- கடந்த 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்ட இந்த ஒருங்கிணைந்த குறை தீர்ப்பு நடைமுறை (ஐஜிஎம்எஸ்) மேலும் செயல்திறன் மிக்கதாக மாற்றும் வகையில் மறுசீரமைப்பு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று ஐஆர்டிஏஐ வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

1. First Woman Director General of CSIR
- N. Kalachelvi has been appointed as the Secretary of Science and Industrial Research under the Union Ministry of Science and Technology and the Director General of the Central Council of Science and Industrial Research (CSIR).
- This is the first time in the 80-year history of CSIR that a woman has been appointed as Director General.

2. New Procedure to Facilitate Filing of Complaint in State Languages: IRDAI
