மாநில செய்திகள் 

1. தமிழகத்தின் மேலும் 4 சதுப்பு நில காடுகளுக்குராம்சர் அங்கீகாரம் 

• இந்தியாவில் மேலும் 11  சதுப்பநிலக்காடுகளுக்கு ராம்சர், சாசன அங்கீகாரம் கிடைத்துள்ளது.  
• நாட்டின்75 வது சுதந்திர ஆண்டு நிறைவுக்கு பொருத்தமாக இந்தியாவில் ராம்சர்சாசன பட்டியலில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள சதுப்புநிலக்காடுகளின் எண்ணிக்கையும் 75 ஆக உயர்ந்துள்ளதாக மத்திய சுற்றுச்சூழல் வன, பருவநிலை மாற்றத்துறை அமைச்சகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.  
• 11 சதுப்பு நில காடுகளில் தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள நான்கு சதுப்பு நில காடுகளும் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.  
• அவை  
• ராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம் சித்திரங்குடி, கஞ்சிரான்குளம் பறவைகள் சரணாலயங்கள்,  

• குமரி மாவட்டம் சுசீந்திரம் தேரூர் பறவைகள் சரணாலயம்,  
• திருவாரூர், வடுவூர் பறவைகள் சரணாலயம் 

        ஆகிய நான்கு சதுப்பு நில காடுகளுக்கு ராம்சர் சாசன அங்கீகாரம்   கிடைத்துள்ளதாக மத்திய அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது. 

• தமிழகத்தில் 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு கோடியக்கரை முதல்முறையாக ராம்சர் பட்டியலில் இடம் பெற்று இருந்தது. 
• நிகழாண்டில் கடந்த மூன்று மாதங்களில் 9 சதுப்புநிலக்காடுகளுக்கு அங்கீகாரம் கிடைத்தது. 

• தமிழகத்தில் மொத்தம் 14 சதுப்புநில காடுகள் ராம்சர் சான்றிதழ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டு பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. 
• நாட்டிலேயே அதிக எண்ணிக்கையில் தமிழக சதுப்பு நில காடுகள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. 
• தமிழகத்துக்கு அடுத்து உபி மாநிலம் (10) இடம் பெற்றுள்ளது.  
• புதிதாக இணைக்கப்பட்ட 11 சதுப்புநில காடுகளில் ஒடிசா(3), ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் (2), மத்திய பிரதேசம் (1),மகாராஷ்டிரம்(1) ஆகிய மாநிலங்களின் சதுப்புநிலக்காடுகளும் அடங்கும். 
• சதுப்பு நில காடுகளின் அழிவை தடுப்பதற்காகவும் அவற்றை பாதுகாப்பது பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை மக்களுக்கு ஏற்படுத்துவதற்காகவும் ராம்சர் என்ற சர்வதேச அமைப்பு செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.  

• 1971 ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி 2-ம் நாள் ஈரான் நாட்டின் ராம்சர் நகர் மாநாட்டில் முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டு அதன் பெயரிலேயே அமைப்பு உருவானது.  
• இந்தியாவில் 1982 முதல் 2013 வரை 26 இடங்கள்தான் ராம்சர் பட்டியலில் இடம்பெற்று இருந்தன.  
• 2014 முதல் 2022 வரை 49 இடங்கள் கூடுதலாக பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு தற்போது  நம் நாட்டில் 13,26,677 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்பில் 75 ராம்சர் இடங்கள் 75வது சுதந்திர ஆண்டில்இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. 

2. முதல்வரின் காலை உணவு திட்டம்: 

• அரசு தொடக்கப்பள்ளிகளில் காலை உணவு திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்துவதற்கான ஒருங்கிணைப்பு அலுவலரை நியமித்தும் அவருக்கான  பணிகளை  வரையறுத்தும் தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.  
• ஒருங்கிணைப்பு அலுவலராக, இல்லம் தேடி கல்வித்திட்டத்தின் சிறப்பு அலுவலர்  இளம்பகவத் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். 
• பள்ளிகள், பயனாளிகள், ஒருங்கிணைப்பு மையங்கள், திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தும் அமைப்புகளை துரிதமாக கண்டறியப்படுவது ஒருங்கிணைப்பு அலுவலரால் உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.  
• காலை சிற்றுண்டிக்கான மூலப்பொருட்களை கொள்முதல் செய்வது தொடர்பாக நுகர்பொருள் வாணிப கழகம் மாவட்ட, மண்டல அலுவலர்களுடன் விவாதிப்பது, கொள்முதல் செய்யப்பட்டு அவை உரிய முறையில் சென்று சேருவதை கண்காணிப்பது போன்ற பணிகளையும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு அலுவலர் மேற்கொள்வார்.  
• உள்ளூரில் கிடைக்கக்கூடிய, விளையக்கூடிய காய்கறிகள், சிறுதானியங்கள் கொள்முதல் செய்வதற்கான எளிய வழிமுறைகளை கண்டறிதல், நகர்ப்புறங்களில் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்திட ஏதுவாக மையப்படுத்தப்பட்ட சமையல் கூடங்கள், கிராம ஊராட்சிகளில் திட்டம் செயல்பட ஏதுவாக ஊராட்சி அளவிலான கூட்டமைப்புகளை கண்டறிவது போன்ற பணிகளையும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு அலுவலர் மேற்கொள்ளுவார்.  

• காலை சிற்றுண்டி தயாரிக்கப்படும் சமையல் கூடத்தில் இருந்து பள்ளிகளுக்கு வாகனங்கள் மூலம் அவற்றை எடுத்துச் சென்று பயனாளிகளுக்கு உரிய நேரத்தில் சென்று சேர்வதை உறுதி செய்வது, பள்ளிக் கல்வி, ஊரக உள்ளாட்சி நகராட்சி நிர்வாகம் ஆகிய துறைகளுடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து திட்டம் செயல்படுவதை கண்காணிப்பது ஆகிய பணிகளையும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு அலுவலர்  மேற்கொள்ளுவார். 

3. சரோஜ் நாராயணசாமி காலமானார் 

• அகில இந்திய வானொலியின் முதல் பெண் செய்தி வாசிப்பாளரான சரோஜ் நாராயண சுவாமி வயது முதிர்வு காரணமாக மும்பையில் காலமானார். 
• தஞ்சாவூரைச் சேர்ந்த இவர் இந்திய வானொலியில் சுமார் 35 ஆண்டு காலம் தமிழ் செய்தி வாசிப்பாளராக பணியாற்றினார்.  

• தமிழக அரசு அவருக்கு கலைமாமணி பட்டம் அளித்து கௌரவித்தது. 

மத்திய செய்தி 

1. கடல் நீரை மின்பகுபொருளாக்கி எரிய வைக்கப்படும் எல்.இ.டி விளக்கு  

• கடல் நீரை மின்பகு பொருளாக (எலக்ட்ரோலைட்) பயன்படுத்தி எரிய வைக்கப்படும் நாட்டின் முதல் உப்பு நீர் எல்.இ.டி விளக்கை சென்னையில் மத்திய அமைச்சர் ஜிதேந்திரசிங் அறிமுகப்படுத்தினார். 
• இந்தத் திட்டத்தை தொடக்கி வைத்து பேசிய அமைச்சர், ரோஷினி என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த விளக்கு ஏழைகளுக்கும், எளியவர்களுக்கும், குறிப்பாக இந்தியாவின் 7500 கிலோமீட்டர் கடற்கரை பகுதிகளில் வசிக்கும் மீனவசமுதாயத்தினருக்கும் எளிதான வாழ்வை ஏற்படுத்தும் என்றார். 

2. கட்டாயமதமாற்ற குற்றத்துக்கு 10 ஆண்டுகள் வரை சிறை  

• கட்டாயமதமாற்றத்தில் ஈடுபடும் குற்றத்துக்கு அதிகபட்சம் 10 ஆண்டுகள் வரை சிறை தண்டனை அளிக்கும் வகையிலான சட்ட திருத்த மசோதா இமாச்சல பிரதேச சட்டப்பேரவையில் குரல் வாக்கெடுப்பு மூலமாக ஒரு மனதாக நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.  

• ஒரே நேரத்தில் இரண்டு அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்டோர் கட்டாயமாக அல்லது பொய் வாக்குறுதிகளால் வசீகரித்து மதமாற்றம் செய்யும் முயற்சிக்கும் நபர்களுக்கான தண்டனையை கடுமையாக்கும் வகையில் ‘ஹிமாச்சலப்பிரதேச மத சுதந்திர (திருத்த) மசோதா 2022’ என்ற சட்ட திருத்த மசோதா கொண்டுவரப்பட்டுள்ளது.  
• கடந்த 18 மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட ‘இமாச்சலபிரதேச மத சுதந்திர சட்டம் 2019’-ல் தண்டனையை மேலும் கடுமையாக்கும் வகையில் இந்த திருத்தம் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டது. 
• ஹிமாச்சலப்பிரதேச மத சுதந்திர சட்டம் 2019ல் பிரிவு 2,4,7 மற்றும் 13 ஆகிய பிரிவுகளில் திருத்தங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு இருப்பதோடு புதிதாக 8 ஏ என்ற பிரிவு சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றார்.

1. Ramsar recognition for 4 more wetland forests in Tamil Nadu 

•  Another 11 mangroves in India have got Ramsar, Charter recognition. 
• The Union Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change has announced that the number of mangroves included in the Ramsarsasan list in India has increased to 75 to coincide with the country’s 75th independence anniversary. 
• Four swamp forests in Tamil Nadu are included in 11 swamp forests. 
• They are 
• Ramanathapuram District Chitrangudi, Kanchirankulam Bird Sanctuaries, 

• Kumari District Suchindram Theroor Bird Sanctuary, 
• Tiruvarur, Vaduvur Bird Sanctuary 
• In Tamil Nadu, 20 years ago, Kotiyakarai was included in the Ramsar list for the first time.In Tamil Nadu 20 years ago Kodiakarai and Ramsar Listed. 
• In the last three months of this year, 9 mangroves have been recognized. 
• A total of 14 mangrove forests in Tamil Nadu have been given Ramsar certification and are included in the list. 

• Tamil Nadu has the largest number of swamp forests in the country. 
• UP State (10th) is ranked after Tamil Nadu. 
• Among the newly added 11 mangrove forests are the mangrove forests of Odisha (3), Jammu and Kashmir (2), Madhya Pradesh (1) and Maharashtra (1). 
• Ramsar is an international organization working to prevent the destruction of wetland forests and create awareness among the people about their conservation. 
• On February 2, 1971, the decision was taken at the Ramsar Nagar Conference in Iran and the organization was formed in its name. 

• From 1982 to 2013 only 26 sites were included in Ramsar list in India. 
• From 2014 to 2022, 49 additional sites were added to the list and now 75 Ramsar sites covering an area of ​​13,26,677 hectares have been included in the country in the 75th year of independence. 

2. Chief’s Breakfast Program: 

• The Government of Tamil Nadu has ordered to appoint a Coordinating Officer for the implementation of Breakfast Scheme in Government Primary Schools and to define the tasks for him. 

• As Coordination Officer, Special Officer, Home Search Education Program Yumbhagwat has been appointed. 
• Expeditious identification of Schools, Beneficiaries, Coordinating Centers, Project Implementation Organizations will be ensured by Coordinating Officer. 
• The Coordinating Officer will also carry out tasks such as discussing the purchase of raw materials for breakfast with the District and Zonal Officers of the Consumer Goods Trading Corporation, and monitoring their proper delivery. 
• The Co-ordinating Officer will also carry out tasks like identifying simple methods of procurement of locally available and growable vegetables, small grains, centralized kitchens for implementation of the scheme in urban areas, panchayat level associations for implementation of the scheme in village panchayats. 
• The Coordinating Officer will carry out the tasks of taking the breakfast from the cooking hall to the schools by vehicles and ensuring that the beneficiaries reach the beneficiaries on time, coordinating with the Departments of School Education, Rural Local Municipality Administration and monitoring the functioning of the project. 

3. Saroj Narayanasamy passed away 

• Saroj Narayana Swamy, the first woman newsreader of All India Radio, passed away in Mumbai due to old age. 
• Hailing from Thanjavur, he worked as a Tamil newsreader in Indian Radio for about 35 years. 
• Government of Tamil Nadu honored him with Kalaimamani title. 

Central news 

1. LED lamp that uses sea water as an electrolyte 

• Union Minister Jitendrasingh launched the country’s first salt water LED lamp in Chennai using sea water as an electrolyte. 

• Speaking at the launch of this project, the minister said that this lamp named Roshini will make life easier for the poor and needy, especially the fisherfolk living in the 7500 km coastal areas of India. 

2. Imprisonment up to 10 years for the crime of forced conversion 

• The Himachal Pradesh Legislature unanimously passed an amendment bill to make the offense of forced conversion punishable by up to 10 years in prison. 
• The ‘Himachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion (Amendment) Bill 2022’ has been introduced to strengthen the punishment for those who attempt to convert two or more persons simultaneously by coercion or false promises. 

• This amendment was brought to make the punishment more severe in the ‘Himachala Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2019’ which was implemented 18 months ago. 
• He said that in the Himachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act 2019, amendments have been made in sections 2, 4, 7 and 13 and a new section 8 A has been added.
