- 2014ம் ஆண்டு, ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையில் ஜூன் 21-ம் தேதி சர்வதேச யோகா தினமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது. பிரதமர் மோடி இன்று (21.6.2022) கர்நாடகாவில் உள்ள மைசூரு அரண்மனை மைதானத்தில் நடந்த சர்வதேச யோகா நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்து கொண்டார். அந்த மைதானத்தில் கூடியிருந்த 15,000 பேருடன் இணைந்து யோகாசனம் செய்தார். பிரதமர் மோடியுடன் ஒன்றிய அமைச்சர் சர்பானந்தா சோனோவால், முதல்வர் பசவராஜ் பொம்மை மற்றும் முக்கிய பிரமுகர்கள் யோகாசனம் செய்தனர்.

- In 2014, the United Nations declared June 21 as International Yoga Day and adopted a resolution. Prime Minister Modi today (21.6.2022) attended an international yoga program at the Mysore Palace Grounds in Karnataka. He practiced yoga with 15,000 people gathered at the venue. Prime Minister Modi was accompanied by Union Minister Sarpanch Sono, Chief Minister Basavaraj bommai and key figures.
