Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification awarded by any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission:
(i)Must Possess a Degree of Master of Town Planning orits equivalent

(ii)Associate Membership of the Institute of TownPlanners of India orInstitute of Architects of India
(or)
iii)A Degree in Civil Engineering
(or)
(iv)A Degree in Architecture
(or)
(v)An A.M.I.E (Civil) (i.e.,) Associate Member of theInstitute of Engineers(India)
