- இந்தோ பசுபிக் பொருளாதார கூட்டமைப்பு; இந்தியா அமெரிக்க உள்ளிட்ட 13 நாடுகள் தொடக்கம்; இந்தோ பசுபிக் பிராந்தியத்தில் சீனா ஆதிக்கம் அதிகரித்து வரும் நிலையில் அமெரிக்க அதிபர் ஜோ பைடனால் முன்மொழியப்பட்டுள்ள சீனா இடம்பெறாத இந்த கூட்டமைப்பு சீனாவுக்கு பதிலடி தரும் வகையில் உள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் வளர்ச்சிக்கான இந்தோ-பசுபிக் பொருளாதார கூட்டமைப்பை அமைப்பது தொடர்பான அறிவிப்பை அமெரிக்க அதிபர் ஜோ பைடன் நேற்று (23.5.2022) வெளியிட்டார். இந்த கூட்டமைப்பில் இந்தியா, அமெரிக்கா, ஜப்பான், ஆஸ்திரேலியா, புருனே, இந்தோனேசியா, தென்கொரியா, மலேசியா, நியூசிலாந்து, பிலிபைன்ஸ், சிங்கப்பூர், தாய்லாந்து, வியட்நாம் ஆகிய நாடுகள் இணைவதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இந்த கூட்டமைப்பில் இணைந்துள்ள 13 நாடுகளும் சேர்ந்து வெளியிட்டுள்ள கூட்டறிக்கையில்,”நீடித்த வளர்ச்சி, ஒருங்கிணைப்பு, பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி, நாடுகளின் பொருளாதார போட்டி உள்ளிட்டவற்றை ஆக்கபூர்வமாக மேம்படுத்தும் வகையில் ஐபிஇஎப் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நாடுகள் தங்களுக்கிடையிலான பொருளாதார தொடர்பை வலுப்படுத்துவது தொடர்பாக ஐபிஇஎப் பேச்சுவார்த்தையில் விரிவாக விவாதிக்கப்படும். சர்வதேச விநியோக சங்கிலியை வலுப்படுத்துதல், போக்குவரத்து வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்துதல், அத்யாவசிய பொருட்கள் அனைத்து நாடுகளுக்கும் கிடைத்தல், உள்ளிட்டவை தொடர்பாக விரிவாக விவாதிக்கப்பட உள்ளது.
- இந்தியா, அமெரிக்கா, ஜப்பான்,ஆஸ்திரேலியா நாடுகளை உள்ளடக்கிய “க்வாட்”கூட்டமைப்பின் மாநாடு ஜப்பானில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது. அதில் பங்கேற்பதற்காக பிரதமர் மோடி மற்றும் அமெரிக்க அதிபர் ஜோ பைடன் ஜப்பான் சென்றுள்ளனர்
- கல்வி சான்றிதழ், ஆதார் அட்டை, ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம், உள்ளிட்ட முக்கிய ஆவணங்களை எண்ம வடிவில் சேகரித்து வைப்பதற்கான மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகளின் சேவைகளை இனி வாட்ஸாப்ப் வாயிலாக பெற முடியும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- கிராம வளர்ச்சி என்பது மக்கள் இயக்கமாக மாற வேண்டும் என்று முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் கூறினார். கலைஞரின் அனைத்து கிராம ஒருங்கிணைந்த வேளாண் வளர்ச்சித் திட்டத்தினை நேற்று (23.5.2022) தொடங்கி வைத்தார். கலைஞரின் அனைத்து கிராம ஒருங்கிணைந்த வேளாண் வளர்ச்சித் திட்டமானது, தமிழ்நாட்டிலுள்ள 12,525 கிராம பஞ்சாயத்துகளில் 5 ஆண்டுகளில் அதை செயல்படுத்த இருக்கிறோம். இந்தத் திட்டமானது ஊரக வளர்ச்சித் துறையின் மாபெரும் திட்டமான அனைத்து கிராம அண்ணா மறுமலர்ச்சித் திட்ட கிராமங்களுடன் இணைந்து செயல்படுத்தப்படுவதால், கிராம அளவில் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு நன்றாக இருக்கும் என்பது இதனுடைய சிறப்பு. இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கங்களாக,
- கிராமத்தில் உள்ள தரிசு நிலங்களைச் சாகுபடிக்கு கொண்டுவருதல்.

- இந்தியா அமெரிக்க இடையில் முதலீட்டு ஊக்குவிப்பு ஒப்பந்தம் (ஐஐஏ) ஜப்பான் தலைநகர் டோக்கியோவில் நேற்று (23.5.2022) கையெழுத்தானது. இந்தியாவில் புதுப்பிக்க தக்க எரிசக்தி, மேலாண்மை, சுகாதாரம், உள்ளிட்ட துறைகளில் தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள் முதலீடு மேற்கொள்வதை ஊக்குவிக்க இந்த ஒப்பந்தம் வழிவகுக்கிறது.

- Indo-Pacific Economic Federation; India launches 13 countries including US; As China’s dominance in the Indo-Pacific region grows, the non-China alliance proposed by US President Joe Biden is set to retaliate against China. In this context, US President Joe Biden announced yesterday (23.5.2022) the formation of the Indo-Pacific Economic Community for Development. The consortium includes India, the United States, Japan, Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The IPEF is a joint statement issued by the 13 member states: “The IPEF is set up to promote sustainable development, integration, economic development, including economic competition among nations, and to strengthen economic ties between nations. The strengthening of the international supply chain, the improvement of transport facilities, and the availability of essential commodities to all countries, among others are to be discussed in detail.
- The conference of the “Quad” Federation of India, the United States, Japan and Australia will be held in Japan. Prime Minister Modi and US President Joe Biden have left for Japan to attend.

- Chief Minister MK Stalin said that rural development should become a people’s movement. The artist launched the All Village Integrated Agricultural Development Program yesterday (23.5.2022). Artist’s All Village Integrated Agricultural Development Program, we plan to implement it in 5 years in 12,525 Grama Panchayats in Tamil Nadu. - Multiplication of water resources and installation of micro-irrigation facility with solar pump sets.

- Establishment of farm ponds and improvement of rural agricultural infrastructure by the Rural Development Department.
- Protecting the welfare of livestock and increasing milk production.
- Change of belt, e-inclusion, and certification to small-scale farmers through Revenue Department.
- Providing large quantities of crop loans through co-operative societies.

- The Investment Promotion Agreement (IIA) between India and the United States was signed yesterday (23.5.2022) in Tokyo, the capital of Japan. The agreement encourages private companies to invest in renewable energy, management, health and other sectors in India.

- World Health Organization (WHO) President Tetros Adanom Caprias said the service of “Asha” staff in India was immense. Earlier, Asha staff received a World Health Organization award. Seema Bhujani, Principal Secretary to the Ambassador of India, received it at a ceremony in Geneva.
- The Inter-State Council has been transformed to help strengthen the federal philosophy in the country. Union Minister Amit Shah has been appointed as the chairman of the committee headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
