1. தலாக்–இ–ஹாசனும் முத்தலாக்கும் ஒன்றல்ல
- இஸ்லாமில் விவாகரத்து பெற ஒருமுறை கூறப்படும் உடனடி முத்தலாக்கும், மாதம் ஒருமுறை என மூன்று முறை கூறப்படும் தலாக்-இ-ஹசனையும் ஒன்றாக கருத முடியாது என்று உச்சநீதிமன்றம் தெரிவித்தது.
- இஸ்லாமில் மனைவியிடம் இருந்து விவாகரத்து பெற கணவர் தலாக்கும், கணவரிடமிருந்து விவாகரத்து பெற மனைவி குலாவும் அறிவிக்கிறார்கள்.
- இதில் உடனடியாக விவாகரத்து அறிவிப்பதாக ஆண்களால் கூறப்படும் முத்தலாக்குக்கு தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- தொடர்ந்து மூன்று மாதங்கள் அறிவிக்கப்படும் தலாக்–இ–ஹசனின் போது மூன்றாவது மாத அறிவிப்பில் இருவரும் சேர்ந்து வாழ விரும்பினால் இரண்டு மாதங்களாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட தலாக் செல்லாததாகிவிடும்.
- எனினும் மாதம் ஒருமுறை என தொடர்ந்து மூன்று மாதங்கள் ஆண்களால் அறிவிக்கப்படும் தலாக்-இ-ஹசன் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து வகையிலான தலாக் நடைமுறைகளுக்கு தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், இதனால் தனது வாழ்க்கை பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும், காஜியாபாதை சேர்ந்த பேநஸீர் ஹீனா உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார்.
- இருவரும் சேர்ந்து வாழ விரும்பவில்லை என்றால் இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டப்பிரிவு 142 இன் கீழும் விவாகரத்து வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
- ஆகையால் இஸ்லாத்தில் விவாகரத்து பெற ஒருமுறை கூறப்படும் முத்தலாக்கும், மாதம் ஒருமுறை என மூன்று முறை கூறப்படும் தலாக்-இ-ஹசனும் ஒன்றாக கருத முடியாது என்று உச்சநீதிமன்றம் தெரிவித்தது.
2. ‘வாசுகி’சரக்கு ரயில்
- நாட்டிலேயே நீளமான மற்றும் அதிக சரக்கு பெட்டிகளை எடுத்துச் செல்லக்கூடிய ‘சூப்பர் வாசுகி’ சரக்கு ரயில் (3.5 கிலோமீட்டர் நீளம்) வெள்ளோட்டம் பார்க்கப்பட்டது.
- சத்தீஸ்கர் மாநிலம் கோர்பாவில் இருந்து மகாராஷ்டிரத்தின் நாகபுரிக்கு 295 சரக்கு பெட்டிகளில் 27,000 டன் நிலக்கரியை ஏற்றிக்கொண்டு இந்த ரயில் சாதனை பயணத்தை மேற்கொண்டது.
3. இலங்கை வந்தது சீன உளவு கப்பல்
- சீன உளவு கப்பல் இலங்கை துறைமுகத்துக்கு வந்து சேர்ந்தது.
- சீனாவிடம் ராணுவம் மற்றும் விண்வெளி ஆய்வுக்காக 7 உளவு கப்பல்கள் உள்ளன.
- அவற்றில் ‘யுவான் வாங் –5’ என்ற உளவு கப்பலும் அடங்கும்.
- அது 212 மீட்டர் நீளமும் 28 மீட்டர் அகலமும் கொண்டது.
- அதில் விண்வெளி ஆய்வு கருவிகள் உள்ளன.
- விண்வெளியில் இயங்கும் செயற்கை கோள்களையும், வானில் செலுத்தப்படும் ஏவுகணைகளையும் இந்த கப்பலால் ஆய்வு செய்ய முடியும்.
- இருக்கும் இடத்திலிருந்து 750 கிலோமீட்டர் தொலைவில் உள்ள இடங்களை கண்காணிக்க முடியும்.
- அந்த உளவு கப்பல் அம்பாந்தோட்டை துறைமுகத்துக்குள் வந்து நங்கூரம் இட்டு நிறுத்தப்பட்டது.
விளையாட்டு செய்திகள்
1. இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்துக்கு தடை
- விதிகளை மீறி செயல்பட்டதால் இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்துக்கு ‘பிபா’ திடீரென தடை விதித்துள்ளது.
- கால்பந்து அமைப்பில் பிரச்சனை:
- இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்தின் தலைவராக முன்னாள் மத்திய மந்திரி பிரபுல் பட்டேல் 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் நீண்ட காலமாக பதவி வகித்து வந்தார்.
- இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளன நிர்வாகிகள் தேர்தல் கடந்த 2020 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதத்திற்குள் நடத்தப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- ஆனால் தேர்தலை நடத்தாமல் இழுத்தடித்ததால் தலைவர் பதவியில் இருந்து பிரபுல் பட்டேலை கடந்த மே 18ஆம் தேதி சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட் அதிரடியாக நீக்கி உள்ளது.
- மேலும் இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்தை நிர்வாகிக்க கோர்ட் உத்தரவுப்படி முன்னாள் நீதிபதி ஏ.ஆர்.தேவ் தலைமையில் மூன்று பேர் கொண்ட கமிட்டி அமைக்கப்பட்டது.
- தேசிய விளையாட்டுக் கொள்கைக்கு உட்பட்டு இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்தின் நிர்வாகி விதிமுறையில் திருத்தம் மேற்கொள்ளவும் கோர்ட்டு உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தது.
- இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்தின் நிர்வாகிகள் தேர்தலை வருகிற 28ஆம் தேதி நடத்த நிர்வாக கமிட்டி ஏற்பாடுகளை செய்து வருகிறது.
- தலைசிறந்த முன்னாள் வீரர்கள், மாநில கால்பந்து சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் என மொத்தம் 67 பேர் வாக்களிக்க தகுதி படைத்தவர்களாக முதற்கட்ட பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.
- இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளன நிர்வாகத்தில் மூன்றாம் தரப்பினரின் தேவையற்ற தலையீடு இருக்கிறது.
- இந்த தலையீடானது ‘பிபா’ அமைப்பின் விதிமுறைகளை மீறிய தீவிர செயலாக கருதப்படுகிறது.
- இதன் காரணமாக இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்தை உடனடியாக இடைநீக்கம் செய்வது என்று ‘பிபா’ கவுன்சில் ஒரு மனதாக முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.

1. Talaq-e-Hasan and Triple Talaq are not the same things
- The Supreme Court said that instant triple Talaq, which is said once for divorce in Islam, and Talaq-e-Hasan, which is said thrice once a month, cannot be treated as the same thing.
- In Islam, the husband pronounces talaq to divorce his wife and the wife pronounces gula to divorce her husband.
- It prohibits triple talaq, which is said by men to declare instant divorce.
- In the case of Talaq-e-Hasan, which is notified for three consecutive months, if both parties wish to live together on the third month’s notice, the two months notice will become null and void.
- However, Benazir Heena from Ghaziabad had filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding a ban on all types of talaq procedures, including talaq-e-Hasan, which is announced once a month by men for three consecutive months, and because of this, her life has been affected.
- Divorce is also granted under Article 142 of the Constitution of India if both parties do not want to live together.
- Therefore, the Supreme Court said that triple Talaq, which is said once for divorce in Islam, and Talaq-e-Hasan, which is said thrice once a month, cannot be treated as the same thing.
2. ‘Vasuki’ freight train
- The country’s longest and highest-carriage ‘Super Vasuki’ freight train (3.5 km long) was launched.
- The train made a record journey from Gorba in Chhattisgarh to Nagpur in Maharashtra carrying 27,000 tonnes of coal in 295 coaches.
3. A Chinese spy ship arrived in Sri Lanka
- Chinese spy ship arrived at Sri Lanka port.
- China has 7 spy ships for military and space exploration.
- They include the spy ship ‘Yuan Wang-5’.
- It is 212 meters long and 28 meters wide.
- It has space probes.
- This ship can detect space-borne satellites and air-launched missiles.
- Can monitor locations up to 750 km away from location.
- The spy ship came into Ambantota port and anchored.

1. Football Federation of India banned
- ‘FIFA’ has suddenly banned the Indian Football Federation for violating the rules.
- Problem in football system:
- Former Union Minister Prabul Patel has been the President of Football Federation of India for a long time since 2009.
- Election of Football Federation of India Executive should have been held by December 2020.
- But the Supreme Court has removed Prabul Patel from the post of President on May 18th due to delay in holding the elections.
- Further, a three-member committee headed by former judge A.R.Dev was constituted as per the court order to administer the Football Federation of India.
- The court had also directed to amend the governing rules of the Football Federation of India in line with the National Sports Policy.
- Following this, the executive committee is making arrangements to hold the election of the administrators of the Football Federation of India on the 28th.
- A total of 67 eminent ex-players, State Football Association Executives who are eligible to vote have been released in the preliminary list.
- There is undue interference of third parties in the management of Football Federation of India.
- This intervention is considered a serious violation of the norms of the ‘FIFA’ system.
- Because of this the ‘BIBA’ Council has unanimously decided to suspend the Indian Football Federation with immediate effect.
