1. ஹிஜாப் தடை செல்லும்- செல்லாது

• கர்நாடகத்தில் முஸ்லிம் மாணவிகள் ஹிஜாப் அணிந்து கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுக்கு வருவதற்கு தடை விதித்து மாநில அரசு பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவுக்கு எதிரான மேல்முறையீட்டு வழக்கில் உச்ச நீதிமன்ற அமர்வின் இரு நீதிபதிகளும் மாறுபட்ட தீர்ப்பு வழங்கினார்.
• நீதிபதி ஹேமந்த் குப்தா வெளியிட்டுள்ள 140 பக்கங்களைக் கொண்ட தீர்ப்பில் அனைவருக்கும் சமமான சூழலை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்காக கர்நாடகா அரசு தடை உத்தரவை பிறப்பித்துள்ளது.
• மதச்சார்பின்மை பள்ளியில் மாணவிகள் ஹிஜாப் அணிவதை உரிமையாக கோருவது தவறு.
• நீதிபதி சுதான்ஷு துனியா வழங்கிய தீர்ப்பில் 77 பக்கங்கள் கொண்ட தீர்ப்பில் ஹிஜாப் அணிவது கட்டாய மத சம்பிரதாயம் அல்ல என்பதை மட்டுமே அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு கர்நாடக உயர் நீதிமன்றம் இந்த மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்திருக்கக் கூடாது.
• ஹிஜாப் அணிவது விருப்பத்தின் அடிப்படையில் நேர்மையானதாக இருந்தாலும் அது மனசாட்சி, நம்பிக்கை உணர்வின் வெளிப்பாடயாக தொடர்கிறது.
• ஹிஜாபுக்கு தடை விதிப்பது என்பது பெண் கல்விக்கு தடை விதிப்பதை போல ஆகும்.

2. சர்வதேச நாடாளுமன்ற யூனியன் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினராக பாஜக எம்.பி   தேர்வு

• ருவாண்டவில் நடைபெற்று வரும் இந்த யூனியன் கூட்டத்தில் தேர்தல் நடைபெற்றதாக மாநிலங்களவை அலுவலகம் தெரிவித்தது.
• சுமார் 128 நாடுகளை உறுப்பினர்களாக கொண்டு கடந்த 133 ஆண்டுகளாக செயல்பட்டு வரும் சர்வதேச நாடாளுமன்றங்களுக்கு இடையேயான யூனியனின் (ஐபியூ) 145 ஆவது பேரவை கூட்டம் ருவாண்டா தலைநகர் கிகாலியில் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
• இதில் இந்திய நாடாளுமன்றம் சார்பில் மாநிலங்களவை துணைத் தலைவர் ஹரிவன்ஸ் நாராயணன் சிங் தலைமையில் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் பங்கேற்றுள்ளனர்.
• இந்த கூட்டத்திற்கு இடையே ஐபியூ இன் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்கான தேர்தல் கிகாலி கூட்டத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.
• இதில் பல்வேறு குழு நாடுகளின் உறுப்பினர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவதில் ஆசிய பசுபிக் குழும நாடுகளில் இருந்து ஐபியூ செயற்குழுவிற்கு ஒரு உறுப்பினரே தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதற்கான தேர்தல் ரகசிய வாக்கெடுப்பு முறையில் நடைபெற்றது.
• எதிர் போட்டியிட்ட இந்திய நாடாளுமன்றத்தின் மக்களவையில் பாஜக உறுப்பினரான அபராஜிதா சாரங்கி பெரும்பான்மையுடன் வெற்றி பெற்று செயற்குழுவிற்கு தேர்வாகி இருப்பதாக மாநிலங்களவை அலுவலகம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள குறிப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• ஐபியூ செயற்குழுவிற்கு தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அபராஜிதா சாரங்கி புவனேஸ்வரன் மக்களவைத் தொகுதி உறுப்பினர் ஆவார்.
• முன்னாள் ஐஏஎஸ் அதிகாரியான இவர் மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகளில் பணியாற்றியவர்.
• விருப்ப ஓய்வில் சென்று கடந்த 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டு பாஜகவில் இணைந்தார். அதே ஆண்டு தேர்தலில் போட்டியிட்டு வெற்றி பெற்றார்.

3. வந்தே பாரத்

• உனா டெல்லி இடையேயான வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் சேவையையும் பிரதமர் மோடி துவக்கி வைத்தார்
• அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் ஆண்டுக்குள் 75 வந்தே பாரத் ரயில்களை இயக்குவதற்கு மத்திய அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ள நிலையில், இது நான்காவது வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் சேவை ஆகும்.
• உனாவில் இந்திய தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப கல்வி நிறுவனத்தையும் பிரதமர் மோடி திறந்து வைத்தார்.
• மருந்துகளுக்கான மூலப் பொருள்களை தயாரிப்பதற்கான பூங்காவை ஹரோலியில் ரூபாய் 1900 கோடியில் கட்டுவதற்கும் அவர் அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார்.
• இரு நீர்மின் உற்பத்தி திட்டங்களுக்கும் அவர் அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார்.
• பழங்குடியினர் மீது அக்கறை:
• மாநிலத்தில் பழங்குடியினர் வசிக்கும் பகுதிகளில் உள்ள அனைத்து வீடுகளுக்கும் குடிநீர் குழாய் இணைப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள ‘ஹட்டி‘ சமூகத்துக்கு பழங்குடியின அந்தஸ்தை பாஜக அரசு வழங்கியுள்ளது.
• விரைவில் வந்தே பாரத் சரக்கு ரயில்:
• சரக்கு பொருட்களை விரைவாக கொண்டு செல்லும் வகையில் வந்தே பாரத் சரக்கு ரயிலின் முதலாவது சேவையை தில்லி என்சிஆர் மற்றும் மும்பை பிராந்தியங்களில் அறிமுகப்படுத்த உள்ளதாக ரயில்வே நிர்வாகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

Central News

1. The hijab ban will go – void

• In an appeal case against the order issued by the state government banning Muslim female students from wearing hijab in educational institutions in Karnataka, two judges of the Supreme Court sessions gave a different verdict.
• In a 140-page judgment delivered by Justice Hemant Gupta, the Karnataka government has issued an injunction to ensure a level playing field for all.
• It is wrong to demand the right of girls to wear hijab in a secular school.
• In a 77-page judgment delivered by Justice Sudhanshu Dunia, the Karnataka High Court should not have dismissed the petition on the sole basis that wearing hijab is not a compulsory religious ritual.
• Although the wearing of hijab is purely voluntary, it continues to be an expression of conscience and faith.
• Banning hijab is like banning female education.

2. BJP MP as member of International Parliamentary Union Executive Committee  selection

• Rajya Sabha office informed that the election was held in this union meeting which is being held in Rwanda.
• The 145th session of the International Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), which has been active for the past 133 years with around 128 countries as members, is being held in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali.
• Parliamentarians led by Rajya Sabha Deputy Speaker Harivans Narayanan Singh participated in this on behalf of Parliament of India.
• Between these meetings the election of members of the Executive Committee of the IBU was held at the Kigali meeting.
• Among the selection of members of various group countries, the election to select one member from the Asia Pacific group countries to the IPU Executive Committee was held by secret ballot.
• According to a note issued by the Rajya Sabha office, Aparajita Sarangi, a member of the BJP who contested in the Lok Sabha of the Indian Parliament, won with a majority and was elected to the executive committee.
• Aparajitha Sarangi, who has been elected to the IPU Executive Committee, is a member of the Bhuvaneswaran Lok Sabha constituency.
• He is a former IAS officer and has worked in Central and State Governments.
• He went on voluntary retirement and joined BJP in 2019. He contested and won the election the same year.

3. Vande Bharat

• Prime Minister Modi also inaugurated Vande Bharat train service between Una Delhi
• This will be the fourth Vande Bharat train service as the central government plans to operate 75 Vande Bharat trains by August next year.
• PM Modi also inaugurated the Indian Institute of Information Technology at Una.
• He also laid the foundation stone for a pharmaceutical raw material manufacturing park at Haroli at a cost of Rs 1900 crore.
