1. கைப்பேசி செயலி அறிமுகம்

• சென்னையில் தற்போது நடைபெறும் மெட்ரோ ரயில் வழித்தட பணி, மழை நீர் வடிகால்வாய் போன்ற குடிமராமத்து பணிகள் நடைபெறுவதால், பல சாலைகள் குறுகலாகியுள்ளன.
• சில இடங்களில் போக்குவரத்து மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதனால் பொதுமக்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் சிரமங்களை தடுக்க, தனியார் நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து சென்னை போக்குவரத்து போலீசார்  ‘roadEase’  (சாலை எளிமை) என்ற செயலியை உருவாக்கியுள்ளனர்.

1. இந்திய அளவில் அனைவருக்கும் வீடு திட்டத்தில் மூன்றாவது இடம்  பிடித்த தமிழகம்

• பிரதமரின் அனைவருக்கும் வீட்டு வசதி திட்டத்தை நகர்ப்புறம் சிறப்பாக செயல்படுத்தும்.
• மாநிலங்கள், யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள், உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் பயனாளிகள் அங்கீகரிப்பு ஆகியவற்றுக்காக மத்திய அரசின் வீட்டு வசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற துறையால் “பிரதம மந்திரி ஆவாஸ் யோஜனா விருதுகள் – 2021 மற்றும் 150 நாட்கள் சவால்கள்“ என்ற அடிப்படையில், மாநிலம், மாநகராட்சி, நகராட்சி மற்றும் பேரூராட்சிகளுக்கான விருதுகளும், சிறப்பு பிரிவு விருதுகளும், பயனாளிகளுக்கான விருதுகள் என மூன்று பிரிவுகளில் விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

2. நன்கொடை வழங்குவோர் பட்டியல்: சிவ நாடார் முதலிடம்

• இந்தியாவில் அதிக அளவில் நன்கொடை வழங்குவோரின் பட்டியலை ஹீருன் இந்தியா நிறுவனம் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
• அப்பட்டியலில் ஆண்டுக்கு ரூபாய் 1161 கோடியை நன்கொடையாக வழங்கி ஹெச்சிஎல் நிறுவனர் சிவ நாடார் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளார்.

3. பன்னிரண்டாவது பாதுகாப்பு கண்காட்சி

• வரும் 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் இந்திய பாதுகாப்பு துறையில் ஐந்து பில்லியன் டாலர்கள் (ரூபாய் 41,366 கோடி) மதிப்பிலான ஏற்றுமதியை எட்ட இலக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று பாதுகாப்புத்துறை அமைச்சர் ராஜநாத் சிங் தெரிவித்தார்.
• குஜராத் மாநிலம் காந்தி நகரில் நடைபெற்று வரும் 12 வது பாதுகாப்பு கண்காட்சியையொட்டி இந்திய அமெரிக்க வர்த்தக கவுன்சில் மற்றும் இந்திய பாதுகாப்பு உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் சங்கம் ஆகியவற்றின் சார்பில் கருத்தரங்கு நடைபெற்றது.
• அடுத்த தலைமுறை தொழில்நுட்பம், புத்தாக்கம் மற்றும் ‘இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம்‘ என்ற கருப்பொருளில் நடைபெற்றது.

4. 3-8 வயது குழந்தைகளின் கல்விக்கான தேசிய கல்வித் திட்டம்: மத்திய அரசு அறிமுகம்

• மத்திய அரசின் தேசிய கல்வி (என்சிஎஃப் 2022) திட்டத்தில் குழந்தைகள் முன் பருவ பராமரிப்பு, கல்வி ஆகியவற்றுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• அறிமுக நிகழ்ச்சியில் மத்திய அமைச்சர் தர்மேந்திர பிரதான் கூறுகையில், ‘தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கை 2020’ ஐ நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதில் தற்போது அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள குழந்தைகளின் அடித்தள நிலை கல்விக்கான தேசிய கல்வித் திட்டம் முக்கிய படிநிலை ஆகும்.
• இந்த என்சிஎஃப் கல்வி திட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் அடுத்த சரஸ்வதி பூஜைக்குள் (வசந்த பஞ்சமி) முழுமையான பாடப்பகுதிகள், பாடத்திட்டம் மற்றும் பாட புத்தகங்களை தேசிய கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி கவுன்சில் (என்சிஇஆர்டி) தயாரித்து முடிக்க வேண்டும் என கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் என்றார்.
• இந்த கல்வித் திட்டம் தொடர்பாக மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சகம் வெளியிட்ட செய்தி குறிப்பில், என்சிஎஃப்-2022 கல்வித் திட்டத்தில் பள்ளி கல்விக்கான தேசிய கல்வித் திட்டம், குழந்தைகள் முன் பருவ பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் கல்விக்கான தேசிய கல்வித் திட்டம், ஆசிரியர் கல்விக்கான தேசிய கல்வித் திட்டம், முதியோர் கல்விக்கான தேசிய கல்வி திட்டம் ஆகிய நான்கு பகுதிகள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன.

5. வாரணாசியில் அடுத்த மாதம் ‘காசி தமிழ்ச் சங்கமம்‘ நிகழ்வு

• தமிழகத்துக்கும் காசிக்கும் இடையே பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக இருக்கும் தொன்று தொட்ட தொடர்புகளை மீண்டும் கண்டறிந்து உறுதிப்படுத்தும் விதமாக ஒரு மாத கால ‘காசி தமிழ் சங்கமம்‘ நிகழ்வுகள் நடைபெற உள்ளன என்று மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சர் தர்மேந்திர பிரதான் தெரிவித்தார்.
• பிரதமரின் ‘ஒரே பாரதம் உன்னத பாரதம்‘ என்ற உணர்வின் கீழ் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

6. லைஃப் திட்டம்

• சர்வதேச சுற்றுச்சூழல் மாநாடு எகிப்தில் அடுத்த மாதம் நடைபெற உள்ளது.
• இந்நிலையில், சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கான வாழ்க்கை முறை லைஃப் என்ற திட்டத்தை ஐ.நா. பொதுச் செயலாளர் அந்தோனியா குட்டெரெசஸீடன் இணைந்து பிரதமர் மோடி குஜராத்தின் கெலாடியா நகரில் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• சுற்றுச்சூழலை பாதுகாக்கும் வகையில் மக்கள் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கை முறையை மாற்றிக் கொள்ளும் நோக்கில் இத்திட்டம் தீட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• வெறும் திட்டங்களை வகுப்பதால் மட்டுமே பருவநிலை மாற்றத்தை தடுத்து நிறுத்த முடியாது.
• பருவநிலை மாற்றத்தை எதிர்கொள்வதில் மக்களின் பங்களிப்பும் மிக அவசியம். ‘பயன்பாட்டு குறிப்பு, மறு பயன்பாடு, மறுசுழற்சி‘ என்ற கொள்கைக்கு மக்கள் முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்க வேண்டும்.
• இந்தியாவின் சராசரி கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்ற அளவு ஆண்டுக்கு சுமார் 1.5 டன்னாக உள்ளது.
• உலகின் சராசரி அளவு ஆண்டுக்கு நான்கு டன்னாக உள்ளது.
• இருப்பினும் பருவநிலை மாற்றம் உள்ளிட்ட பிரச்சனைகளை எதிர்கொள்வதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை இந்தியா முன் நின்று மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
• முன்னிலையில் இந்தியா:
• காற்றாலை மின் உற்பத்தியில் இந்தியா நான்காவது இடமும், சூரிய மின் உற்பத்தியில் ஐந்தாவது இடமும் வகிக்கிறது.
• கடந்த எட்டு ஆண்டுகளில் இந்தியாவின் புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தி திறன் சுமார் 290% அதிகரித்துள்ளது.
• பெட்ரோலுடன் 10% எத்தனாலை கலக்கும் இலக்கையும் ஐந்து மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பே இந்தியா எட்டியுள்ளது.
• தேசிய ஹைட்ரஜன் திட்டத்தின் வாயிலாக இந்தியா சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த எரிசக்தியை பயன்படுத்தும் நாடாக மாறி வருகிறது.

7. நாட்டில் 17 சதவீதம் பெண்கள் மட்டுமே பணிக்கு செல்கின்றனர்

• இந்தியாவில் 17 சதவீத பெண்கள் மட்டுமே பணிக்கு செல்வதாகவும், அவர்களுக்கான பாதுகாப்பு மேம்பாட்டு நடவடிக்கைகளை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் இந்த எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரிக்கும் என்றும் ஆய்வறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பெண்களுக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பை ஏற்படுத்திக் கொடுப்பது, பெண்கள் பணியிடங்களில் எதிர்கொள்ளும் பிரச்சனைகள் மற்றும் சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்வது எப்படி என்கிற விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவது போன்ற செயல்பாடுகளை அவ்தார் குழுமம் மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.

8. பிரிட்டன் பிரதமர் லிஸ் டிரஸ் ராஜினாமா

• பிரிட்டன் பிரதமர் லிஸ் டிரஸ் தனது பதவியை ராஜினாமா செய்தார் வரிக்குறைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட தவறான பொருளாதாரக் கொள்கை காரணமாக ஏற்பட்ட குழப்பத்தை தொடர்ந்து, ஆளும் கட்சியிலேயே கடும் எதிர்ப்பு எழுந்த நிலையில் பதவி ஏற்ற 45 நாள்களில் ஆளும் கன்சர்வேட்டின் கட்சித் தலைவர் பதவியில் இருந்து லிஸ் டிரஸ் விலகியுள்ளார்.
• பிரிட்டன் அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டப்படி ஆளும் கட்சித் தலைவரே பிரதமராக இருப்பார் என்ற வகையில் அவர் பிரதமர் பதவியில் இருந்தும் விலகியுள்ளார்.
• வரிக்குறைப்பு நடவடிக்கை:
• லிஸ் டிரஸ் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய மினி பட்ஜெட் ஒன்றை கடந்த மாதம் 23ஆம் தேதி அறிமுகப்படுத்தியிருந்தார்.
• அதில் நிறுவனங்களுக்கான வரியை 19 சதவீதத்திலிருந்து 25 சதவீதமாக முந்தைய அரசு உயர்த்தி இருந்ததை ரத்து செய்திருந்தார்.
• அதன் மூலம் நிறுவனங்கள் மட்டும் லாபத்தின் மீதான வரி தொடர்ந்து 19 சதவீதமாகவே இருக்க வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டது.
• அத்துடன் அதிக வருவாய் உடையவர்களுக்கு 45 சதவீத உயர்வரியை அந்த மினி பட்ஜெட்டில் லிஸ் டிரஸ் நீக்கி இருந்தார்.
• மேலும், குறைந்து வருவாய் உடையவர்களுக்கான வருமான வரியை 20 சதவீதத்திலிருந்து 19 சதவீதமாக குறைப்பது, பத்திரப்பதிவு கட்டணங்களுக்கான குறைந்தபட்ச சொத்து மதிப்பை அதிகரிப்பது உள்ளிட்ட சலுகை அம்சங்கள் அந்த மினி பட்ஜெட்டில் இடம்பெற்று இருந்தன.

1. Third place in India for Housing for All project Favorite Tamil Nadu

• Urban areas will better implement Prime Minister’s Housing for All scheme.
• State, Corporation, Municipal and Borough Awards, Special Category Awards and Beneficiary Awards on the basis of “Prime Minister Awas Yojana Awards – 2021 and 150 Days of Challenges” by the Department of Housing and Urban Development of Central Government for the recognition of States, Union Territories, Local Bodies and Beneficiaries. It was announced that awards will be given in three categories.
• Among them, Tamil Nadu has bagged the third position in the best performing state category, Madurai Municipal Corporation has bagged the third position, and Periya Negamam Borough Council of Coimbatore has bagged the fifth position in the Municipalities category.
• The award ceremony was held at Rajkot, Gujarat.

• Heerun India has published a list of the largest donors in India.
• Founder of HCL Shiv Nadar topped the list with annual donation of Rs 1161 crore.
• Through this he has earned the honor of being the ‘most generous person’ of the country.

3. Twelfth Defense Exhibition

• Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that by 2025, India’s defense sector has set a target of achieving exports worth five billion dollars (Rs 41,366 crore).
• On the occasion of the 12th Defense Expo being held in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat, a seminar was organized by the Indo-American Business Council and the Defense Manufacturers Association of India.
• The theme was Next Generation Technology, Innovation and ‘Make in India’.

4. National Education Program for Education of 3-8 year old children: Central Introduction of Govt

• The central government’s National Education (NCF 2022) program has given importance to early childhood care and education.
• Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said in the launch program that the National Education Plan for Basic Education of Children which is currently being introduced is an important step in the implementation of the ‘National Education Policy 2020’.
• He said that the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) should prepare the complete syllabus, syllabus and text books by next Saraswati Puja (Vasantha Panchami) based on this NCF education plan.
• In a press release issued by the Union Ministry of Education regarding this education plan, the NCF-2022 education plan has four parts namely National Education Plan for School Education, National Education Plan for Early Childhood Care and Education, National Education Plan for Teacher Education, National Education Plan for Elderly Education.

5. ‘Kasi Tamil Sangam’ event next month in Varanasi

• Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the month-long ‘Kashi Tamil Sangam’ events are being held as a way to rediscover and reaffirm the centuries-old ties between Tamil Nadu and Kashi.
• The event is organized under the spirit of Prime Minister’s ‘Ore Bharatam Unnatha Bharatam’.

6. Life Plan

• International Environment Conference to be held in Egypt next month.
• In this case, the UN has launched a project called LIFE for the environment. Prime Minister Modi along with Secretary General Antónia Guterres launched the event in Keladia, Gujarat.
• The scheme is designed to encourage people to change their lifestyle to protect the environment.
• Mere planning alone cannot stop climate change.
• People’s participation is also essential in dealing with climate change. People should give importance to the principle of ‘Reuse, Reuse, Recycle’.
• India’s average carbon dioxide emissions are around 1.5 tonnes per year.
• The world average is four tons per year.
• However, India is taking steps to face the problems including climate change.
• India in presence:
• India ranks fourth in wind power generation and fifth in solar power generation.
• India’s renewable energy capacity has increased by about 290% in the last eight years.
• India has also achieved the target of blending 10% ethanol with petrol five months back.
• India is becoming an eco-friendly energy country through the National Hydrogen Project.

7. Only 17 percent women go to work in the country

• Only 17 percent of women in India go to work, the report said, and ensuring safety improvement measures for them will increase this number.
• Avtar Group is carrying out activities like providing employment opportunities to women, creating awareness about the problems and challenges faced by women in the workplace.

8. British Prime Minister Liz Truss resigns

• British Prime Minister Liz Truss resigns from her position Following the confusion caused by the wrong economic policy including tax cuts, Liz Truss has resigned from the position of leader of the ruling Conservative party 45 days after taking office amid strong opposition in the ruling party.
• He also resigned from the post of Prime Minister as per the British Constitution the leader of the ruling party is the Prime Minister.
• Tax reduction measure:
• Liz Truss had launched a controversial mini budget on 23rd of last month.
• In it, the previous government had canceled the increase in corporate tax from 19 percent to 25 percent.
• Thereby the tax on corporate profits alone was allowed to remain constant at 19 percent.
• Also Liz Truss removed 45 percent higher tax on high income earners in that mini budget.
• Also, concessional features like reduction of income tax from 20 per cent to 19 per cent for low income earners and increase in minimum property value for deed registration fees were included in the mini budget.
• Stagnant economy:
• Contrary to Liz Truss’s expectation that this announcement would seed the country’s economic growth, the economy collapsed. The British pound fell to an all-time low against the dollar.
• Very Short Term Primer:
• By resigning 45 days after taking office, Liz Truss became the shortest-serving Prime Minister in British history.
• Before him, George Cunning served as Prime Minister of Britain for only 119 days before his death in 1827.
