for Young Juveniles), Jyoti (Vidya Vigasini School, Coimbatore).
- Award for providing employment to differently-abled persons- Tenkasi District Amarseva Sangam Sulosana Gardens Company.
- Award for creating a barrier-free environment for the differently-abled- Kotturpuram Anna Centenary Library, Chennai.
- Award for Best Private Institution- Trichy The Spas Dicks Society.

2. Aparesan maruvalvu
- Director General of Police C. Shailendrababu has said that a reward will be given to those who inform about the gang of beggars in Tamil Nadu and that 726 beggars were rescued in one day.
- In Tamil Nadu, there is an increasing number of women and minors begging at urban road junctions, bypass toll booths and places of worship. Some gangs force them to engage in this industry.
- Action was taken across the state in the name of ‘ Aparesan maruvalvu ‘ to stop this. According to this, surprise checks were conducted at major road junctions in all 37 districts.

1. 76% reservation in Chhattisgarh:
- Amendment Bills are passed unanimously in the Assembly
- Two bills providing 76 percent reservation in government jobs and educational institutions in Chhattisgarh have been unanimously passed in the state assembly.
- In these bills, 32 percent for tribals in admissions to state government jobs and educational institutions.
- Provision has been made for 27 per cent reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 13 per cent for Scheduled Castes and 4 per cent for Economically Backward Classes (EWS). A total of 76 percent reservation has been decided.

1. International Day of Persons with Disabilities
- International Day of Persons with Disabilities observed. On that occasion, President Draupadi Murmu presented national awards to individuals, organizations, districts and states who have excelled in improving the lives of the differently abled.

2. ‘Earthshot’ prize
- kheyti, an innovative company from Telangana, has been awarded the ‘Earthshot’ prize founded by the British Prince for solving the problems of small farmers through green house farming.
- The prize, known as the Environment Department’s Oscar, is worth 1 million pounds (Rs. 10 crores in Indian currency).
- Britain’s Prince William established the ‘Earthshot’ prize last year to recognize those who have made outstanding contributions to environmental issues.
- The award is presented under 5 categories namely Nature Recovery and Conservation, Atmospheric Cleanliness, Marine Revitalization, Zero Waste Living and Climate Action.

1. Mutalvarin mukavarit turai – Quality Assessment
- Mutalvarin mukavarit turai has also launched a new quality assessment initiative to speed up action on public petitions.
- Accordingly, three grades ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ are awarded.
- ‘A’ means that the petitions filed by the public have been fully resolved. That is, petitions that are fully filed are graded as ‘A’.
- If partial solution is found then grade is given as ‘B’. That is, if the petition submitted by the general public is under consideration of another department or under the consideration of the addressee department of the Chief Minister, it is subjected to ‘B’ grade queue.
- In case no proceedings are initiated on petitions they are graded as ‘C’.

1. India advances to 48th position
- India was ranked 102nd in global aviation rankings 4 years back.
- India’s score rose to 85.49 percent.
- According to DGCA officials, India has moved up to 48th position in ICAO’s global aviation safety ranking.
- Singapore is at the top of this ranking, followed by UAE at second place and South Korea at third place. China ranks 49th.
