- ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 11, 2008 முதல், தேசிய கல்வி தினமாக கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
- இந்தியாவின் முதல் கல்வி மந்திரி மவுலானா அபுல் கலாம் ஆசாத், 1947 ஆகஸ்ட் 2, 1958 முதல் 2 பிப்ரவரி 1958 வரை பணியாற்றினார்.
- அப்துல் கலாம் ஆசாத்தின் பிறந்த நாள் நவம்பர் 11 அன்று கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
மத்திய செய்திகள்
1. சூரிய எரிசக்தி மூலம் ரூ.32,000 கோடி சேமிப்பு
- சூரிய எரிசக்தி பயன்பாட்டின் மூலம் நடப்பாண்டின் முதல் 6 மாதங்களில் சுமார் ரூ.32,000 கோடியை இந்தியா சேமித்துள்ளதாக ஆய்வறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்தியாவிலும் சர்வதேச அளவிலும் சூரிய எரிசக்தி பயன்பாடு குறித்து எரிசக்தி – தூய காற்று ஆராய்ச்சி மையம், எரிசக்தி பொரு ளாதார மையம் ஆகியவை சார்பில் ஆய்வு நடத்தப்பட்டது.
- அந்த ஆய்வறிக்கையில், “நடப்பு 2022-ஆம் ஆண்டின் ஜனவரி முதல் ஜூன் வரையிலான காலகட்டத்தில் சூரிய எரிசக்தியைப் பயன்படுத்தியதன் மூலம் இந்தியா சுமார் ரூ.32,000 கோடி மதிப்பிலான கச்சா எண்ணெய் பயன்பாட்டைத் தவிர்த்துள்ளது.
- சுமார் 1.91 கோடி டன் நிலக்கரி பயன்பாட்டின் தேவையையும் இந்தியா தவிர்த்துள்ளது.
- கடந்த தசாப்தத்தில் சூரிய எரிசக்தியை அதிகமாகப் பயன்படுத்திய 10 நாடுகளில் 5 நாடுகள் ஆசியாவைச் சேர்ந்தவை.
- இந்தியா, சீனா, ஜப்பான், தென் கொரியா, வியட்நாம், பிலிப்பின்ஸ், தாய்லாந்து ஆகிய நாடுகள் சூரிய எரிசக்தியை அதிகமாகப் பயன்படுத்தி வருகின்றன.
- இதன் மூலமாக அந்நாடுகள் 6 மாதங்களில் சுமார் ரூ.2.72 லட்சம் கோடியை சேமித்துள்ளன.
- சீனா மட்டும் சுமார் ரூ.1.68 லட்சம் கோடியை சேமித்துள்ளது. இதன் மூலமாகப் பெருமளவிலான நிலக்கரி, இயற்கை எரிவாயு இறக்குமதியை சீனா குறைத்துள்ளது.
- ஜப்பான் இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.
2. 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை ஆதார் புதுப்பிப்பு அவசியம்
- ஆதார் பதிவு செய்த நாளில் இருந்து ஒவ்வொரு 10 ஆண்டுக்கும் குறைந்தபட்சம் ஒருமுறையாவது தங்களது அடையாளச் சான்று முகவரி உள்ளிட்ட விவரங்களைப் புதுப்பிப்பதை அவசியமாக்கும் வகையில் ஆதார் ஒழுங்குமுறை விதிகளில் மத்திய அரசு திருத்தம் செய்துள்ளது.
- நாட்டில் இதுவரை 134கோடி ஆதார் அட்டைகள் விநியோகிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
ஒப்பந்தம்
1. தேசிய முதலீடு, உள்கட்டமைப்பு நிதியம் ஜப்பான் வங்கி இடையே ஒப்பந்தம்
- இந்தியாவில் ஜப்பான் நிறுவனங்ககளின் முதலீட்டை அதிகரிக்கும் வகையில் சர்வதேச ஒத்துழைப்புக்கான ஜப்பான் வங்கியுடன் (ஜேபிஐசி) புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொண்டுள்ளதாக மத்திய அரசு அறிவிப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
- தேசிய முதலீடு மற்றும் உள் கட்டமைப்பு நிதியத்துக்கும் (என்ஐஐஎஃப்) சர்வதேச ஒத்துழைப்புக்கான ஜப்பான் வங்கிக்கும் இடையே இந்த புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தாகி உள்ளது.
- இந்தியாவில் உள்கட்டமைப்பு சார்ந்த முதலீட்டை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில், 2015–ம் ஆண்டு மத்திய அரசு தேசிய முதலீடு மற்றும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு நிதியத்தை உருவாக்கியது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

Central News
1. Savings of Rs.32,000 crore through solar energy
- According to the report, India has saved around Rs 32,000 crore in the first six months of this year through the use of solar energy.
- Research on the use of solar energy in India and internationally has been conducted by the Center for Energy-Clean Air Research and Center for Energy Resources.
- According to the study, India avoided crude oil consumption worth around Rs 32,000 crore during the current January to June 2022 period by using solar energy.
- India has also avoided the requirement of coal consumption by about 1.91 crore tonnes.
- 5 out of 10 countries with the highest adoption of solar energy in the last decade are from Asia.
- Countries like India, China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand are using solar energy more.
- Through this, those countries have saved around Rs.2.72 lakh crore in 6 months.
- China alone has saved about Rs.1.68 lakh crore. Through this, China has reduced the import of large quantities of coal and natural gas.
- Japan is in second place.
2. Aadhaar update is mandatory every 10 years
- The Central Government has amended the Aadhaar Regulations to make it mandatory for the Aadhaar to update their identity proof address details at least once every 10 years from the date of Aadhaar registration.
- So far 134 crore Aadhaar cards have been distributed in the country.
Agreement
1. National Investment, Infrastructure Fund Agreement between the Bank of Japan
- The Central Government has announced that it has entered into an MoU with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JPIC) to increase investment by Japanese companies in India.
- The MoU was signed between the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation.
- It is noteworthy that in 2015, the Central Government created the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund to promote infrastructure-related investment in India.
