மாநில செய்திகள்

1. ‘ஸ்மார்ட் காவலர்‘ புதிய செயலி அறிமுகம்

• தமிழக காவல்துறையில் ஸ்மார்ட் காவலர் என்ற புதிய செயலி மூலம் மின்னணு ரோந்து பணி என்ற திட்டம் அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• குற்ற ஆவணங்களை துல்லியமாக பதிவு செய்யவும், அதனை பராமரிக்கவும், தரவுகளை முறையாகவும், சிறப்பாகவும் கையாளும் வகையில் ஸ்மார்ட் காவலர் என்ற புதிய இணைய வழி செயலியை தமிழக காவல்துறை தற்போது அறிமுகம் செய்துள்ளது.
• இந்த ஸ்மார்ட் காவலர் செயலி, காவல்துறையில் களப்பணி ஆற்றும் அலுவலர்களின் செயல்பாடுகளை கண்காணிக்கவும், அவர்களது களப்பணிகளின் போது நிகழும் சம்பவங்களை உடனுக்குடன் இந்த செயலி மூலம் பதிவு செய்வதற்கும் கள அலுவலர்களுக்கு ஏதேனும் பிரச்சினை ஏற்பட்டாலோ அல்லது உடனடி உதவிகள் தேவைப்பட்டால் அது குறித்த தகவலை உடனடியாக உயர் அலுவலர்களுக்கு அவர்கள் தெரிவிக்க ஏதுவாக இந்த செயலி அமையும்.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

1. இந்தியில் எம்.பி.பி.எஸ் படிப்பு

• இந்தி மொழியில் எம்.பி.பி.எஸ் மருத்துவ பட்டப்படிப்பு நடத்துகிற முதல் மாநிலமாக மத்திய பிரதேச மாநிலம் உருவாகியுள்ளது.
• இதற்கான பாட புத்தகங்களை அமித்ஷா வெளியிட்டார்.

2. உள்நாட்டில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட முதல் அலுமினியம் சரக்கு ரயில்:ரயில்வேயில் இணைப்பு

• முதல் முறையாக உள்நாட்டிலேயே அலுமினியம் கொண்டு உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ரயில் பெட்டிகளை கொண்ட சரக்கு ரயில் இந்திய ரயில்வேயில் இணைக்கப்பட்டது.
• ஒடிசா மாநிலம் புவனேஸ்வரத்தில் அலுமினியத்தால் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ரயில் பெட்டிகள் கொண்ட சரக்கு ரயிலை மத்திய ரயில்வே அமைச்சர் அஸ்வினி வைஷ்ணவ் கொடியசைத்து  தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• இந்திய ரயில்வேக்கு இலகு ரக அலுமினிய ரயில் பெட்டிகள் மிகப்பெரிய கண்டுபிடிப்பாகும். இந்த ரயில் பெட்டிகளால் 14,500 டன் கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம் தடுக்கப்படும்.
• இந்த ரயிலால் அதிக பாரத்தை சுமந்து செல்ல முடியும். துருப்பிடிக்காமல் நீண்ட காலம் தாக்கு பிடிக்கும் 100 சதவீதம் மறுசுழற்சி செய்யக்கூடியவை.
• 30 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகும் புதுப்பொலிவுடன் காணப்படும்.
• நாட்டின் பருவநிலை மாற்ற இலக்குகளை அடைய இந்த ரயில் உதவும் என்று தெரிவித்தார்.
• வழக்கமான ரயில் பெட்டிகளை விட ஒரு பயணத்தில் 150 டன் கூடுதல் சரக்கை அலுமினியம் ரயில் பெட்டிகளால் சுமந்து செல்ல முடியும்.
• துருப்பிடிக்காத தன்மை இந்த ரயில் பெட்டிகளின் பராமரிப்பு செலவை குறைக்கும் என்று அலுமினியம் ரயில் பெட்டிகள் தயாரிப்பில் பங்கு கொண்ட ஹிண்டால்கோ நிறுவனம் சார்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• சாதாரண ரயில் பெட்டிகளுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில் அலுமினியம் ரயில் பெட்டிகள் 10 ஆண்டுகள் அதிக ஆயிலை கொண்டுள்ளனர்.
• எனினும் அவற்றின் தயாரிப்பு செலவு சாதாரண ரயில்களை விட 35 சதவீதம் அதிகம் என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

3. மீண்டும் அதிபர் ஆகிறார் ஜி ஜின்பிங்

• சீன கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் இருபதாவது தேசிய மாநாடு தலைநகர் பெய்ஜிங்கில் தொடங்கியது.
• இதில் தற்போதைய அதிபர் ஜி ஜின்பிங் மூன்றாவது முறையாக அதிபராக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட உள்ளார்.
• சீன கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் தேசிய மாநாடு ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை நடைபெறுகிறது. இந்த நடைமுறைப்படி 2013 மார்ச் 14ஆம் தேதி சீன அதிபராக ஜி ஜின்பிங் பதவியேற்றார்.
• 2017-ல் இரண்டாவது முறையாக அவர் அதிபராக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டார்.
• அவரது பதவிக்காலம் வரும் 22ஆம் தேதியுடன் நிறைவடைகிறது.
• புதிய அதிபரை தேர்வு செய்வதற்காக சீன கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் 20வது தேசிய மாநாடு தலைநகர் பெய்ஜிங்கில் தொடங்கியது.
• இதில் கட்சி நிர்வாகிகள் 2,296 பேர் பங்கேற்றுள்ளனர்.
• வரும் 22 ஆம் தேதி வரை நடைபெறும் இந்த மாநாட்டில் கட்சியின் மத்திய குழுவுக்கு 200 உறுப்பினர்களும், ஆட்சி மன்ற குழுவுக்கு 25 உறுப்பினர்களும் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட உள்ளனர்.
• இறுதியாக கட்சியின் பொது செயலாளர் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட உள்ளனர். 
• சட்டத்தின்படி ஒருவர் பத்தாண்டுகள் மட்டுமே அதிபராக நீடிக்க முடியும் என்ற வரம்பு 2018 மார்ச் மாதம் நடைபெற்ற சீன நாடாளுமன்ற கூட்டத்தில் அதிபர் பதவிக்கான பத்தாண்டுகள் வரம்பு சட்டபூர்வமாக நீக்கப்பட்டது.
• இதன்படி தற்போது நடைபெறும் சீன கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் 20 ஆவது தேசிய மாநாட்டில் சீன அதிபர் ஜி ஜின்பிங் மூன்றாவது முறையாக கட்சியின் பொதுச்செயலாளராக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டு அதிபராக பதவி ஏற்க உள்ளார்.
• இது தொடர்பான அதிகாரப்பூர்வ அறிவிப்பு வரும் 23ஆம் தேதி வெளியிடப்பட உள்ளது.

4. எண்ம வங்கிமயம்

• குறுஞ்செய்தி வாயிலாக அல்லாமல் (போன் பேங்கிங்) அறிதிறன் பேசியின் எண்ம டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பம் வாயிலாக வங்கியின் சேவைகளை பயன்படுத்த தொடங்கியதால் நாடு பெரும் வளர்ச்சி கண்டு வருவதாக பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
• நாட்டில் 75 எண்ம வங்கி பிரிவுகளை பிரதமர் மோடி காணொளி வாயிலாக தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
• நாட்டின் எண்ம பொருளாதாரம் ஆனது புத்தாக்க நிறுவனங்களுக்கும், இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கும் திட்டத்துக்கும், தற்சார்பு இந்தியா திட்டத்துக்கும் பெரிய அளவில் உதவி வருகிறது.
• எண்மச் செலாவணி:
• விவசாயிகளுக்கான நிதி உதவி திட்டத்தின் கீழ் அடுத்த தவணை வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
• பிளாக் செயின் தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் அடிப்படையில் எண்ணங்கள் வெளியிடுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி (ஆர்பிஐ) மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
• பொருளாதாரம் மட்டுமல்லாமல் பல்வேறு முக்கிய அம்சங்கள் அதனுடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டுள்ளன.
• நாட்டில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள யூபிஐ வசதியானது பல்வேறு வாய்ப்புகளை தோற்றுவித்துள்ளது.
• இது போன்ற தொழில்நுட்பமானது உலகிலேயே முதல்முறையாக இந்தியாவில் தான் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றார் அவர்.
• நாட்டில் உள்ள 75 மாவட்டங்களில் 75 எண்ம வங்கி பிரிவுகள் தொடங்கப்படும் என பட்ஜெட்டில் மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்திருந்தது நினைவு கூறத்தக்கது.

2. First indigenously manufactured aluminum freight train:  Connectivity in Railways

• For the first time a freight train with coaches made of aluminum indigenously was incorporated in Indian Railways.
• Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav flagged off a freight train with aluminum coaches in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar.
• Lightweight aluminum coaches were a major innovation for Indian Railways. 14,500 tonnes of carbon emissions will be avoided by these trains.
• This train can carry heavy loads. 100 percent recyclable for long lasting impact without rusting.
• It looks fresh even after 30 years.
• He said that this train will help the country achieve its climate change goals.
• Aluminum coaches can carry 150 tonnes more cargo per trip than conventional coaches.
• Rustproofing will reduce the maintenance cost of these coaches, according to Hindalco, which is involved in the production of aluminum coaches.
• Aluminum coaches have 10 years more oil life compared to normal coaches.
