- இங்கு மாநில அரசுப் பணிகளில் இடஒதுக்கீடு உச்சவரம்பு தற்போது 60 சதவீதமாக உள்ளது. இது, பொருளாதாரத்தில் பின்தங்கிய முற்பட்ட வகுப்பினருக்கான 10 சதவீத இட ஒதுக்கீட்டையும் உள்ளடக்கியதாகும்.
- இந்நிலையில், ஜார்க்கண்ட் சட்டப்பேரவையின் சிறப்புக்கூட்டம் நடைபெற்றது. இதில், இடஒதுக்கீடு உச்சவரம்பை 77 சதவீதமாக உயர்த்துவதற்கான ஜார்க்கண்ட் அரசு பணி காலியிடங்கள் மற்றும் பணிகள் திருத்த மசோதா-2022 நிறைவேற்றப் பட்டது.

2. இந்தியா–அமெரிக்கா நிதி ஒத்துழைப்புக் குழு
- இந்தியா-அமெரிக்கா நிதி ஒத்துழைப்புக் குழுவின் ஆவது 9-கூட்டம் தில்லியில் நடைபெற்றது. அதில் கலந்து கொள்வதற்காக அமெரிக்க நிதியமைச்சர் ஜேனட் யெல்லன் இந்தியா வந்துள்ளார்.
- கூட்டத்துக்குப் பிறகு வெளியிடப்பட்ட கூட்டறிக்கையில், பருவநிலை மாற்றத்தை எதிர்கொள்வதற்கான நிதியைத் திரட்டுவது தொடர்பாகக் கூட்டத்தின்போது விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது.
- பருவநிலை மாற்றத்தை எதிர்கொள்ள 2025-ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை ஆண்டுக்கு சுமார் ரூ.8 லட்சம் கோடியைத் திரட்ட இலக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- அந்த நிதியைக் கொண்டு வளர்ந்து வரும் நாடுகளுக்கு உதவவும் உறுதி ஏற்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
3. சென்னை– மைசூரு வந்தே பாரத் விரைவு ரயில் சேவை
- சென்னை-மைசூரு இடையிலான தென்னிந்தியாவின் முதல் வந்தே பாரத் விரைவு ரயில் சேவையை பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி பெங்களூரில் தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
- பிரதமர் மோடி, கிராந்தி வீரசங்கொல்லி ராயண்ணா ரயில் நிலையத்தில் சென்னை – மைசூரு வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் சேவையைத் தொடக்கிவைத்தார்.
- இந்திய அளவில் தொடங்கப்படும் 5-ஆவது வந்தே பாரத் விரைவு ரயில் சேவை இதுவாகும்.
- இந்தியாவின் முதல் வந்தே பாரத் விரைவு ரயில் சேவை 2019–ஆம் ஆண்டில் புதுதில்லி, கான்பூர்,அலாகாபாத்,வாராணசி இடையே இயக்கப்பட்டது.
- வந்தே பாரத் விரைவு ரயில் முழுக்க முழுக்க உள்நாட்டு தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் அடிப்படையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டு தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- மேலும், ரயில்களுக்கு இடையிலான மோதலைத்தவிர்க்கும் தொழில்நுட்பமும் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த ரயில் 52 விநாடி பூஜ்யத்தில் இருந்து மணிக்கு களில் 100 கி.மீ. வேகத்தில் பயணிக்கும். அதிகபட்சமாக மணிக்கு 180 கி.மீ. வேகத்தில் செல்லும் திறன் கொண்டதாகும்.
- காசி தரிசனம் திட்டம்:
- இதனிடையே, இந்திய ரயில்வே துறையின் பாரத் கெளரவ் ரயில் கொள்கையின்படி, கர்நாடக ஹிந்து அறநிலையத்துறை சார்பில் இயக்கப்படும் ‘பாரத் கௌரவ் காசி தரிசனம்‘ ரயில் சேவையை பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கி வைத்தார். காசி யாத்திரையை 8 நாள்களுக்கு மேற்கொள்ள சலுகைக் கட்டணத்தில் இந்த ரயில் இயக்கப்படுகிறது.
- காசி யாத்திரை மேற்கொள்ளும் பக்தர்களுக்கு கர்நாடக அரசு தலா ரூ. 5 ஆயிரம் உதவித்தொகை வழங்குகிறது.
4. 108 அடி உயர கெம்பே கௌடா சிலை திறப்பு
- பிரதமர் மோடி, தேவனஹள்ளியில் உள்ள கெம்பே கௌடா பன்னாட்டு விமான நிலைய வளா கத்தில் 108 அடி உயரத்தில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கெம்பே கௌடாவின் வெண்கலச் சிலை, பூங்காவை திறந்து வைத்தார்.
- ‘வளமையின் சிலை’ என்று அழைக்கப்படும் கெம்பே கௌடா சிலையின் எடை 218 டன்னாகும். இந்தச் சிலையானது 98 டன் வெண்கலம், 120 டன் எஃகு உலோகங்களால் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- கெம்பே கௌடாவின் வாள் 4 டன் எடை கொண்டாகும்.
- இந்தச் சிலையை சுற்றி 23 ஏக்கர் நிலத்தில் ரூ.84 கோடியில் கெம்பே கௌடா பூங்கா அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- 2–ஆவது முனையம்:
- முன்னதாக, பெங்களூரு, தேவனஹள்ளியில் அமைந்துள்ள கெம்பெ கௌடா பன்னாட்டு விமான நிலையத்தில் புதிதாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள 2-ஆவது முனையத்தை பிரதமர் மோடி திறந்து வைத்தார்.
- ரூ. 5 ஆயிரம் கோடியில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ‘சுற்றுச்சூழல் தோழமை முனையம்‘ முழுக்க முழுக்க மூங்கில்களால் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- புதிய முனையத்துக்கு ‘பூங்காவில் ஒரு முனையம்’ என பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்த முனையத்தில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள தொங்கும் தோட்டங்கள் அதிசயமாகப் பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
- விமான நிலையத்துக்கு நுழைவதற்கு முன், 10 ஆயிரம் சதுரமீட்டரில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பசுமை சுவர்களைக் கடந்து செல்லும் வகையில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

1. உச்ச அளவில் சர்வதேச கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம்
- சர்வதேச அளவிலான கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம் நடப்பு 2022-ஆம் ஆண்டில் 4,060 டன் என்ற அளவைத் தொடும் என ஐ.நா. ஆய்வறிக்கையில் எச்சரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இது கடந்த 2019- ஆம் ஆண்டில் பதிவான 4,090 டன் என்ற உச்ச அளவைவிட சற்றே குறைவாகும்.
- ஐ.நா. 27-ஆவது பருவநிலை மாநாடு எகிப்தில் நடைபெற்று வரும் நிலையில், ‘சர்வதேச கார்பன் பட்ஜெட்’ என்ற ஆய்வறிக்கையின் முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- அந்த அறிக்கையில், ‘நடப்பாண்டில் சர்வதேச கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம் 4,060 டன்னாக இருக்கும் என கணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இதே அளவில் கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம் தொடர்ந்தால், பூமியின் வெப்பநிலையானது தொழில்புரட்சிக்கு முந்தைய அளவை விட 1.5 டிகிரி செல்சியஸ் அளவை இன்னும் 9 ஆண்டுகளில் எட்டிவிட 50 சதவீத வாய்ப் புள்ளது.

1. Jharkhand Assembly to increase reservation ceiling to 77% Passage of the Bill

2. India-US Financial Cooperation Council
- The 9th meeting of India-US Financial Cooperation Committee was held in Delhi. US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has come to India to attend it.
- In a joint statement released after the meeting, the meeting discussed raising funds to tackle climate change.
- A target has been set to raise around Rs.8 lakh crore annually till 2025 to tackle climate change.
- It is also committed to help developing countries with that fund.
3. Chennai-Mysore Vande Bharat Express train service
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated South India’s first Vande Bharat Express train service between Chennai and Mysore in Bangalore.
- PM Modi inaugurated the Chennai-Mysore Vande Bharat train service at Kranti Veerasangolli Rayanna Railway Station.
- This is the 5th Vande Bharat Express train service to be launched in India.
- India’s first Vande Bharat Express train service was launched in 2019 between New Delhi, Kanpur, Allahabad and Varanasi.
- Vande Bharat Express is designed and manufactured entirely based on indigenous technology.

- The statue of Kempe Gowda known as the ‘Statue of Prosperity’ weighs 218 tonnes. The statue is made of 98 tons of bronze and 120 tons of steel.

- Earlier, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the newly constructed Terminal 2 at Kempegowda International Airport located at Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
- Rs. 5,000 crore ‘Eco-Friendly Terminal’ is constructed entirely of bamboo.

1. Indian economic growth will slow down to 7
