1. சென்னையில் சாலை விபத்து உயிரிழப்பு 12.5% குறைந்துள்ளது

• சென்னையில் சாலை விபத்து உயிரிழப்பு 12.5 சதவீதம் குறைந்துள்ளதாக பெருநகர காவல் துறையின் போக்குவரத்து பிரிவு கூடுதல் ஆணையர் கபில்குமார் சி.சரத்கர் தெரிவித்தார்.
• மோட்டார் வாகன சட்ட திருத்தம் 2019 இன் படி உயர்த்தப்பட்ட அபராத தொகை, சென்னையில் இம்மாதம் 28ஆம் தேதி முதல் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
• புதிய கருவி:
• மது அருந்திவிட்டு வாகனம் ஓட்டுபவர்களை ‘பிரீத் அனலைசர்‘ கருவி மூலம் கண்டுபிடிக்கிறோம்.
• ஆனால், தற்போது கஞ்சா, போதை மாத்திரை பயன்படுத்திவிட்டு பலர் வாகனம் ஓட்டி வருவதாக குற்றச்சாட்டு எழுந்துள்ளது.
• பரீத் அனலைசர் கருவி மூலம் அதை கண்டுபிடிக்க வசதி இல்லை.

3. நாளை விண்ணில் பாய்கிறது ஜிஎஸ்எல்வி எம்-3

• பிரிட்டனின் 36 செயற்கை கோள்களுடன் ஜிஎஸ்எல்வி எம்-3 கனரக ராக்கெட்டை விண்ணில் செலுத்துவதற்கான பணிகள் நிறைவடைந்துள்ளதாக இந்திய விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி அமைப்பு இஸ்ரோ தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
• வணிக பயன்பாட்டுக்காக செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ள திட்டமானது இஸ்ரோவின் ‘நியூ ஸ்பேஸ் இந்தியா நிறுவனம்’ மற்றும் பிரிட்டனின் ‘ஒன் வெப்‘ நிறுவனம் இடையே மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தங்களின் அடிப்படையில் முன்னெடுக்கப்படுகிறது.
• ஜிஎஸ்எல்வி மார்க்–3 ராக்கெட் 43.5 மீட்டர் உயரமும், 640 டன் எடையும் கொண்டது.

4. கருப்பு பட்டியலில் இருந்து பாகிஸ்தான் நீக்கம்

• பயங்கரவாதத்துக்கு நிதியுதவி அளிப்பது மற்றும் பண பரிவர்த்தனை மோசடி தொடர்பாக கண்காணிக்க சர்வதேச அளவில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள நிதி நடவடிக்கை பணி குழுவின் (எஃப்ஏடிஎஃப்) கருப்பு பட்டியலில் இருந்து பாகிஸ்தான் நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பயங்கரவாதத்துக்கு நிதி உதவி கிடைப்பதை தடுக்க போதிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காததன் அடிப்படையில் கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளாக கருப்பு பட்டியலில் பாகிஸ்தான் வைக்கப்பட்டு இருந்த நிலையில், தற்போது அந்த பட்டியலில் இருந்து நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

1. Road accident fatalities in Chennai reduced by 12.5%

3. GSLV M-3 will launch tomorrow

4. Removal of Pakistan from blacklist

• Pakistan has been removed from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) blacklist, an international body to monitor terrorism financing and money laundering.
• Pakistan has been blacklisted for the past four years for not doing enough to prevent the financing of terrorism, but now it has been removed from the list.

• At the same time, Myanmar has been placed on this blacklist for the first time.
