மாநில செய்திகள்

1. ஆடுகளம்

• ஆடுகளம் என்ற தலைப்பில் விளையாட்டு வீரர்களுக்கான பிரத்தியேக தகவல் மையம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இது விளையாட்டு வீரர்களுக்கான கோரிக்கைகள், ஆலோசனைகள், புகார்கள் உள்ளிட்டவற்றை கேட்டறிந்து அவற்றுக்கான நடவடிக்கைகளையும், தீர்வுகளையும் விரைவாக வழங்க துணை புரியும்.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

1. சர்வதேச பால் பொருள்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு

• சர்வதேச பால் பொருள்கள் கூட்டமைப்பின் உலக மாநாட்டை உத்திரபிரதேசத்தின் நொய்டா நகரில் பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
• நாட்டில் உள்ள அனைத்து கால்நடைகளுக்கும் 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் கோமாரி நோய்க்கான தடுப்பூசியை செலுத்த அரசு இலக்கு நிர்ணயித்துள்ளது.
• கால்நடைகளுக்கான விவரங்களை எண்மயமாக்கும் ‘பசு ஆதார்’ நடவடிக்கையையும் மத்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
• அதன் மூலமாக கால்நடைகளின் உடல் நலனை தொடர்ந்து கண்காணிப்பதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல் கால்நடை பராமரிப்பு துறையின் வளர்ச்சியையும் ஊக்குவிக்க முடியும்.
• பால் உற்பத்தியை பெருக்குவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளையும் மத்திய அரசு தொடர்ந்து மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.

2. பால் உற்பத்தியில் உத்திரபிரதேசம் முதலிடம்

• பால் உற்பத்தியில் உத்தரபிரதேசம் நாட்டிலேயே முதலிடம் பிடித்துள்ளதாக முதல்வர் யோகி ஆதித்யநாத் தெரிவித்தார்.
• நொய்டாவில் நடைபெற்ற சர்வதேச பால் பொருள்கள் கூட்டமைப்பின் மாநாட்டில் அவர் பேசியதாவது:
• ஆண்டுக்கு 319 லட்சம் மெட்ரிக் டன் பால் உற்பத்தி செய்து உத்தர பிரதேசம் நாட்டிலேயே முதலிடம் பிடித்துள்ளது.
• இது இந்தியாவின் பால் உற்பத்தியில் 16 சதவீதம் ஆகும்.

3. தானியங்கி சுங்க கட்டண வசூல்

• டில்லியில் இந்தியா அமெரிக்க வர்த்தக கூட்டம் அமைப்பு (ஐஏசிசி) சார்பில் நடைபெற்ற கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்று மத்திய சாலை போக்குவரத்து நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் துறை அமைச்சர் நிதின் கட்கரி கூறியதாவது:
• சுங்கச்சாவடிகளில் வாகனங்களை நிறுத்தாமல் தானியங்கி வாகன பதிவின் அங்கீகாரம் முறையில் தாமாக சுங்க கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கும் திட்டத்தை மத்திய அரசு சோதனை அடிப்படையில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்த உள்ளது.
• இந்த திட்டத்தின் மூலம் இரண்டு நோக்கங்களை எட்டலாம்.
• ஒன்று சுங்குச்சாவடிகளில் வாகனங்களை நிறுத்தாமல் செல்ல முடியும்.
• இதன் மூலம் போக்குவரத்து பிரச்சனைக்கு தீர்வு காணலாம்.
• மற்றொன்று நெடுஞ்சாலையில் பயன்பாட்டின் அடிப்படையில், அதாவது செல்லவிருக்கும் தொலைவின் அடிப்படையில் கட்டணம் செலுத்தலாம்.

4. மத்திய அரசு சுகாதார செலவினம் சரிவு

• மத்திய அரசின் சுகாதாரத் துறைக்கான செலவினம் ஒட்டுமொத்த உள்நாட்டு ஜிடிபி உற்பத்தியில் 2017-2018 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 1.35 சதவீதமாக இருந்தது.
• அடுத்த ஆண்டில் 1.28 சதவீதமாக சரிந்து இருப்பது புள்ளி விவரங்கள் மூலமாக தெரியவந்துள்ளது.
• மத்திய அரசின் சுகாதாரத் துறைக்கான ஒட்டுமொத்த செலவினம் 2017-18 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 40.8 சதவீதமாக இருந்தது.
• 2018-19 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 34.3% இதே காலகட்டத்தில் மாநில அரசின் செலவின பங்கு உயர்ந்துள்ளது.
• மாநில அரசு சார்பில் சுகாதாரத் துறைக்கு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட மொத்த செலவினம் 2017-18 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 59.2% இருந்தது.
• அடுத்த ஆண்டில் 65.7 சதவீதமாக உயர்ந்துள்ளது.

5. ஐபிஎம் குவாண்டம் நெட்வொர்க்கில் உறுப்பினர்

• இந்திய தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனம் மெட்ராஸ் ஐபிஎம் குவாண்டம் நெட்வொர்க்கில் இணைந்த முதல் இந்திய நிறுவனமாக மாறியுள்ளது.
• நெட்வொர்க்கின் 180 உறுப்பினர்களில் ஒருவராக, ஃபார்ச்சூன் 500 நிறுவனங்கள், ஸ்டார்ட்அப்கள், கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி ஆய்வகங்களின் உலகளாவிய சமூகமாக, இந்த நிறுவனம் குவாண்டம் கம்ப்யூட்டிங், திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் இந்திய தொழில்களுக்கான ஆராய்ச்சியை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

6. ரக்தன் அம்ரித் மஹோத்சவ்

• ஒரு லட்சம் யூனிட் ரத்தத்தை சேகரிக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன், நாடு முழுவதும், ரக்தன் அம்ரித் மஹோத்சவ் என்ற மாபெரும் தன்னார்வ ரத்த தான இயக்கத்தை செப்டம்பர் 17 ஆம் தேதி தொடங்க மத்திய சுகாதார அமைச்சகம் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
• அவசர காலங்களில் அழைக்கக்கூடிய நன்கொடையாளர்களின் தரவுத்தளத்தை உருவாக்க டிரைவ் நம்புகிறது.
• அக்டோபர் 1, தேசிய தன்னார்வ இரத்த தான தினம் (NVBDD).
• “ரக்தன் அமிர்த மஹோத்சவின் கீழ் ஆரோக்யா சேது போர்ட்டலில் இரத்த தானம் செய்வதற்கான பதிவுகள் செய்யப்படலாம், இது இரத்த தானம் செய்ய மக்களை அழைக்கிறது மற்றும் மனிதநேயத்திற்கான பிரதமரின் மிஸனின் ஒரு பகுதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்“ என்று சுகாதார அமைச்சக அதிகாரி ஒருவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

1. யுஎஸ் ஓபன் டென்னஸ்

• அமெரிக்காவில் நடைபெற்ற யுஎஸ் ஓபன் டென்னிஸ் போட்டியில் சாம்பியன் பட்டம் பெற்ற ஸ்பெயினின் கார்லோஸ் அல்கராஸ் கார்ஃபியா.
• கிராண்ட்ஸ்லாம் போட்டிகளில் மூன்றாவது இளம் சாம்பியன் உலகின் நம்பர் ஒன் இடத்தை பிடித்த முதல் பதின்ம வயது வீரர் ஆகிய சாதனைகளை அவர் எட்டியிருக்கிறார்.

2. மகளிர் இரட்டையர்

• மகளிர் இரட்டையர் பிரிவில், போட்டி தரவரிசையில் மூன்றாம் இடத்திலிருந்து செக் குடியரசின் காடெரினா சினியாகோவா/ பார்பரா கிரெஜ்சிகோவா கூட்டணி வாகை சூடியது.

1. Audukalam

• An exclusive information center for sportspersons has been created on the topic Audukalam.
• It will assist in hearing the demands, suggestions, complaints etc. of the sportspersons and providing quick action and solutions for the same.

Central News

1. International Dairy Federation

• Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the World Conference of the International Dairy Federation in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• The government has set a target to vaccinate all livestock in the country against measles by 2025.
• The central government is also implementing ‘Pasu Aadhaar’ to digitize details of cattle.
• It can not only continuously monitor the health of animals but also promote the development of animal husbandry sector.
• The central government is also taking steps to increase milk production.

2. Uttar Pradesh is number one in milk production

• Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Uttar Pradesh has topped the country in milk production.
• He spoke at the conference of the International Dairy Federation held in Noida:
• Uttar Pradesh ranks first in the country with an annual production of 319 lakh metric tonnes of milk.
• It accounts for 16 percent of India’s milk production.

3. Automatic customs duty collection

• Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said:
• The central government is going to implement the scheme of automatic toll collection on a trial basis without stopping the vehicles at the toll booths.
• Two objectives can be achieved through this scheme.
• One can go through toll booths without stopping vehicles.
• Through this the traffic problem can be solved.
• Another is to charge on the basis of usage on the highway, i.e. based on the distance travelled.

4. Decline in central government health spending

• Central government expenditure on health sector was 1.35 percent of gross domestic GDP in 2017-2018.
• It has been revealed through statistics that it will fall to 1.28 percent in the next year.
• The overall expenditure on health sector of the central government was 40.8 percent in 2017-18.
• In 2018-19 34.3% share of state government expenditure increased during the same period.
• The total expenditure on health sector by the state government was 59.2% in 2017-18.
• It rose to 65.7 percent in the following year.

5. Membership in IBM Quantum Network

• Indian Technology Institute Madras has become the first Indian company to join the IBM Quantum Network.
• As one of the network’s 180 members, a global community of Fortune 500 companies, startups, academic institutions and research labs, the institute aims to advance quantum computing, capacity building and research for Indian industries.
• The Institute’s Center for Quantum Communication and Computing (CQUICC) will focus on key methodologies in research areas such as quantum machine learning, quantum optimization and applications research in finance.

6. Raktan Amrit Mahotsav

• The Union Health Ministry has planned to launch a massive voluntary blood donation drive called Raktan Amrit Mahotsav on September 17 across the country with an aim to collect one lakh units of blood.
• The drive hopes to build a database of donors who can be called upon in times of emergency.
• October 1, National Voluntary Blood Donation Day (NVBDD).
• “Registrations for blood donation can be made on the Aarogya Sethu portal under the Rakdan Amrita Mahotsav, which invites people to donate blood and should be part of the Prime Minister’s mission for humanity,” said a health ministry official.

• Spain’s Carlos Algaraz Garfia has won the US Open tennis tournament held in America.
• The third youngest Grand Slam champion has achieved the feat of becoming the first teenager to become the world number one.

2. Women’s doubles

• In the women’s doubles, Czech Republic’s Katerina Siniakova/Barbara Krejcikova made a comeback from third place in the tournament rankings.
• In the final round, the pair beat American Katie McNally Taylor/Townsend 3-6, 7-5, 6-1.
