- அமெரிக்கக் கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் மேற்கொண்ட ஆய்வில் 180 நாடுகள் அடங்கிய நிகழாண்டுக்கான சுற்றுச்சூழல் செயல்திறன் குறியீட்டு பட்டியலில் இந்தியா கடைசி இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது. கடந்த ஜூன் 5-ஆம் தேதி சா்வதேச சுற்றுச்சூழல் தினம் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்பட்டது. அன்றைய தினம் தில்லியில் நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்ச்சி ஒன்றில் கலந்துகொண்டு பிரதமா் மோடி பேசுகையில், சுற்றுச்சூழலைக் காப்பதற்கு இந்தியா தீவிரமாக பணியாற்றி வருவதாக தெரிவித்தார். இந்நிலையில், 180 நாடுகளின் சுற்றுச்சூழல் செயல்திறன் தொடா்பாக அமெரிக்காவின் யேல் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் யேல் சுற்றுச்சூழல் சட்டம் மற்றும் கொள்கை மையம், கொலம்பியா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் சா்வதேச புவி அறிவியல் தகவல் மையம் ஆகியவை ஆய்வு மேற்கொண்டன. அந்த ஆய்வு முடிவுகள் அண்மையில் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. அந்த முடிவுகளின்படி, அப்பட்டியலில் இந்தியா கடைசி இடம் பிடித்துள்ளது. நாடுகள் சுற்றுச்சூழல் செயல்திறன் தரவரிசை

- India ranks last in the Environmental Performance Index for 180 countries, according to a study by US educational institutions. Last June 5th was observed as the International Environment Day. Accordingly, the Lieutenant General, Air Marshal and Vice Admiral have been declared eligible for appointment as Commander-in-Chief of the 3rd Battalion. It has been stated that the person appointed as the Commander-in-Chief of the 3rd Brigade should be below the age of 62 and the term of office of the person so appointed is 3 years and if necessary the Central Government may extend the term up to 65 years.
