மாநில செய்திகள்

1. இணைய சூதாட்டத்துக்கு தடை

• தமிழகத்தில் இணைய சூதாட்டங்களுக்கு தடை விதிக்கும் அவசர சட்டத்துக்கு ஆளுநர் ஆர்.என்.ரவி ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளார்.
• இந்த சட்டம் தமிழக  அரசிதழில் கடந்த அக்டோபர் மூன்றாம் தேதி வெளியிடப்பட்டு அப்போது முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்துள்ளது.
• தமிழகத்தில் இணைய சூதாட்டங்களுக்கு தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பணம் மதிப்பிலான பொருட்களைக் கொண்டு இணையவெளியில் விளையாடப்படும் சூதாட்டங்களுக்கு தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இதேபோன்று இணைய சூதாட்டங்கள் எதையும் பொதுமக்களின் பயன்பாட்டுக்காக அளிக்கவும் தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இணைய சூதாட்டங்களை ஆடினால்
• விளையாடுவோருக்கு மூன்று மாதங்கள் சிறை ரூபாய் 5000 அபராதம்,
• விளம்பரம் செய்பவருக்கு ஓர் ஆண்டு சிறை ரூபாய் 5 லட்சம் வரை அபரதம்,
• விளையாட்டுகளை அளிப்போருக்கு மூன்று ஆண்டுகள் சிறை ரூபாய் 10 லட்சம் வரை அபராதம்.

மத்திய  செய்திகள்

1. 2027க்குள் அனைத்து ஊராட்சிகளிலும் தொடக்க வேளாண் கடன் சங்கங்கள்

• நாட்டில் 2027 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் அனைத்து ஊராட்சிகளிலும் தொடக்க வேளாண் கடன் சங்கங்கள் அமைக்கப்படும்.
• இதன் மூலம் பால் பொருள்கள் சந்தைப்படுத்துதல் உள்ளிட்ட கூட்டுறவு செயல்பாடுகள் அடிப்படை நிலைகளிலேயே உத்வேகம் பெறும் என்று மத்தியில் உள்துறை மற்றும் கூட்டுறவு துறை அமைச்சர் ஆன அமித்ஷா தெரிவித்தார்.
• நாடு முழுவதும் தற்போது 65 ஆயிரம் தொடக்க வேளாண் கடன் சங்கங்கள் செயல்பாட்டில் உள்ள நிலையில் அடுத்த ஐந்தாண்டுக்குள் அனைத்து ஊராட்சிகளிலும் இச்சங்கங்கள் இருக்க வேண்டியது மிக முக்கியம் என்று அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
• சிக்கிம் தலைநகர் காங்டாக்கில் கிழக்கு மற்றும் வடகிழக்கு மண்டல பால் உற்பத்தியாளர்கள், கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்கள் மாநாட்டை தொடங்கி வைத்தார் அமைச்சர்.
• பால் உற்பத்தி இரட்டிப்பு அவசியம்:
• அடுத்த ஐந்தாண்டுகளில் நாட்டில் பால் உற்பத்தியை இரட்டிப்பாக வேண்டியது அவசியம் என்றும் அமைச்சர் கூறினார்.

2. அமைதிக்கான நோபல் பரிசு மூன்றாக பகிர்வு

• சர்வாதிகார ஆட்சி நடைபெறும் பெலாரஸில் ஜனநாயக உரிமைகளுக்காக 1980 ஆம் ஆண்டுகளில் இருந்து போராடிவரும் முக்கிய தலைவர்.
• நாட்டில் மனித உரிமைகளுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என தொடர்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வருபவர்.

ரஷ்யாவின் ‘மெமோரியல் அமைப்பு‘

• சோவியத் யூனியனில் 1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்ட இந்த மையம் கம்யூனிஸ் அடக்குமுறைக்கு எதிராக போராடியது.
• ரஷ்யா அரசின் மனித உரிமைகள் தொடர்பான விவரங்களை இந்த மையம் தொடர்ந்து சேகரித்து வருகிறது.
• ரஷ்யாவில் அரசியல் கைதிகளின் நிலை குறித்தும், தொடர்ந்து ஆய்வு செய்து வருகிறது.
• ரஷ்யாவில் அடக்குமுறைக்கு முடிவை கொண்டு வந்து மனித உரிமைகளுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்க வேண்டும் என இந்த மையம் தொடர்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வருகிறது.
• சட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் ஆன ஆட்சி அமல்படுத்த வேண்டும் எனவும் மையம் கூறி வருகிறது.

உக்கரைனின் மனித சுதந்திர மையம்:

• உக்ரைன் கடும் நெருக்கடியை சந்தித்து வந்த சமயத்தில் மனித உரிமைகளையும் ஜனநாயகத்தையும் வலியுறுத்தி 2007 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்த மையம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• ஜனநாயக நாடாக மாற்றுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை இந்த மையம் மேற்கொண்டது.
• நாடு சட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் ஆளப்படுவதையும் இந்த மையம் உறுதி செய்தது.
• ரஷ்ய போர் தொடுத்த பிறகு ரஷ்யாவின் போர் விதிமீறல்களை இந்த மையம் தொடர்ந்து ஆவணப்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
• விதி மீறலில் ஈடுபட்ட ரஷ்ய அதிகாரிகளுக்கு உரிய தண்டனை பெற்று தர வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கில் மையம் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.

விளையாட்டு செய்திகள்

1. கத்தார் உலகக்கோப்பை போட்டியே கடைசி

• கத்தாரில் வரும் நவம்பர் மாதம் நடைபெற இருக்கும் உலக கோப்பை கால்பந்து போட்டிய தனக்கு கடைசி என அர்ஜென்டினா கால்பந்து நட்சத்திரம் லயோனல் மெஸ்ஸி கூறி இருக்கிறார்.
• கத்தார் போட்டியானது மெஸ்ஸியின் ஐந்தாவது உலகக்கோப்பை போட்டியாக இருக்கிறது.
• அர்ஜென்டினா இதுவரை 1978, 1986 என இரு முறை உலகக்கோப்பை வென்றிருக்கிறது.
• 22 ஆவது உலகக்கோப்பை கால்பந்து போட்டியானது நவம்பர் 20ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கி டிசம்பர் 18ஆம் தேதி நிறைவடைகிறது.

1. Ban on internet gambling

• Governor RN Ravi has approved the emergency law to ban internet gambling in Tamil Nadu.
• This Act has been published in the Tamil Nadu Gazette on October 3rd and has come into force since then.
• Internet gambling has been banned in Tamil Nadu.
• Online gambling with monetary items is prohibited.
• Similarly it is prohibited to provide any internet gambling for public use.
• If you play internet gambling
• Three months imprisonment Rs 5000 fine for players,
• Imprisonment for one year and fine up to Rs.5 lakhs for the advertiser,
• Three years imprisonment and fine up to Rs 10 lakhs for those who provide games.

1. Primary agricultural credit in all panchayats by 2027 Associations

• Primary Agricultural Credit Societies will be set up in all panchayats in the country by 2027.
• Union Home and Cooperatives Minister Amit Shah said that the co-operative activities including marketing of dairy products will be given impetus at the basic level.
• He mentioned that it is very important to have these societies in all panchayats within the next five years as 65 thousand primary agricultural credit societies are currently functioning across the country.
• The Minister inaugurated the Conference of Milk Producers and Co-operative Societies of Eastern and North Eastern Regions in Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim.
• Doubling of milk production is necessary:
• The Minister also said that it is necessary to double the production of milk in the country in the next five years.

2. Divide the Nobel Peace Prize into three

Ales Bieliatsky

• Prominent leader who has been fighting for democratic rights in Belarus since the 1980s, a period of authoritarian rule.
