1. வெளிச்சந்தையில் தமிழக அரசின் புதிய உப்பு விற்பனை
- வெளிச்சந்தைகள் தமிழக அரசு புதிய உப்பு விற்பனை செய்யப்பட உள்ளது.
- நெய்தல் என பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த உப்பினை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிமுகம் செய்து வைத்தார்.
- உப்பளத் தொழிலாளர்கள்:
- உப்பு உற்பத்தி பாதிக்கப்படும் காலங்களில் உப்பளத் தொழிலாளர்களின் சிரமத்தைப் போக்க ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருவருக்கு தலா ரூபாய் 5000 வழங்கப்படும் என்று சட்டப்பேரவையில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
- இந்த அறிவிப்பை செயல்படுத்தும் வகையில் உப்பு உற்பத்தி இல்லாத அக்டோபர் முதல் டிசம்பர் மாதங்கள் வரையிலான காலத்தில் ரூபாய் 5000 நிவாரண தொகை வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
- இந்தத் திட்டத்தையும் முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின்தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
2. எட்டயபுரத்தில் 75 ஆவது ஆண்டு சுதந்திர தின அமுதப் பெருவிழா கொண்டாட்டம்
- தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் எட்டயபுரத்தில் மத்திய அரசின் சார்பில் 75 வது ஆண்டு சுதந்திர தின அமுதப் பெருவிழா மற்றும் வீடு தோறும் தேசிய கொடியை ஏற்றும் விழிப்புணர்வு பிரச்சார நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெற்றது.
- ஓராண்டுக்குள் 75 வந்தே பாரத் ரயில்கள் இயக்கப்படும்.
- அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் மாதத்துக்குள் நாடு முழுவதும் 75 வந்தே பாரத் ரயில்களை இயக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருவதாக ரயில்வே அமைச்சர் அஸ்வினி வைஷ்ணவ் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- சென்னை பெரம்பூர் ஐசிஎஃப் வளாகத்தில் முதல் முறையாக உள்நாட்டு தொழில்நுட்பத்தில் ரூபாய் 97 கோடி செலவில் ‘ரயில் 180’ என்னும் அதிநவீன விரைவு ரயில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது.
- மணிக்கு 180 கிலோமீட்டர் வேகத்தில் செல்லும் இந்த அதிவேக ரயிலுக்கு ‘வந்தே பாரத் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ்’ என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டு புதுடில்லி வாரணாசி புதுடில்லி வைஷ்ணவ தேவி இடையே இயக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
- நாட்டின் 75 ஆவது சுதந்திர தினம் கொண்டாடும் இந்த தருணத்தில் வரும் 2023 ஆம் ஆகஸ்ட்க்குள் 75 வந்தே பாரத் ரயில்களை நாடு முழுவதும் இயக்க ரயில்வே துறை நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறது.
3. 10,500 உலமாக்களுக்கு சைக்கிள் அளிக்கும் திட்டம்
- உலமாக்களுக்கு சைக்கிள்கள் வழங்கும் திட்டத்தை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தெரிவித்தார்.
- தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்வில் சைக்கிள்களை அவர் வழங்கினார்.
- பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர், மிகவும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டோர் மற்றும் சிறுபான்மையினர் நலத்துறை சார்பில் உலமாக்கள், பணியாளர்கள் நலவாரிய உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு மிதிவண்டிகள் வழங்கும் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
4. 32 வதுயானைகள் காப்பகம்
- நாட்டில் உள்ள 31 யானைகள் காப்பகங்களோடு திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அகத்தியர் மலை 32 வது காப்பகமாக சேர்க்கப்படுவதாக மத்திய சுற்றுச்சூழல் வனம், பருவநிலை அமைச்சர் பூபேந்திரயாதவ் தெரிவித்தார்.
- 2017 ஆம் ஆண்டின் கணக்கெடுப்பின்படி நாட்டில் 29,964 யானைகள் உள்ளன.
- தமிழ்நாட்டின் ஐந்தாவது யானைகள் காப்பகமாக திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அகத்தியர் மலை அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
- மேலும் மேற்கு தொடர்ச்சி மலை பிரச்சனையில் கஸ்தூரி ரங்கன் காட்கில் கமிட்டிகள் அறிக்கையை முழுமையாக அணுக மக்களின் கருத்துக்களை பரிசீலிக்க ஒரு குழு நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மத்திய செய்திகள்
1. போலி ஆவணப்பதிவு ரத்துசட்டத்திருத்தம்: குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ஒப்புதல்
- மோசடியான ஆவண பதிவுகளை ரத்து செய்ய பதிவுத்துறைக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கும் சட்ட திருத்தத்திற்கு குடியரசு தலைவர் ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளார்.
- மோசடி, ஆள்மாறாட்டம் போன்ற காரணங்களுக்காக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட ஆவணத்தை ரத்து செய்ய அதிகாரம் அளிக்கும் வகையில் சட்டப்பேரவையில், 2021 ஆம் வருடம் செப்டம்பர் மாதத்தில் மசோதா நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
- திருத்தப்பட்ட இந்த பதிவு சட்டத்தில் புதிதாக சேர்க்கப்பட்ட பிரிவு 22 பி பிரிவானது போலி ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் சட்டத்தால் தடை செய்யப்பட்ட ஆவணங்களில் பதிவினை மறுக்க பதிவு அலுவலர்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கிறது.
- மேலும் பிரிவு 77 ஏ பிரிவானது நில அபகரிப்பு செய்து மோசடியாக ஆவணப்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது என மாவட்ட பதிவாளர்களால் புகார் மனுக்கள் பெறப்பட்டால் மனுதாரர் மற்றும் எதிர்மனுதாரர்களை விசாரித்து மோசடி ஆவணம் என கண்டறியப்பட்டால் அந்த ஆவணத்தை ரத்து செய்ய அதிகாரம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
2. ஆசியயானைகளில் 60% இந்தியாவில் தான் உள்ளன
- சர்வதேச யானைகள் தினத்தை முன்னிட்டு யானைகளை பாதுகாக்கும் முயற்சிக்கு பாராட்டு தெரிவித்த பிரதமர் மோடி ஆசியாவில் 60 சதவீத யானைகள் இந்தியாவில் தான் இருப்பதாக மகிழ்ச்சி தெரிவித்தார்.
- யானைகளின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை வெளிப்படுத்த 2012 ஆகஸ்ட் 12 முதல் சர்வதேச யானைகள் தினமாக கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
- தாய்லாந்தில் இந்த தினம்முதல்முறையாக தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
3. வாடகை வீட்டுக்கு ஜிஎஸ்டி கிடையாது
- தனிநபர்கள் பயன்படுத்தும் வீடுகளின் வாடகைக்கு சரக்கு–சேவை வரி (ஜிஎஸ்டி) கிடையாது என்று மத்திய அரசு விளக்கம் அளித்துள்ளது.
- அதே நேரத்தில் வர்த்தகப் பயன்பாட்டுக்காக வீடுகளை வாடகைக்கு விட்டால் அதற்கு ஜிஎஸ்டி உண்டு என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இதற்கு முன்பு வர்த்தக பயன்பாட்டுக்கான கடைகள் கட்டிடங்களுக்கு மட்டும் ஜிஎஸ்டி விதிக்கப்பட்டு வந்தது.

1. Sale of fresh salt by Tamil Nadu Government in the open market
- Export Markets Tamil Nadu Government is going to sell fresh salt.
- Chief Minister M.K.Stalin introduced this salt named Neithal.
- Salt workers:
- It was announced in the Legislative Assembly that Rs 5000 per person will be given annually to ease the hardships of salt workers during the periods when salt production is affected.
- In order to implement this notification, a relief amount of Rs 5000 will be given during the period of no salt production from October to December.
- This project was also launched by Chief Minister M.K.Stalin.
2. Celebration of 75th Independence Day Amudha Peruvizha at Ettayapuram
- In Ettayapuram, Thoothukudi district, the 75th Independence Day Amuda Peruvizha and awareness campaign program of hoisting the national flag from house to house was held by the central government.
- 75 Vande Bharat trains will be operated within a year.
- Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said that steps are being taken to run 75 Vande Bharat trains across the country by August next year.
- State-of-the-art high-speed train “Rail 180” was manufactured at Perambur ICF Complex in Chennai for the first time using indigenous technology at a cost of Rs.97 crores.
- This high speed train running at a speed of 180 km per hour is named as ‘Vande Bharat Express’ and runs between New Delhi Varanasi New Delhi Vaishnava Devi.
- As the country celebrates its 75th Independence Day, the Railway Department is taking steps to run 75 Vande Bharat trains across the country by August 2023.
3. Scheme to provide bicycles to 10,500 Ulamas
- Chief Minister M. K. Stalin announced the plan to provide bicycles to Ulamas.
- He presented the bicycles at a function held at the headquarters.
- Scheme of providing bicycles to Ulemas, Staff Welfare Board members is being implemented on behalf of Backward, Very Backward and Minority Welfare Department.
4. Archive of 32 elephants
- Union Environment Forest and Climate Minister Bhupendra Yadav said that Agathiyarmalai in Tirunelveli district will be added as the 32nd reserve along with 31 elephant sanctuaries in the country.
- According to the 2017 census, there are 29,964 elephants in the country.
- Agathiyarmalai in Tirunelveli district has been declared as the fifth elephant sanctuary of Tamil Nadu.
- Also on the Western Ghats problem a committee has been appointed to consider the views of the people to fully access the Kasthuri Rangan Gadgil Committees report.

1. Fake Document Abolition Amendment: President’s assent
- The President has approved an amendment to the Act empowering the Registration Department to cancel fraudulent document registrations.
- A Bill was passed in the Legislative Assembly in September 2021 to empower cancellation of documents registered on grounds of fraud, impersonation etc.
- The newly added section 22B of the amended Registration Act empowers the Registrar to refuse registration of forged documents and documents prohibited by law.
- Also Section 77A empowers the district registrars to investigate the petitioner and the respondents and cancel the document if it is found to be a fraudulent document if complaints are received by the district registrars that the documents have been fraudulently registered.
2. 60% of Asian elephants are found in India
- On the occasion of the International Elephant Day, Prime Minister Modi praised the effort to protect elephants and expressed happiness that India has 60 percent of elephants in Asia.
- International Elephant Day is celebrated from August 12, 2012 to highlight the importance of elephants.
- This daily was launched for the first time in Thailand.
3. No GST on rental housing
- The central government has clarified that there is no Goods and Services Tax (GST) on rent of houses used by individuals.
- At the same time it has been stated that GST is applicable if houses are rented out for commercial use.
- Earlier GST was levied only on shops and buildings for commercial use.
