மாநில செய்திகள்

1. ‘ஒரு வார்த்தை’

• அமெரிக்காவைச் சேர்ந்த ரயில் நிறுவனம் முதலில், ரயில் என்கிற ஒரு வார்த்தையை twitter-ல் பதிவிட்டு அனைவரையும் சவாலுக்கு அழைத்தது.
• அமெரிக்க அதிபர் ஜோபைடனும் ஜனநாயகம் என்கிற வார்த்தையை பதிவு செய்தார்.
• கிரிக்கெட் வீரர் சச்சின் டெண்டுல்கர் கிரிக்கெட் என்கிற வார்த்தையை பதிவு செய்தார்.
• இந்தச் சவாலில் தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் திராவிடம் என்கிற வார்த்தையை பதிவு செய்தார்.

2. உண்டு உறைவிட பள்ளி திட்டம்

• அரசு பள்ளி மாணவ மாணவியருக்கு உயர்கல்வி குறித்த வழிகாட்டுதலை வழங்கும் வகையில் உண்டு உறைவிட பள்ளி எனும் புதிய திட்டம் நாட்டிலேயே முதன்முறையாக தமிழகத்தில் 14 மாவட்டங்களில் தொடங்கப்படுவதாக அதிகாரிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

3. புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம்

• நாட்டின் எதிர்கால போக்குவரத்துக்கான தீர்வை கண்டறியும் வகையில் சென்னை ஐஐடி இன்குபேஷன் பிரிவு மற்றும் டெய்ம்லர் இந்தியா வணிக வளாக நிறுவனம் இடையே புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.

4. சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற பொறுப்பு தலைமை நீதிபதி நியமனம்

• சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற பொறுப்பு தலைமை நீதிபதியாக எம்.துரைசாமி நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

6. புதுமை பெண் திட்டம்

• பேராசிரியர் அன்பழகன் பெயரிலான பள்ளி மேம்பாட்டு திட்டத்தின் மூலம் ரூபாய் 7500 கோடியில் பள்ளிகளின் உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் மேம்படுத்தப்படும் என்றும் முதல்வர் கூறினார்.
• ஏழைப் பெண்களின் திருமணத்துக்கு தாலிக்கு தங்கம் மற்றும் நிதி உதவி வழங்கும் வகையில் தமிழக அரசின் சார்பில் மூவலூர் ராமாமிர்தம் அம்மையார் திருமண உதவித்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வந்தது.
• அண்மையில் இத்திட்டம் மூவலூர் ராமாமிர்தம் அம்மையார் உயர்கல்வி உறுதி திட்டமாக மாற்றப்பட்டது.

7. மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் உதவியாளரை நியமிக்க ரூபாய் 1000 உதவித்தொகை

• அரசு உதவி தேவைப்படும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தங்களுடன் ஒரு உதவியாளரை வைத்துக்கொள்ள ஏதுவாக மாதத்துக்கு ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் உதவித்தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
• இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 2019-2020 நிதியாண்டில் ரூபாய் 96 லட்சம் நிதி ஒதுக்கப்பட்டது.

8. காலை சிற்றுண்டி திட்டம்

• காலை சிற்றுண்டி திட்டம் மதுரையில் செப்டம்பர் 15-ம் தேதி தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
• தமிழகத்தில் மாநில அரசின் முழுமையான நிதியை கொண்டு காலை உணவு திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

1. உலகின் ஐந்தாவது பெரிய பொருளாதார நாடு இந்தியா

• பிரிட்டனை பின்னுக்கு தள்ளி உலகின் ஐந்தாவது மிகப் பெரிய பொருளாதார நாடாக இந்தியா உருவெடுத்துள்ளது.

2. ஏற்றுமதியில் 9.25 சதவீதம் தமிழகத்தின் பங்களிப்பு

• இந்தியாவின் ஒட்டு மொத்த ஏற்றுமதியில் தமிழகத்தின் பங்களிப்பு 9.25 சதவீதம் என்றார் குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் துறை அமைச்சர்  தா.மோ.அன்பரசன்.

3. இரவு வான் சரணாலயம்

• இந்தியாவின் முதலாவது இரவு வான் சரணாலயம் லடாக்கின் ஹான்லேயில் மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் அமைக்கப்படும் என்றும், இது இந்தியாவில் வானியல் சுற்றுலாவை மேம்படுத்தும் என்றும் மத்திய அறிவியல் தொழில்நுட்ப இணையமைச்சர் ஜிதேந்திர சிங் தெரிவித்தார்.

4. ஏஐஎஃப்எஃப் பொதுச்செயலாளர்

• அகில இந்திய கால்பந்து சம்மேளனத்தின் பொதுச்செயலாளராக ஷாஜி பிரபாகரன் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
• புதிய தலைவராக முன்னாள் இந்திய வீரர் கல்யாண் சௌபே தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டார்.

5. மகசேசே விருது பெற கேரள முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் மறுப்பு

• பிலிப்பைன்ஸ் முன்னாள் அதிபரின் பெயரில் வழங்கப்படும் ரம்மோன் மகசேசே விருதை பெற மார்க் சிஸ்ட் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் மத்திய குழு உறுப்பினரும் கேரளா முன்னாள் சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சர் கே.கே.சைலஜா மறுப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

6. சட்டப்பணிகள் ஆணையத்தின் புதிய தலைவர்

• தேசிய சட்டப்பணிகள் ஆணையத்தின் புதிய தலைவராக உச்ச நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி டி.ஒய்.சந்திர சூட் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

7. பிரிட்டன் பிரதமர் ஆகிறார்  லிஸ் டிரஸ்

• கன்சர்வேட்டிவ் கட்சியின் புதிய தலைவராக 47 வயதான லிஸ் டிரஸ் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.

8. தில்லி ராஜபாதை கடமை பாதையாக பெயர் மாற்றம்

• புது டெல்லியில் உள்ள வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க ராஜபாதையின் பெயரை ‘கர்த்தவ்ய பாதை’ (கடமை பாதை) என பெயர் மாற்றம் செய்ய முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அரசு வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன.

9. 2021-ல் மூத்தோர் கொலையில் முதலிடம்

• 2021ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தேசிய குற்றப் பதிவுப் பணியகத்தின் இந்தியக் குற்றத்தின் சந்தேகத்திற்கிடமான வேறுபாடு, கொலையால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களில் முதியோர் எண்ணிக்கையில் தமிழகம் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது என்பதைக் காட்டுகிறது.

10. வங்கதேச விடுதலைப் போரில் உயிரிழந்த இந்திய வீரர்களின்   வாரிசுகளுக்கு உதவித்தொகை

• வங்கதேச விடுதலைப் போரில் உயிரிழந்த காயம் அடைந்த இந்திய ராணுவ வீரர்களுக்கு ‘வங்கபந்து’ முஜிபுர் ரஹ்மான் பெயரில் உதவி தொகை வழங்கப்படும் என்று பிரதமர் ஷேக் ஹசீனா தெரிவித்தார்.

11. மூக்கு வழி கரோனா தடுப்பு மருந்துக்கு அனுமதி

• சுவாச பாதையின் மேற்பரப்பில் கரோனா தொற்று பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுவதை கரோனா தடுப்பூசி தடுப்பதில்லை எனக் கூறிய பாரத் பயோடெக் நிறுவனம் அதற்கு தீர்வு காணும் நோக்கில் பிபிவி 154 என்ற மூக்கு வழியாக செலுத்தும் தடுப்பு மருந்தை தயாரித்து அந்த மருந்தை சுமார் 4000 தன்னார்வலர்களிடம் பாரத் பயோடெக் நிறுவனம் பரிசோதனை செய்தது.

12. மீண்டும் சிவிங்கி புலி திட்டம்

• இந்திய காடுகளில் மீண்டும் சிவிங்கி புலியை (சீட்டா) அறிமுகப்படுத்தும் திட்டத்தை மத்திய பிரதேசத்தின் குனோ தேசிய பூங்காவில் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி செப்டம்பர் 17 இல் தொடக்கி வைக்க உள்ளதாக மாநில முதல்வர் சிவராஜ் சிங் சவுகான் தெரிவித்தார்.

13. வாஸ்டாக்

• கடந்த செப்டம்பர் ஒன்றாம் தேதி ரஷ்யாவில் வாஸ்டாக் என்ற பெயரிலான ராணுவ கூட்டு பயிற்சி தொடங்கியது.

14. யுனெஸ்கோ கல்வி நகரங்கள் பட்டியல்

• பலதரப்பட்ட மக்களிடையே கல்வியை கொண்டு சேர்ப்பதில் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்டதற்காக கேரளத்தின் திருச்சூர், நீலம்பூர் ஆகிய நகரங்களும் தெலுங்கானாவின், வாரங்கல் நகரமும் யுனெஸ்கோவின் கல்வி நகரங்கள் பட்டியலில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

15. பிரதமர் மோடி ஷேக் ஹசீனா பேச்சுவார்த்தை 7 ஒப்பந்தங்கள் கையெழுத்து

• வங்காளதேச பிரதமர் ஷேக் ஹசீனா நான்கு நாள் பயணமாக நேற்று முன்தினம் டெல்லி வந்தார்.
• 7 ஒப்பந்தங்கள்
• பின்னர் இரு தலைவர்களின் முன்னிலையில் 7 ஒப்பந்தங்கள் கையெழுத்திடப்பட்டன.
• அவற்றில் இரு நாடுகளின் முதன்மையான அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில் ஆராய்ச்சி அமைப்புகள் இடையே அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப ஒத்துழைப்பு மேற்கொள்வதற்கான ஒப்பந்தமும் அடங்கும்.
• மற்றொரு ஒப்பந்தம் வங்காளதேச ரயில்வேயில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப செயலிகள் மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப சேவைகளில் ஒத்துழைப்பு தொடர்பானது ஆகும்.
• எல்லையில் உள்ள பொதுவான ஆறான குசியாராவில் இருந்து தண்ணீரை திறந்து விடுவது தொடர்பான ஒரு ஒப்பந்தமும் உள்ளது.
• இதன் மூலம் தெற்கு அசாமும் வங்காளதேசத்தில் சைல்கட் பகுதியும் பலன் அடையும்.
• வங்காளதேச ரயில்வே ஊழியர்களுக்கு,
• இந்திய ரயில்வே நிறுவனங்களில் பயிற்சி அளிப்பது,
• வங்காளதேசம் நீதித்துறை அதிகாரிகளுக்கு இந்தியாவில் பயிற்சி அளிப்பது,
• இந்தியாவின் பிரசார் பாரதிக்கும் வங்காளதேச டெலிவிஷனுக்கும் இடையே ஒத்துழைப்பு,

16. பிஎம்-ஸ்ரீ பள்ளிகள்

• நாடு முழுவதும் அனைவருக்குமான உயர்தரமான கல்வியை வழங்கக்கூடிய 14,000க்கும் அதிகமான ‘பிஎம்–ஸ்ரீ’ பள்ளிகளை (எழுச்சி அடையும் இந்தியாவுக்கான பிரதமரின் பள்ளிகள்) உருவாக்கும் திட்டம் ரூபாய் 27,360 கோடிகள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது.

17. உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மத்திய அரசின் வழக்குரைஞர்  நியமனம்

• உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் மத்திய அரசின் தரப்பில் வழக்குரைஞராக ஆஜராக ராஜபாளையத்தை சேர்ந்த ராம்சங்கர் ராஜா நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

18. இந்திய வம்சாவளியைச் சேர்ந்தவரை அமெரிக்க மாவட்ட நீதிபதியாக

      நியமிக்க பரிந்துரை

• அமெரிக்க மாவட்ட நீதிபதியாக இந்திய வம்சாவளியைச் சேர்ந்த அருண் சுப்பிரமணியனை நியமிக்க அந்நாட்ட அதிபர் ஜோபைடன் பரிந்துரைத்துள்ளார்.

19. உலக திருக்குறள் மாநாடு 

• ‘உலக திருக்குறள் மாநாடு-2022’ஐ கம்போடியாவிலுள்ள அங்கோர் தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்தில் நடத்துகிறது.
• வருகிற செப்டம்பர் 28ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கும் இந்த மாநாடு அடுத்த மாதம் அக்டோபர் 3 ஆம் தேதி வரை நடக்கவுள்ளது

20. பிரிட்டன் அரசி எலிசபெத் மறைவு

• பிரிட்டனின் நீண்ட கால அரசி எலிசபெத் உடல் நலக்குறைவால் காலமானார்.
• தனது தந்தை ஆறாம் சார்ஜ் மறைவைத் தொடர்ந்து 1952 இல் அரியணை ஏறிய இரண்டாம் எலிசபெத் சாதனை அளவாக 70 ஆண்டுகள் அரசியாக இருந்தார்.
• அவரது ஆட்சி காலத்தில் 15 பிரிட்டன் பிரதமர்களை அவர் நிர்வகித்துள்ளார்.
• புதிய அரசர் சார்லஸ்:
• எலிசபெத்தின் மறைவை அடுத்து பட்டத்து இளவரசர் ஆன சார்லஸ் பிரிட்டனின் அடுத்த அரசர் ஆனார்.
• பிரிட்டன் அரச வம்ச சட்டத்தின்படி மூத்த மகனும், இளவரசருமான சார்லஸ் உடனடியாக அடுத்த அரசர் ஆனார்.
• அவர் மூன்றாவது சார்லஸ் என அழைக்கப்படுவார் என்று அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பிரிட்டன் வரலாற்றில் வயதான அரசராக சார்லஸ் உள்ளார்.

21. வானிலக்கை தாக்கி அழிக்கும் புதிய ஏவுகணை சோதனை வெற்றி

• தரையில் இருந்து செலுத்தி அதிவேகத்தில் வானிலக்கை தாக்கி அழிக்கும் க்யூஆர்எஸ்ஏஎம் ஏவுகணை சோதனை வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளதாக பாதுகாப்பு ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு அமைப்பு (டிஆர்டிஓ) தெரிவித்தது.

22. நியூசிலாந்துக்கான புதிய இந்திய தூதர் நியமனம்

• நியூசிலாந்து நாட்டுக்கான புதிய இந்திய தூதராக வெளியுரவு பணி மூத்த அதிகாரி நீத்தாபூஷன் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.

23. ராணுவ கூட்டு பயிற்சி அதிகரிக்க ஒப்புதல்

• இந்தியா ஜப்பான் இடையிலான பாதுகாப்பு ஒத்துழைப்பை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்தவும் ராணுவக் கூட்டு பயிற்சியை அதிகரிக்கவும் இரு நாடுகளும் ஒப்புக்கொண்டனது.
• நடப்பு ஆண்டானது இந்தியா ஜப்பான் இடையிலான தூதரக நல்லுறவின் 70ஆவது ஆண்டை குறிக்கிறது.
• இந்திய கடற்படையின் மிலன் கூட்டு பயிற்சியில் ஜப்பான் இணைந்ததற்கும் பரஸ்பர விநியோகம் மற்றும் சேவைகள் ஒப்பந்தம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டதற்கும் இக்கூட்டத்தில் வரவேற்பு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

24. கடமை பாதை (கர்த்தவ்ய பாதை)

• இந்தியா கேட் பகுதியில் இந்தியா கேட் சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத் தலைவர் நேதாஜி சுபாஷ் சந்திர போஸின் 28 அடி உயரம் கொண்ட சிலையையும் பிரதமர் திறந்து வைத்தார்.

25. கடத்தல், அந்நிய செலாவணி தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தலைவர்

• கடத்தல் அந்நிய செலாவணி மோசடி வழக்குகளின் மேல்முறையீட்டு தீர்ப்பாயத் தலைவராக உயர்நீதிமன்ற தலைமை நீதிபதி முனிஸ்வர்நாத் பண்டாரி  நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

26. இங்கிலாந்து தேசிய கீதம், கரன்சி, பாஸ்போர்ட் மாறுகிறது

• இங்கிலாந்து ராணி இரண்டாம் எலிசபெத் மறைந்து புதிய மன்னராக சார்லஸ் பதவியேற்ற இருப்பதால் அந்த நாட்டின் தேசிய கீதம், கரன்சி, பாஸ்போர்ட் உள்ளிட்டவை மாறுகின்றன.
• கடந்த 1952 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இங்கிலாந்து ராணியாக இரண்டாம் இரண்டாம் எலிசபெத் பதவி ஏற்றார்.
• அப்போது முதல் அந்த நாட்டின் தேசிய கீதத்தில் ‘காட் சேவ் தி குயின்’ என்ற வரிகள் பாடப்பட்டது.
• தற்போது சார்லஸ் மன்னராக இருப்பதால் ‘காட் சிவ் தி கிங்’ என்று தேசிய கீதம் மாற்றப்படுகிறது.

27. வேலைவாய்ப்பு திறன் தரவரிசை கிரசன்ட் 19 ஆவது இடம்

• அகில இந்திய அளவில் வேலை வாய்ப்பு திறனுக்கான தரவரிசை பட்டியலில் கிரசன்ட் உயர் தொழில்நுட்ப கல்வி நிறுவனத்துக்கு 19 ஆவது இடம் கிடைத்துள்ளது.

28. ஆண்டுக்கு 80,000 ரயில் சக்கரங்கள் தயாரிப்பு

• இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஆண்டுக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் 80,000 ரயில் சக்கரங்கள் தயாரிக்கும் வகையிலான ஆலையை நிறுவ முதல் முறையாக தனியார் நிறுவனங்களிடம் ரயில்வே ஒப்பந்த புள்ளி கூறியுள்ளது.

29. 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் காசநோயை ஒழிக்க முயற்சி

• காச நோயாளிகளுக்கு உதவுவதற்காக ‘நிக்ஷய் 2.0’ என்ற இணையதளத்தை மத்திய அரசு நடத்தி வருகிறது.
• இதன் மூலம் காச நோயாளிகளை தனிநபர்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரதிநிதிகள் அல்லது அமைப்புகள் தத்தெடுத்து அக்கறை செலுத்த முடியும்.

30. ஐநா மனித உரிமை ஆணையராக ஆஸ்திரேலிய அதிகாரி நியமனம்

• ஐநா மனித உரிமை ஆணையராக ஆஸ்திரேலிய சேர்ந்த தூதரக உயர் அதிகாரி வோல்கர் டர்க் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

1. ஓய்வு பெற்றார் செரீனா வில்லியம்ஸ்

• மகளிர் ஒற்றையர் பிரிவில் முடிசூடா ராணியாக திகழ்ந்த அமெரிக்காவின் செரினா வில்லியம்ஸ் மொத்தம் 23 கிராண்ட்ஸ்லாம் சாம்பியன் பட்டங்களை கைப்பற்றியுள்ளார்.
• உலகின் நண்பர் ஒன் வீராங்கனையாக நீண்ட காலம் இருந்த பெருமையும் அவர் வசம் உள்ளது.

3. தமிழக முதல்வரின் மாநில விளையாட்டு விருதை தமிழக அரசு    அறிவித்துள்ளது

• தமிழக அரசு 2018-19 மற்றும் 2019-20 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான 8 சிறந்த விளையாட்டு வீரர்களுக்கான முதல்வரின் மாநில விளையாட்டு விருதை அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• 2018-19 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான டென்னிஸ் வீரர்கள் எஸ்.பிருத்வி சேகர் மற்றும் ஜீவன் நெடுஞ்செழியன் ஆகியோர் சிறந்த விளையாட்டு வீரர்களாக (ஆண்கள்) பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
• ஸ்ரீ நிவேதா (படப்பிடிப்பு) மற்றும்
• சுனயா சாரா குருவில்லா (ஸ்க்வாஷ்) ஆகியோர் சிறந்த விளையாட்டு வீரர்களாக (பெண்கள்) பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
• அதே சமயம் வி.பி. தனபால் (கூடைப்பந்து) சிறந்த நடுவராகவும், தமிழ்நாடு கூடைப்பந்து சங்கம் சிறந்த அமைப்பாளராகவும் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
• 2019-20 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான புல்வெளி டென்னிஸ் வீரர் பிரஜ்னேஷ் குணேஸ்வரன் மற்றும்
• தடகள வீரர் ஆர்.மோகன் குமார் ஆகியோர் சிறந்த விளையாட்டு வீரர்களாக (ஆண்கள்) பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
• மேலும் பி.அனுஷியா பிரியதர்ஷினி (டேக்வாண்டோ) மற்றும்
