மாநில செய்திகள்

1. ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி சத்யநாராயணன் தலைமையில் கமிட்டி

• மேல்சபை எம்.பி. சுசில் குமார் மோடி தலைமையில் சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதித்துறை நாடாளுமன்ற நிலைக்குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இந்த குழு இந்து வாரிசு உரிமைச் சட்டம், கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் மற்றும் இஸ்லாமியர்கள் சட்டங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட தனிநபர் சட்டங்களை ஆய்வு செய்து அறிக்கை அனுப்பும்படி அனைத்து மாநில அரசுகளுக்கும் கடிதம் அனுப்பி உள்ளது.
• அதில் எம்.எல்.ஏ.க்கள், அதிகாரிகள், பொதுமக்கள் உள்ளிட்டோரின் கருத்தை கேட்டறிய வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இதையடுத்து தனிநபர் சட்டங்களை ஆய்வு செய்ய ஐகோர்ட் ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி எம்.சத்யநாராயணன் தலைமையில் கமிட்டியை அமைத்து தமிழ்நாடு அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

2. கிராம சபையை கண்காணிக்க புதிய மென்பொருள்

• கிராம சபை கூட்ட நிகழ்வுகளை கண்காணிக்க ‘நம்ம கிராம சபை‘ என்ற பெயரில் மென்பொருள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் ஒன்றாம் தேதி உள்ளாட்சிகள் தினமாக கொண்டாடப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
• இதன்படி வரும் நவம்பர் ஒன்றாம் தேதி உள்ளாட்சிகள் தினம் கொண்டாடப்பட உள்ளது.
• சிறப்பாக செயல்படும் மகளிர் சுய உதவி குழுக்களை கௌரவித்தல், அனைத்து கிராம அண்ணா மறுமலர்ச்சி திட்டம், கலைஞர் வீடு வழங்கும் திட்டம், ஜல்ஜீவன் இயக்கம் போன்றவை குறித்தும் கூட்டத்தில் விவாதிக்கப்பட உள்ளன.

1. ஐநா சிறப்பு மாநாடு

• பயங்கரவாதத்தை ஒருபோதும் சகித்துக் கொள்ளாமல் அதற்கு எதிராக உறுதியான நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என ஐ.நா. பயங்கரவாத தடுப்புக் குழுவின் சிறப்பு மாநாட்டில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
• ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலின் நிரந்தர உறுப்பு நாடுகளாக அமெரிக்கா, பிரிட்டன், ரஷ்யா, சீனா, பிரான்ஸ் ஆகியவை உள்ளன. அந்த கவுன்சிலின் பத்து நிரந்தரமற்ற உறுப்பு நாடுகளில் ஒன்றாக இந்தியா உள்ளது.
• இந்தியாவின் பதவிக்காலம் வரும் டிசம்பருடன் நிறைவடைகிறது. ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலின் பயங்கரவாத தடுப்புக் குழுவின் தலைமை பொறுப்பையும் இந்தியா வகுத்து வருகிறது.
• அக்குழுவின் சிறப்பு மாநாடு முதல் முறையாக இந்தியாவில் நடைபெற்றது. மாநாட்டில் ‘தில்லி தீர்மானம்‘ நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
• அந்த தீர்மானத்தில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளதாவது:
• பயங்கரவாதத்தையும், பயங்கரவாதத்துக்கு நிதி திரட்டப்படுவதையும் தடுப்பதற்கு நாடுகள் முக்கியத்துவம் அளித்து செயல்பட வேண்டும்.
• பயங்கரவாதத்தை ஒருபோதும் சகித்துக் கொள்ளாமல் அதற்கு எதிராக உறுதியான நடவடிக்கைகளை நாடுகள் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

2. கிரையோஜெனிக் என்ஜின் சோதனை வெற்றி

• திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டம் காவல்கிணறு அருகே மகேந்திரகிரி இஸ்ரோ விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனத்தில் நடைபெற்ற கிரையோஜெனிக் என்ஜின் சோதனை வெற்றிகரமாக முடிந்தது.
• இஸ்ரோ விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனம் அண்மையில் 36 செயற்கை கோள்களை எல்விஎம்-3 எம்-3 என்ற ராக்கெட் மூலம் எடுத்துச் சென்று விண்ணில் செலுத்தி சாதனை படைத்துள்ளது.
• இந்த ராக்கெட்டில் சிஇ-20 எஞ்சின் தான் பொருத்தப்பட்டு வெற்றிகரமாக விண்ணில் செலுத்தப்பட்டது.

3. தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப திருத்த விதிமுறைகள்-2022

• சமூக ஊடகங்களில் சட்டவிரோத கருத்துக்கள் மற்றும் பொய்யான பதிவுகளை தடுப்பதில் புதிய தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப விதிகளின் வாயிலாக அந்நிறுவனங்களுக்கு கூடுதல் பொறுப்பு ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று மத்திய தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத்துறை இணை அமைச்சர் ராஜீவ் சந்திரசேகர் தெரிவித்தார்.
• சமூக ஊடக பயனாளர்கள் அளிக்கும் புகார்களுக்கு தீர்வு காண அரசு தரப்பில் மேல்முறையீட்டு தீர்ப்பாயம் குழுக்கள் அமைக்க விதிகளில் வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பயனாளர்கள் அளிக்கும் புகாரை 24 மணி நேரத்துக்குள் பதிவு செய்து 15 நாட்களுக்குள் இக்குழுக்கள் தீர்வு காண வேண்டும்.
• புகாருக்கு உள்ளான வீடியோ தகவல்கள் ஆகியவை புகார் தீர்க்கப்பட்ட 72 மணி நேரத்துக்குள் சமூக ஊடகத்திலிருந்து நீக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

State news

1. Committee headed by retired Justice Satyanarayan

• Upper House M.P. A Parliamentary Standing Committee on Law and Judiciary has been constituted under the chairmanship of Sushil Kumar Modi.
• The committee has written to all state governments asking them to review and report on personal laws including the Hindu Succession Act, Christians and Muslims Acts.
• It has also been said that the opinion of MLAs, officials, public etc. should be sought.
• Subsequently, the Tamil Nadu government has ordered the formation of a committee under the chairmanship of M. Satyanarayan, a retired judge of the ICourt, to examine the personal laws.

2. New software to monitor Gram Sabha

• A software named ‘Namma Gram Sabha’ has been developed to monitor Gram Sabha meeting events.
• It was announced that November 1 every year will be celebrated as Local Bodies Day.
• According to this, Local Government Day will be celebrated on November 1st.
• Honoring the best performing Women Self Help Groups, Anaithu Grama Anna Marumalarchi Scheme, Artist Housing Scheme, Jaljeevan Movement etc. will be discussed in the meeting.

1. UN Special Conference

• UN said that terrorism should never be tolerated and concrete steps should be taken against it. The resolution was passed in a special meeting of the Counter-Terrorism Committee.
• UN The permanent members of the Security Council are the United States, Britain, Russia, China, and France. India is one of the ten non-permanent member states of the Council.
• India’s term ends next December. UN India also chairs the Security Council’s Counter-Terrorism Committee.
• The special conference of the group was held for the first time in India. The ‘Delhi Resolution’ was passed in the conference.
• The resolution states:
• Countries should focus on prevention of terrorism and financing of terrorism.
• Countries should never tolerate terrorism and take concrete measures against it.

2. Cryogenic engine test success

• Cryogenic engine test conducted at Mahendragiri ISRO Space Research Institute near Kavalkinaru, Tirunelveli district has been successfully completed.
• ISRO Space Research Organization has recently set a record by launching 36 satellites in the space by the LVM-3 M-3 rocket.
• This rocket was equipped with CE-20 engine and was successfully launched.

3. Information Technology Amendment Regulations-2022

• Union Minister of State for Information Technology Rajiv Chandrasekhar said that the new IT rules have placed additional responsibility on the companies to prevent illegal comments and false posts on social media.
• Provisions have been made in the rules to set up Appellate Tribunal Committees on the part of the Government to deal with the complaints of social media users.
• These groups should register the complaints of the users within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
• It has been stated that the video content which is the subject of the complaint should be removed from the social media within 72 hours of the resolution of the complaint.
