 1. பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளுக்கு வலை தளம்: கர்மயோகி பிராரம்ப்

• மத்திய அரசுப் பணிகளில் இணையும் இளைஞர்களுக்குப் பயிற்சி அளிப்பதற்கான புதிய வலைதளத்தைப் பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கிவைத்தார்.
• ‘கர்மயோகி பிராரம்ப்’ என்ற அந்தப் பயிற்சி வலைதளத்தில் பல்வேறு துறைகளைச் சேர்ந்த புதிய பணியாளர்களுக்குப் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படவுள்ளது.
• அரசுப் பணியாளர்களுக்கான நடத்தை விதிமுறைகள், பணியிட நெறிமுறைகள், மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டுக் கொள்கைகள் உள்ளிட்டவை குறித்து அவர்களுக்குப் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படவுள்ளது.
• 2023-ஆம் ஆண்டு இறுதிக்குள் நாடு முழுவதும் 10 லட்சம் பேருக்கு அரசு வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டுமென்ற இலக்கைப் பிரதமர் மோடி கடந்த ஜூனில் நிர்ணயித்தார்.

 1. தமிழகத்தின் முதல் பல்லுயிர்பாரம்பரிய தலம் மதுரை அரிட்டாபட்டி

• பல்லுயிர் மரபுத்தலங்கள் என்பது, சூழலியல் முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த நிலப்பரப்பு, கடலோர மற்றும் உள்ளூர் நீர்நிலைகள், பல்லுயிர் தன்மை மிக்க தாவர, விலங்கின சிற்றினங்களின் வாழ்விடங்கள், பரிணாம முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த சிற்றினங்களின் வாழ்விடங்கள் போன்றவற்றை பாதுகாக்கும் நோக்கத்திற்காக அமைக்கப்பட்டது.
• அந்த வகையில் மதுரை மாவட்டம் அரிட்டாபட்டி மற்றும் மீனாட்சிபுரம் கிராமங்களில் உள்ள 193,215 எக்டேர் பரப்பிலான பகுதியை  அரிட்டாபட்டி பல்லுயிர் பாரம்பரிய தலமாக தமிழகஅரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• இது  மாநிலத்தின் முதல் பல்லுயிர் பாரம்பரியத்தலமாகும்.
• இங்குள்ள ஆனைகொண்டான் ஏரி, 16-ம் நூற்றாண்டில் பாண்டியர்களின் ஆட்சியில் கட்டப்பட்டது.

திட்டம்

 1. பிரதான் மந்திரி கிசான் சம்மான் நிதி யோஜனா

• மத்திய அரசின்’ பிரதான் மந்திரி கிசான் சம்மான் நிதி யோஜனா கீழ், ஆதார் எண் இது வரை இணைக்காத 9 லட்சம் விவசாயிகளுக்கு ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ.6,000 உதவித் தொகை கிடைப்பதில் சிக்கல் எழுந்துள்ளது.
• ஆதார் எண்ணை இணைத்தால் மட்டுமே, இந்தத் தொகை விவசாயிகளுக்கு கிடைக்கும் என தமிழக வேளாண்மைத் துறை அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
• நாட்டில் நலிவுற்ற நிலையில் உள்ள விவசாயிகளின் ஆண்டு வருமானத்தை உயர்த்தும் வகையில் மத்திய அரசால் ‘பிரதான் மந்திரி கிசான் சம்மான் நிதி யோஜனா’ (விவசாயிகளுக்கு உதவித் தொகை திட்டம்)செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
• இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இணையும் விவசாயிகளுக்கு குறைந்தபட்ச ஆதரவு உதவித் தொகையாக ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ.6,000 மூன்று தவணைகளில் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
• இந்தத் தொகை, விவசாயிகளின் வங்கிக் கணக்குகளிலேயே செலுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது விவசாயிகளுக்கு உதவித் தொகை வழங்கும் திட்டம் 2019-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• 6 லட்சம் பேர் நீக்கம்:
• ரூ.6,000 பெறும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயனாளிகள் விண்ணப்பிக்கும் போது, அவர்கள் பெயரிலேயே நிலம் இருக்க வேண்டும், வீட்டில் யாரும் அரசு ஊழியராக இருக்கக் கூடாது என்பன போன்ற நிபந்தனைகள் விதிக்கப்பட்டன.
• இந்த நிபந்தனைகளின் அடிப்படையில் தமிழகத்தில் சுமார் 6 லட்சம் பேர் நீக்கப்பட்டனர்.
• தமிழகத்தில் தற்போது வரை 23.03லட்சம் பயனாளிகள் ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ.6,000 பெற்று வருகின்றனர்.

 2. உள்கட்டமைப்பு சொத்துகளைப் பணமாக்கும் திட்டம்

• மத்திய அரசு செயல்படுத்தி வரும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு சொத்துகளைப் பணமாக்கும் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 2022-23-ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் இதுவரை ரூ.33,422 கோடி வருவாய் ஈட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• நாட்டில் உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதியை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காகப் புதுமையான, மாற்று வழிகளில் நிதி திரட்டும் நோக்கில் சொத்துக்களைப் பணமாக்கும் திட்டத்தை மத்திய அரசு கடந்த ஆகஸ்டில் அறிவித்தது.
• அதன்படி, மத்திய அரசின் உள்கட்டமைப்பு சொத்துக்களை நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில் பணமாக மாற்றி, அதன் வாயிலாக ரூ.6 லட்சம் கோடி திரட்ட மத்திய அரசு இலக்கு நிர்ணயித்துள்ளது.
• அத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ், மத்திய அரசுக்குச் சொந்தமான சொத்துகள் தனியாருக்கு குத்தகை அளிக்கப்படும். குத்தகை காலம் முடிந்ததும் அச்சொத்துகள் மீண்டும் அரசு வசமே வந்துசேரும்.
• கடந்த 2021-22-ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.88,000 கோடி மதிப்பிலான சொத்துகளைப் பணமாக்குவதற்குத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டிருந்த நிலையில், அந்த இலக்கு வெற்றிகரமாக அடையப்பட்டது.
• கடந்த நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.1 லட்சம் கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான சொத்துகள் பணமாக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.
• நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.1,62,422 கோடி மதிப்பிலான சொத்துகளைப் பணமாக்குவதற்கு மத்திய அரசு திட்டமிட்டிருந்தது.
• முக்கியமாக, குஜராத், மகாராஷ்டிரம், கர்நாடகம், உத்தரபிரதேசம், மத்தியபிரதேசம், ஒடிஸா ஆகிய மாநிலங்களில் சொத்துகளைப் பணமாக்க அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டு வருவதாகத் தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

நோய்கள்

 1. இந்தியாவில் ஒரே ஆண்டில் 7 லட்சம் பேர் உயிரைப்பறித்த 5 வகை பாக்டீரியா.

• 6.80 லட்சம் பேர் இறப்பு உலகமெங்கும்.
• 2019-ம் ஆண்டில் 77 லட்சம் பேர் 33 வகையான பொதுவான பாக்டீரியா தொற்றினால் மரணத்தைத் தழுவி உள்ளனர்.
• இவற்றில் 50 சதவீதத்துக்கும் (54.2 சதவீதம்) மேலான உயிரிழப்புகளுக்கு 5 பாக்டீரியாக்கள் மட்டுமே காரணம் ஆகும்.
• அந்த பாக்டீரியாக்கள் இ.கோலி, எஸ்.நிமோனியா கே.நிமோனியா, எஸ்.ஆரியஸ் மற்றும் ஏ.பவுமனி ஆகியவைதான்.
• இந்த பாக்டீரியாக்கள் இந்தியாவில் மட்டும் 2019-ம் ஆண்டில் 6 லட்சத்து 80 பேரின் உயிர்களைப் பறித்துள்ளன.
• இந்த ஆய்வுத்தகவல்களை இங்கிலாந்தில் இருந்து வெளிவரும் ‘தி லேன்செட்’ மருத்துவப்பத்திரிகை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
• இ.கோலி என்ற மிகக்கொடிய பாக்டீரியா மட்டும் இந்தியாவில் 2019-ல் 1 லட்சத்து 57 ஆயிரத்து 82 பேரின் உயிரிழப்புக்கு காரணமாகி உள்ளது.
• 2019-ம் ஆண்டில் உலகளவில் நிகழ்ந்த இறப்புகளில் முக்கிய காரணியாக ‘இஸ்கிமிக்’ இதய நோய்க்கு அடுத்தபடியாக இந்த பாக்டீரியா தொற்றுகள் இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளன.
• உலக அளவில் அதிக இறப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்திய பாக்டீரியா, எஸ். ஆரியஸ் ஆகும். இந்த பாக்டீரியாவால் 11 லட்சம் பேர் இறந்துள்ளனர். இந்த பாக்டீரியா 15 ஆண்டுகளாக 15 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்டோரை பலி கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறது.

 1. Web site for training courses: Karmayogi Praramb

• Prime Minister Modi launched a new website to train youth joining central government jobs.
• The training website ‘Karmayogi Prarambh’ will provide training to new employees from various fields.
• They will be imparted training on Code of Conduct, Workplace Ethics, Human Resource Development Policies etc. for government employees.
• Last June, Prime Minister Modi set a target of providing 10 lakh government jobs across the country by the end of 2023.

 1. Madurai Aritapatti is the first Biodiversity Site of Tamil Nadu

• Biodiversity Heritage Sites are ecologically important landscapes, coastal and local water bodies, habitats of biodiverse flora and fauna, and habitats of evolutionarily important species.
• Accordingly, the Tamil Nadu government has declared the area of ​​193,215 hectares in Aritapatti and Meenakshipuram villages of Madurai district as Aritapatti Biodiversity Heritage Site.
• It is the first biodiversity heritage site in the state.
• The Anaikondan lake here was built in the 16th century during the rule of the Pandyas.

Scheme

 1. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Niti Yojana

• Under Central Government’s Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Niti Yojana, 9 lakh farmers who have not linked their Aadhaar number till now have a problem in getting Rs 6,000 subsidy per year.
• Officials of Tamil Nadu Agriculture Department said that this amount will be available to the farmers only if Aadhaar number is linked.
• The central government is implementing ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Niti Yojana’ (Farmer Assistance Scheme) to increase the annual income of the poor farmers in the country.
• Farmers joining under this scheme are being given a minimum support assistance of Rs.6,000 per annum in three installments.
• This amount is being paid into the bank accounts of the farmers themselves.
• The scheme to provide assistance to farmers was launched in 2019.
• Dismissal of 6 Lakhs:
• Under the Rs.6,000 scheme, the beneficiaries applied, conditions were imposed such as the land should be in their name and no one in the household should be a government employee.
• About 6 lakh people were fired in Tamil Nadu based on these conditions.
• Till now 23.03 lakh beneficiaries in Tamil Nadu are getting Rs.6,000 per annum.

   2. Scheme for Monetization of Infrastructure Assets

• Revenue of Rs.33,422 crore has been generated so far in the financial year 2022-23 under the infrastructure asset monetization scheme implemented by the central government.
• Last August, the central government had announced asset monetization scheme to raise funds through innovative, alternative means to improve infrastructure in the country.
• Accordingly, the central government has set a target of raising Rs.6 lakh crore through monetization of the central government’s infrastructure assets in four years.
• Under the scheme, properties owned by the central government will be leased out to private individuals. At the end of the lease period, the property reverts back to the government.
• In the last financial year 2021-22, the target was successfully achieved with a target of Rs 88,000 crore worth of assets being monetised.
• Over Rs 1 lakh crore of assets were monetize in the last financial year.
• The central government had planned to monetize assets worth Rs.1,62,422 crore in the current fiscal year.
• Mainly states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha are getting more focus on asset monetization, according to reports.

• Those bacteria are E. coli, S. pneumoniae K. pneumoniae, S. aureus and A. baumannii.
• These bacteria claimed 6 lakh 80 lives in India alone in 2019.
• This research information has been published by ‘The Lancet’ medical journal from England.
• E.coli, the most deadly bacteria alone, has caused the death of 1 lakh 57 thousand 82 people in India in 2019.
• These bacterial infections are the second leading cause of death worldwide in 2019, after ‘ischemia’ heart disease.
• The bacterium that causes the most deaths worldwide, S. Areus is 11 lakh people have died from this bacteria. This bacteria has been killing people over the age of 15 for 15 years.
