மாநில செய்திகள்
1. மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் உதவியாளரை நியமிக்க ரூபாய் 1000 உதவித்தொகை
- அரசு உதவி தேவைப்படும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தங்களுடன் ஒரு உதவியாளரை வைத்துக்கொள்ள ஏதுவாக மாதத்துக்கு ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் உதவித்தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
- இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 2019-2020 நிதியாண்டில் ரூபாய் 96 லட்சம் நிதி ஒதுக்கப்பட்டது.
2. காலை சிற்றுண்டி திட்டம்
- காலை சிற்றுண்டி திட்டம் மதுரையில் செப்டம்பர் 15-ம் தேதி தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
- தமிழகத்தில் மாநில அரசின் முழுமையான நிதியை கொண்டு காலை உணவு திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது.
- 1545 அரசு தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகளை சேர்ந்த ஒரு லட்சத்து 14 ஆயிரத்து 95 மாணவ மாணவிகளுக்கு காலை சிற்றுண்டி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
- இந்த திட்டத்துக்காக ரூபாய் 33.56 கோடி ஏற்கனவே ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

- ரவா பொங்கல் போன்ற உணவு வகைகள் திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை வரை மாறி மாறி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளன.
- வாரத்தில் குறைந்தது இரண்டு நாட்கள் உள்ளூர் சிறுதானியங்களை கொண்டு காலை சிற்றுண்டி தயார் செய்யப்பட்டு வழங்கப்படும்.

- பள்ளியில் உணவளிக்கும் திட்டம் சென்னையில் ஒரு நூற்றாண்டுக்கு முன்பே முன்மொழியபட்டு மாநகராட்சி நிர்வாகத்தால் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
- அப்போதைய மாமன்றத்தின் தலைவராக இருந்த சர். பிட்டி தியாகராயர் தலைமையில் 1920 ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர்-16 நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட தீர்மானத்தின் அடிப்படையில் இந்தியாவிலேயே முதல்முறையாக சென்னை ஆயிரம் விளக்கு மாநகராட்சி பள்ளியில் மதிய உணவுத் திட்டம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
- இப்போது 100 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு அதே செப்டம்பர் மாதத்தில் காலை சிற்றுண்டி திட்டம் மதுரையில் தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
மத்திய செய்திகள்
1. பிஎம்-ஸ்ரீ பள்ளிகள்
- நாடு முழுவதும் அனைவருக்குமான உயர்தரமான கல்வியை வழங்கக்கூடிய 14,000க்கும் அதிகமான ‘பிஎம்–ஸ்ரீ’ பள்ளிகளை (எழுச்சி அடையும் இந்தியாவுக்கான பிரதமரின் பள்ளிகள்) உருவாக்கும் திட்டம் ரூபாய் 27,360 கோடிகள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது.
- இந்த திட்டத்தின் மூலம் 18.7 லட்சம் மாணவ மாணவியர் பயன்படுவர் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
- ஏற்கனவே செயல்பட்டு வரும் மத்திய மாநில அரசு பணிகள் மற்றும் உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகள் பள்ளிகளை நவீனமயமாக்கி தரம் உயர்த்தும் வகையிலான இந்த திட்டத்தை ஆசிரியர் தினமான செப்டம்பர் 5ஆம் தேதி பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி அறிவித்தார்.
- இதற்கு இப்போது ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருக்கும் தொலைநோக்கு திட்டத்தின்படி சுய கற்றல் நடவடிக்கைகளில் மாணவர்கள் ஆர்வத்துடன் பங்கேற்க இந்த பள்ளிகள் ஊக்கமளிக்கும்.
- சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த வகையில் சூரிய சக்தி தகடுகள், எல்இடி விளக்குகள், இயற்கை பண்ணையுடன் கூடிய ஊட்டச்சத்து தாவரத் தோட்டங்கள், கழிவு மேலாண்மை மற்றும் பிளாஸ்டிக் பயன்பாடு இல்லாத வளாகங்களை கொண்டதாக பிஎம்-ஸ்ரீ பள்ளிகள் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
- இந்த பள்ளிகளில் மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் திறன் வெளிப்பாட்டை அளவிடும் வகையில் பள்ளித்தர ஆய்வு திட்ட நடைமுறை எஸ்.சி.யூ.ஏ.எஃப் திட்டம் ஒன்று உருவாக்கப்பட உள்ளது.
2. உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மத்திய அரசின் வழக்குரைஞர் நியமனம்
- உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் மத்திய அரசின் தரப்பில் வழக்குரைஞராக ஆஜராக ராஜபாளையத்தை சேர்ந்த ராம்சங்கர் ராஜா நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
- இதில் அவரது பதவிக்காலம் மூன்றாண்டுகள் என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இவர் குற்றவியல் துறையில் முதுநிலை பட்டமும், உச்ச நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிகள் நியமனம் கொலிஜியம் என சொல்லப்படும் அமைப்பு குறித்த ஆய்வில் டாக்டர் பட்டமும் பெற்றவர்.
- தேசிய பசுமை தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் டெல்லி முதன்மை அமர்வில் அரசின் சார்பில் பல்வேறு வழக்குகளில் ஆஜராகி வாதிட்டுள்ளார்.
- சுற்றுச்சூழல் மற்றும் மாசு கட்டுப்பாட்டு வாரியத்தின் சார்பில் சிறப்பு வழக்குரைஞராக முக்கிய வழக்குகளில் வாதாடியுள்ளார்.
3. இந்திய வம்சாவளியைச் சேர்ந்தவரை அமெரிக்க மாவட்ட நீதிபதியாக நியமிக்க பரிந்துரை
- அமெரிக்க மாவட்ட நீதிபதியாக இந்திய வம்சாவளியைச் சேர்ந்த அருண் சுப்பிரமணியனை நியமிக்க அந்நாட்ட அதிபர் ஜோபைடன் பரிந்துரைத்துள்ளார்.
- அந்நாட்டில் உள்ள நியூயார்க் தெற்கு மாவட்ட நீதிபதியாக நியமிக்க அமெரிக்க அதிபர் ஜோபைடன் பரிந்துரைத்துள்ளார்.
- நியூயார்க் தெற்கு மாவட்ட நீதிமன்றத்தில் பணியாற்ற உள்ள முதல் தெற்காசிய நீதிபதி என்ற பெருமையை அருண் சுப்பிரமணியன் பெறுவார்.
4. உலக திருக்குறள் மாநாடு
- விஜிபி உலக தமிழ்ச் சங்கம், பன்னாட்டு தமிழ் நடுவம், அங்கோர் தமிழ்ச் சங்கம், கம்போடியா தமிழ்நாடு தொண்டு நிறுவனம் மற்றும் கலாச்சார நுண்கலை அமைச்சகம் இணைந்து ‘உலக திருக்குறள் மாநாடு-2022’ஐ கம்போடியாவிலுள்ள அங்கோர் தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்தில் நடத்துகிறது.
- வருகிற செப்டம்பர் 28ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கும் இந்த மாநாடு அடுத்த மாதம் அக்டோபர் 3 ஆம் தேதி வரை நடக்கவுள்ளது

1. Stipend of Rs 1000 for appointment of PWD Assistant
- A monthly stipend of Rs.1000 is given to disabled persons in need of government assistance to keep a helper with them.
- A fund of Rs.96 lakh has been allocated for the financial year 2019-2020 under this scheme.
2. Breakfast program
- Breakfast program to be launched in Madurai on 15th September.
- Breakfast program is going to be implemented in Tamil Nadu with the full funding of the state government.
- One lakh 14 thousand 95 students belonging to 1545 government primary schools will be given breakfast.
- Rs.33.56 Crores have already been earmarked for this project.

- The School Feeding Scheme was proposed in Chennai a century ago and implemented by the Corporation Administration.
- The then Chairman of the Council, On the basis of a resolution passed on 16 September 1920 under the leadership of Sar.Pitti Thiagarayar, the mid-day meal scheme was introduced in the Chennai Ayiram vilakku Corporation School for the first time in India.
- Now after 100 years in the same month of September the breakfast program is going to be launched in Madurai.

1. PM-Sree Schools
- A Rs 27,360 crore scheme to create more than 14,000 ‘PM-Sree’ schools (Prime Minister’s Schools for Rising India) across the country to provide quality education to all.
- 18.7 lakh students are expected to benefit through this scheme.
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced this scheme on Teacher’s Day, September 5, to modernize and upgrade the existing schools of central state government works and local bodies.
- It has now been approved.
- These schools will encourage the students to actively participate in self-learning activities as per the vision plan mentioned in the National Education Policy.
- PM-Sree schools will be developed with eco-friendly solar panels, LED lighting, nutrient plant gardens with organic farm, waste management and plastic free campuses.
- In order to measure the learning ability of the students in these schools, a school-level assessment program (SCUF) is to be developed.
2. Appointment of Central Government Advocate in the Supreme Court
- Ramshankar Raja from Rajapalayam has been appointed to appear in the Supreme Court as a lawyer on behalf of the Central Government.
- In which his tenure is mentioned as three years.
- He holds a master’s degree in Criminology and a doctorate in the study of the collegium of Supreme Court judges.
- He has appeared and argued in various cases on behalf of the government in the Delhi primary session of the National Green Tribunal.
- Represented Environment and Pollution Control Board as Special Advocate in important cases.
3. As a US District Judge unless of Indian origin Recommendation for appointment
- President Joe Biden has recommended the appointment of Indian-origin Arun Subramanian as US District Judge.
- US President Joe Biden has nominated him as a judge for the Southern District of New York in that country.
- Arun Subramanian will become the first South Asian judge to serve on the New York Southern District Court.
4. World Thirukural Conference
- VGP World Tamil Association, International Tamil Center, Angkor Tamil Association, Cambodia Tamil Nadu Charitable Organization and Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts are jointly organizing the ‘World Thirukkural Conference-2022’ at Angkor Tamil Association, Cambodia.
- This conference will start on 28th September and will continue till 3rd October next month
