மத்திய செய்திகள் 

 1. முதல் பசுமை விமான நிலையம் 

• அருணாசல பிரதேசத்தில் புதிதாக கட்டப்பட்டுள்ள முதல் பசுமை விமான நிலையம் மற்றும் சுமெங் நீர்மின் நிலைய திட்டங்களை பயன்பாட்டுக்கு திறந்து திறந்துவைத்தார் பிரதமர்.  

• அருணாசல பிரதேச தலைநகர் இடாநகரிலிருந்து 15 கி.மீ. தொலைவில் புதிய ‘டோனி போலோ விமான நிலையம் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.  
• இந்த விமான நிலையத்துக்கு கடந்த 2019-ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி மாதம் பிரதமர் அடிக்கல் நாட்டிய நிலையில், அதனை தற்போது பயன்பாட்டுக்கு பிரதமர் திறந்துவைத்தார். 
• இந்த விமான நிலையம் ரூ.645 கோடி செலவில் சுட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• அதுபோல, மாநிலத்தின் மேற்கு கமெங் மாவட்டத்தில் ரூ. 8,450 கோடி, செலவில் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ள 600 மெகா வாட் மின் உற்பத்தித்திறன் கொண்ட  சுமெங் நீர்மின் நிலையத்தையும் பிரதமர் மோடி நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணித்தார். 

 2. காசி– தமிழ் சங்கமம் 

• காசியும் தமிழகமும் காலத்தால் அழியாத நமது கலாசாரம் மற்றும் நாகரிகத்தின் மையங்க ளாகும்.  
• இவ்விரு பகுதிகளுமே சமஸ்கிருதம், தமிழ் என உலகின் தொன்மையான மொழிகளின் மையங்களாக திகழ்கின்றன’ என்று பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி கூறினார். 
• ‘காசி – தமிழ் சங்கமம்’ எனும் பெயரில் ஒரு மாத கால நிகழ்ச்சிகள் வாராணசியில் (காசி) ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்நிகழ்ச்சிகளை, வாராணசியில் பிரதமர் மோடி  முறைப்படி தொடக்கி வைத்து உரையாற்றினார். 
• சப்தபுரி எனப்படும் ஹிந்துக்களின் 7 முக்கிய யாத்திரை தலங்களில் காசிக்கும் தமிழகத்தின் காஞ்சிக்கும் முக்கிய இடம் உண்டு. 

• காசியின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு தமிழகத்தின் பங்களிப்பு: 
• ராமானுஜாச்சாரியார், சங்கராச்சாரியார் தொடங்கி ராஜாஜி, சர்வபள்ளி ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் வரை காசியின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு பங்களித்துள்ளனர்.  
• பனாரஸ் ஹிந்து பல்கலைக்கழக துணைவேந்தராக ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் பணியாற்றியுள்ளார். 
• சுவாமி குமரகுருபரர், மொழி மற்றும் அறிவுத் தடையை உடைத்து, காசியை தனது கர்ம பூமியாக ஆக்கிக் கொண்டதுடன், காசியில் கேதாரரேஸ்வர் கோயிலைக் கட்டினார். பின்னர், அவரது சீடர்கள் தஞ்சாவூரில் காவிரி நதிக்கரையில் காசி விஸ்வநாதர் கோயிலைக் கட்டினர்.

1. 55 ஆவது தேசிய நூலக வார விழா 

• பொது நூலகத் துறையில் 33 ஆண்டுகள் நூலகராக திறம்பட பணியாற்றிய வே.தணிகாசலத்துக்கு நூலகத் தேனீ விருது ஆகியவற்றையும் அவர் வழங்கினார். 
• நூல்கள் வெளியீடு:  

• இதைத் தொடர்ந்து அசஸ்வரன் எழுதிய ‘உயிரின் தானம், மோ.ரவீந்திரன் எழுதிய உயிர் ஆடும் திகிலாலே, அக்கினி பாரதி எழுதிய குருதியில் பூக்கும் நிலம் ஆகிய நூல்களை அனைத்திந்தியத் தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர்கள் சங்கத்தின் தேசியத் தலைவர் முனைவர் கோ.பெரியண்ணன் வெளியிட்டார். 
• தமிழக அரசின் நூலக நண்பர்கள் திட்டம் சென்னையில் டிச 1.-ஆம் தேதி தொடக்கப்படும் 
• நூலக வாசகர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரிக்கவும், வாசிக்கும் பழக்கத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையிலும், நூலகங்களுக்கு வர முடியாத மாற்றுத் திறனானிகள், முதியவர்கள் உள்ளிட்டோர், வீடுகளில் இருந்தே நூல்களை வாசிக்க உதவும் வகையில் நூலக நண்பர்கள் திட்டத்தை தமிழக அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. 

விருது 

 1. மகாத்மா காந்தி– மண்டேலா விருது 

• திபெத்திய பௌத்த மதகுரு தலாய் லாமாவுக்கு மகாத்மா காந்தி மண்டேலா விருதை ஹிமாசல பிரதேச ஆளுநர் ராஜேந்திர விஸ்வநாத் அர்லேகர் வழங்கி கௌரவித்தார். 
• அமைதி, நல்லிணக்கம், விடுதலையை முன்னெடுக்கும் சர்வதேச தலைவர்களுக்கு தர்மசாலாவில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் காந்தி மண்டேலா அறக்கட்டளை சார்பில் இந்த விருது வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

திட்டம் 

 1. மிஷன் இயற்கை  

• தமிழக அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் ‘மிஷன் இயற்கை’ என்ற பெயரிலான சுற்றுச்சூழல் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ள நிலையில் அது குறித்த வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

• தனியார் தொண்டு நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து மிஷன் இயற்கை என்ற 

சுற்றுச்சூழல் திட்டத்தை அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் செயல்படுத்த பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.

   1. First Green Airport 

• The Prime Minister inaugurated the newly constructed first green airport and Sumeng hydropower projects in Arunachal Pradesh. 
• 15 KM from Arunachal Pradesh capital Itanagar. A new ‘Donyi Polo Airport’ has been built in the distance. 
• The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for this airport in February 2019, and now the Prime Minister has opened it for use. 

• This airport has been built at a cost of Rs.645 crores. 
• Similarly, in West Kameng district of the state PM Modi also dedicated to the country the 600 MW Chumeng hydroelectric power station built at a cost of Rs 8,450 crore. 

2. Kasi – Tamil Sangamam 

• Kashi and Tamil Nadu are timeless centers of our culture and civilization. 

• Both these regions are the centers of the ancient languages ​​of the world like Sanskrit and Tamil, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 
• A month long program named ‘Kasi – Tamil Sangamam’ is organized in Varanasi (Kasi). Prime Minister Modi formally inaugurated these events in Varanasi and addressed them. 
• Kashi and Kanchi of Tamil Nadu have an important place among the 7 major pilgrimage sites of Hindus known as Saptapuri. 
• Contribution of Tamil Nadu to the development of Khasi: 
• From Ramanujacharya, Shankaracharya to Rajaji, Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan contributed to the development of Kashi. 

• Radhakrishnan has served as the Vice-Chancellor of Banaras Hindu University. 
• Swami Kumaragurupar broke the barrier of language and knowledge and made Kashi his Karma Bhumi and built the Kedareshwar temple in Kashi. Later, his disciples built the Kasi Vishwanath Temple on the banks of the Cauvery at Thanjavur.

   1. 55th National Library Week Celebration 

• He also presented the Library Bee Award to V. Thanikasalam who has worked effectively as a librarian for 33 years in the public library department. 
• Publication of Books: 
• Following this, Dr. Ko Periyannan, National President of All India Tamil Writers Association, published the books ‘Uirin Thanam’ written by Asaswaran, ‘ uyir aṭum tikilale’ written by Mo. Ravindran and ‘ kurutiyil pukkum nilam’ written by Akini Bharati. 
• Tamil Nadu Government’s naṇparkaḷ Scheme will be launched in Chennai on 1st December 

• To increase the number of library readers and encourage the habit of reading, the Government of Tamil Nadu has announced Nulaka naṇparkaḷ Scheme to help people with disabilities and the elderly, who are unable to visit libraries, to read books from home. 

Award 

  1. Mahatma Gandhi-Mandela Award 

• Himachal Pradesh Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar honored Tibetan Buddhist monk Dalai Lama with Mahatma Gandhi Mandela Award. 
• This award is given on behalf of the Gandhi Mandela Foundation operating in Dharamsala to international leaders who advance peace, reconciliation and liberation.

  1. Mission Nature 

• As the school education department is planning to implement an environmental project named ‘Mission Nature’ in Tamil Nadu government schools, the guidelines have been published. 
• The Department of School Education is planning to implement an environmental project called Mission Nature in government schools in collaboration with a private charity.
