மாநில செய்திகள்
1. நகர்ப்புற உள்ளாட்சி சாலைகள் மேம்பாட்டுப் பணிகளுக்கு சிறப்பு நிதி
- நகர்ப்புற உள்ளாட்சி சாலைகள் மேம்பாட்டுப் பணிகளுக்காக ரூ.2,200 கோடி சிறப்பு நிதி வழங்க தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் உத்தரவிட்டார்.
- தமிழ்நாட்டில் நகர்ப்புறங்களில் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் புதைசாக்கடைத் திட்டங்கள், குடிநீர் குழாய் பணிகள் போன்றவற்றால் சேதமடைந்த சாலைகள், பழுதடைந்த ஆயிரக்கணக்கான சாலைகள் மேம்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளன.
- மேலும், சிங்காரச் சென்னை 2.0, மாநில நிதிக் குழு மானியத் திட்டம், கலைஞர் நகர்ப்புற மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம், நபார்டு வங்கி நிதி உதவித்திட்டம் ஆகியவற்றில் உள்ள பல்வேறு நிதிகளை ஒருங்கிணைத்து ரூ.7,338 கோடியில், 16,390 கிமீ தொலைவு சாலைகளும் படிப்படியாக மேம்படுத்தப்படும் என்று பேரவையில் முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்தார்.
- ஏற்கெனவே அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட ரூ.7,338 கோடியுடன் தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் சிறப்பு நிதியாக ரூ.2,200 கோடி வழங்க முதல்வர் உத்தரவிட்டார்.
2.பொது சுகாதாரத் துறையின் நூற்றாண்டு விழா
- பொது சுகாதாரத் துறையின் நூற்றாண்டு விழா டிசம்பர் 6-ஆம் தேதி முதல் 8- ஆம் தேதி வரை மாமல்லபுரத்தில் சர்வதேச மருத்துவ மாநாடாக நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
- போலியோ, காலரா உள்ளிட்ட பல நோய்களை பொது சுகாதாரத்துறை ஒழித்துள்ளது. தற்போது கரோனாவையும் இந்ததுறை சிறப்பாகக் கையாண்டுள்ளது.

1. இந்திய மாநில அரசுகள் கடன் பத்திரங்களின் சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் வெளியீடு
- இந்திய மாநில அரசுகள் ஏலத்தில் வெளியிட்ட கடன் பத்திரங்களின் சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் அதிக மாற்றம் இல்லாமல் 7.68 சதவீதமாக இருந்தது.
- தங்களுக்குத் தேவையான நிதியைத் திரட்டுவதற்காக, மாநில அரசுகள் வெளியிடும் கடன் பத்திரங்களின் வட்டி விகிதம் தொடர்ந்து 4 வாரங்களாக சரிந்து வந்தது.
- மாநிலங்களின் புதிய கடன் பத்திரங்களை ரிசர்வ் வங்கி கடந்த மாதம் 18- ஆம் தேதி ஏலத்தில் விட்டபோது, அவற்றுக்கான சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் 0.11 சதவீதம் குறைந்து 7.72 சதவீதமானது.
- கடந்த மாதம் 25-ஆம் தேதி நடை பெற்ற ஏலத்தில் அது 0.12 சதவீதம் அதிகரித்து 7.84 சதவீதமானது. அத்துடன், கடன் பத்திரங்களின் சராசரி தவணைக் காலம் 12 ஆண்டுகளில் இருந்து 13 ஆண்டுகளாக உயர்ந்தது.
- எனினும், கடந்த 15– ஆம் தேதி விடப்பட்ட ஏலத்தில் மாநில அரசு கடன் பத்திரங்களின் சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் 0.12 சதவீதம் சரிந்து 7.76 சதவீதமாகியுள்ளது.
- அரசுக் கடன் வட்டி விகிதத்தின் குறியீடான 10 ஆண்டுகால கடன் பத்திரங்களைப் பொருத்தவரை, மத்திய அரசு வெளியிட்ட அந்த வகை கடன் பத்திரங்களுக்கான வட்டி விகிதம் 0.09 சதவீதம் சரிந்து 7.29 சதவீதமானது. இது, கடந்த வாரம் 7.26 சதவீதமாக இருந்தது.
- மாநில அரசுகள் வெளியிட்ட 10 ஆண்டுகால கடன் பத்திரங்களுக்கான சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் 7.67 சதவீதத்திலிருந்து 0.03 சதவீதம் உயர்ந்து 7.70 சதவீதமாக ஆனது.
- அந்த வகையில், மாநில அரசுகளின் 10 ஆண்டுகால கடன் பத்திரங்களுக்கான சராசரி வட்டி விகிதங்களுக்கும் மத்திய அரசின் 10 ஆண்டுகால கடன் பத்திரங்களுக்கான வட்டி விகிதங்களுக்கும் இடையிலான வேறுபாடு 0.41 சதவீதமாகவே தொடர்ந்தது.
பொருளாதார செய்திகள்
1. பட்ஜெட் இலக்கைவிட வரி வசூல் ரூ.4 லட்சம் கோடி அதிகமாக இருக்கும்
- நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில் நாட்டில் ஒட்டுமொத்த வரி வசூல் பட்ஜெட் இலக்கைத்தாண்டி ரூ.4 லட்சம் கோடி வரை அதிகமாக இருக்கும் என்று வருவாய்த் துறை செயலர் தருண் பஜாஜ் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில் நோடி வரி வசூல் பட்ஜெட் இலக்கைவிட 25 முதல் 30 சதவீதம் வரை அதிகம் இருக்கும் என்று மத்திய நேரடி வரிகள் வாரிய (சிபிடிடி) தலைவர் நிதின் குப்தா ஏற்கெனவே தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.
- இந்நிலையில் அனைத்து வகையின வரி வசூலும் அதிகமாக இருக்கும் என்று வருவாய் துறை செயலர் தருண் பஜாஜ் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- தனிநபர் வருமான வரி, பெரு நிறுவன வரி ஆகியவை ரூ.17.50 லட்சம் கோடியாகவும், சுங்க வரி, கலால் வரி, ஜிஎஸ்டி ஆகியவை ரூ.14 லட்சம் கோடியாகவும் இருக்கும்.
- இதன் மூலம் ரூ.31.50 லட்சம் கோடி அளவுக்கு மொத்த வரிவசூல் இருக்கும் என மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றார்.

1. Special Fund for Urban Local Government Road Development Works
- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin ordered a special fund of Rs.2,200 crore for urban local government road development works.
- Damaged roads, thousands of dilapidated roads will be improved due to sewerage projects, drinking water pipeline works etc. implemented in urban areas in Tamil Nadu.
- Also, CM Stalin announced in the Assembly that 16,390 km of roads will be gradually improved at a cost of Rs 7,338 crore by integrating various funds from Singara Chennai 2.0, State Finance Committee Grant Scheme, Kalainar Urban Development Scheme and NABARD Bank Financial Assistance Scheme.
- Chief Minister ordered to provide Rs 2,200 crore as special fund of Tamil Nadu government along with Rs 7,338 crore already announced.
2. Centenary Celebration of Public Health Department
- The Centenary Celebration of Public Health Department will be held as an International Medical Conference at Mamallapuram from 6th to 8th December.
- The public health department has eradicated many diseases including polio and cholera. Now this department has also handled Corona very well.

1. Average Interest Rate Issue of Indian State Government Debentures
- The average interest rate on Indian state government bonds was unchanged at 7.68 percent.
- Interest rates on bonds issued by state governments fell for 4 consecutive weeks to raise their required funds.
- When the RBI auctioned the new government bonds on the 18th of last month, the average interest rate on them fell by 0.11 per cent to 7.72 per cent.
- It increased by 0.12 percent to 7.84 percent in the auction held on 25th of last month. Also, the average tenure of debt securities rose from 12 years to 13 years.
- However, the average interest rate of state government bonds has fallen by 0.12 percent to 7.76 percent in the auction held on 15th.
- As far as 10-year bonds, the index of government debt interest rate is concerned, the interest rate on that type of bonds issued by the central government fell by 0.09 percent to 7.29 percent. It was 7.26 percent last week.
- The average interest rate on 10-year bonds issued by State Governments rose by 0.03 percentage points to 7.70 per cent from 7.67 per cent.
- Accordingly, the difference between the average interest rates on 10-year bonds of state governments and interest rates on 10-year Central government bonds remained at 0.41 percent.

1. Tax collection will be Rs.4 lakh crore more than the budget target
- Revenue Secretary Tarun Bajaj has expressed confidence that the overall tax collection in the country will exceed the budget target by Rs 4 lakh crore in the current financial year.
- Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) chairman Nitin Gupta had already said that the direct tax collection in the current financial year will be 25 to 30 percent higher than the budget target.
- In this case, all types of tax collection will be high, Revenue Department Secretary Tarun Bajaj has said.
- Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax will be Rs.17.50 Lakh Crore, Customs Duty, Excise Duty, GST will be Rs.14 Lakh Crore.
- Through this, it is estimated that the total tax collection will be Rs.31.50 lakh crore.
