- இந்தியாவின் இரும்பு மனிதர் சர்தார் வல்லபாய் பட்டேலின் பிறந்தநாளில் தேசம் அவருக்கு புகழஞ்சலி செலுத்துகிறது.
மாநில செய்திகள்
1. சட்டப்பேரவை: 10 ஆண்டு விவாதங்கள் இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றம்
- தமிழக சட்டப்பேரவைக்கான இணையதளத்தில் இதுவரை 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கான விவாத குறிப்புகள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- மேலும் 1921 ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து பேரவையில் நடைபெற்ற விவாதங்கள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய பூர்வாங்கப் பணிகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- தமிழக சட்டப்பேரவை முழுமையாக காகிதம் இல்லாத அவையாக மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. பேரவைக்குள் தொடுதிரை வசதியுடன் கணினி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதுடன், காகிதங்கள் பயன்பாடு குறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்த நிலையில் சட்டப்பேரவையில் இணையதளத்தையும் (www.tnassembly.tn.gov.in) இளைய சமுதாயத்தினர் அதிகம் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- குறிப்பாக பேரவையில் நடைபெறும் நடவடிக்கை குறிப்புகள் அனைத்தும் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
- கடந்த 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 23ஆம் தேதி முதல் இப்போது வரையிலான பேரவை நடவடிக்கை குறிப்புகள் அடங்கிய புத்தகங்கள் பேரவை இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
2. சோலார் பம்ப் செட் அமைத்த காஞ்சிபுரம் விவசாயிக்கு பிரதமர் மோடி பாராட்டு
- தமிழகத்தின் காஞ்சிபுரத்தை சேர்ந்த எழிலன் என்ற விவசாயி பிரதமரின் ‘குஷீம் யோஜனா‘ திட்டத்தின் பயனை அடைந்துள்ளார்.
- அவரது பண்ணையில் 10 குதிரை திறன் கொண்ட சோலார் பம்ப்செட்டை அமைத்துள்ளார். இதன் மூலம் அவரது பண்ணையில் பாசனத்துக்கு என தனியே செலவு செய்வது கிடையாது.
- வேளாண் நிலத்தில் பாசனம் செய்ய அரசின் மின்விநியோகத்தை அவர் நம்பியிருக்கவில்லை. அவருக்கு மின் கட்டண செலவே கிடையாது.

1. காப்பீடு சார்ந்து சேவைகளுக்கு ஒரே வலைதளம்
- காப்பீடு சார்ந்த சேவைகளை ‘பீமா சுகம்‘ என்ற ஒரே வலைதளத்தில் வழங்குவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் தொடர்ந்து மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருவதாக காப்பீட்டு ஒழுங்குமுறை மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையம் (ஐஆர்டிஏஐ) தலைவர் தெபாசிஷ் பாண்டா தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- இணையவழி பண பரிவர்த்தனையில் யுபிஐ தொழில்நுட்பம் பல்வேறு தாக்கங்களை ஏற்படுத்தியதை போல காப்பீட்டு துறையில் ‘பீமா சுகம்’ வலைதளம் பல மாற்றங்களை ஏற்படுத்தும்.
- அந்த வலைதளத்தின் மூலமாக காப்பீட்டு விற்பனை, புதுப்பித்தல், காப்பீட்டுத் தொகையை வழங்குதல், உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து சேவைகளையும் பெற முடியும்.
2. மனதின் குரல்
- விண்வெளி, சூரிய எரிசக்தி உற்பத்தி துறைகளில் இந்தியா நிகழ்த்தி வரும் அதிசயங்களை கண்டு உலக நாடுகள் வியப்படைந்து வருவதாக மனதின் குரல் நிகழ்ச்சியில் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி பெருமிதம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த பொருள்களை பயன்படுத்துவதற்கான விழிப்புணர்வு மக்களிடையே அதிகரித்துள்ளது.
- தமிழகத்தின் கோவையில் உள்ள ஆனை கட்டியில் பழங்குடியின பெண்களின் குழு சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த மண்ணாலான பத்தாயிரம் தேநீர் கோப்பைகளை ஏற்றுமதி செய்துள்ளது.
- தேநீர் கோப்பைகளை தயாரிப்பதற்கான களிமண் கலவை தொடங்கி, இறுதி கட்ட பேக்கேஜிங் வரை அனைத்து வேலைகளையும் அப்பெண்களே மேற்கொண்டனர்.
- இந்த அற்புதமான முயற்சியை எவ்வளவு பாராட்டினாலும் தகும் என்றார். இயற்கையையும் சூரியனையும் வழிபடும் விழாவாக ‘சத்‘ கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
- சூரிய ஆற்றல் மூலமாக எரிசக்தி உற்பத்தி செய்வதில் இந்தியா முன்னிலை வகுத்து வருகிறது. நாட்டின் முதல் முழு நேர சூரிய எரிசக்தி கிராமமாக குஜராத்தின் மொதேரா அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
3. பிரம்மோஸ் ஏற்றுமதியால் ரூபாய் 41 ஆயிரம் கோடி வருவாய் ஈட்ட வாய்ப்பு
- உலகில் எந்த நாட்டிலும் பிரம்மோஸ் போன்ற ஏவுகணை இல்லை. போட்டியே இல்லாத வர்த்தகம் என்பதால் ஏற்றுமதி வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகம்.
- இதை வாங்க 14 நாடுகள் ஆர்வமாக உள்ளதால் சுமார் 41 ஆயிரம் கோடிக்கு மேல் வருவாய் ஈட்ட வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது என்று விஞ்ஞானி ஆ.சிவதாணு பிள்ளை தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
- பிரம்மோஸ் ஏவுகணையின் சிறப்பு என்ன?
- கண்டம் விட்டு கண்டம் பாயும் அக்னி, பிரித்வி போன்ற ஏவுகணைகள் நம்மிடம் உள்ளன.
- இவை அதிக உயரத்தில் பறப்பதால் ரேடார், செயற்கைக்கோள் போன்ற போன்றவை மூலம் அதன் நகர்வை எதிரி நாடுகள் கண்காணிக்க முடியும்.
- தாழ்வான உயரத்தில் சென்று எதிரிகளின் நிலைகளை தாக்கி அளிக்கும் வகையில் பிரம்மோஸ் உருவா உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது ஒலியை விட 3 மடங்கு வேகத்தில் பாயும்.
- சூப்பர் சானிக் ஏவுகணை அமெரிக்கா போன்ற நாடுகளில் உள்ளதை விட ஒன்பது மடங்கு அதிக வேகம் கொண்டது.
- அடுத்த தலைமுறை பிரம்மோஸ், ஹைப்பர்சானிக் பிரம்மோஸ் உருவாக்கும் பணிகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- இது ஒலியை விட ஏழு மடங்கு வேகமாக செல்லக்கூடியது. தற்போதைய பிரமோஸ் மூன்று டன் எடை கொண்டது.

- அப்போது ஏற்றுமதி ஐந்து பில்லியன் டாலரை (சுமார் ரூபாய் 41 ஆயிரம் கோடி) தாண்டி விடும். மத்திய பாதுகாப்புத்துறை அமைச்சரின் அறிவியல் ஆலோசகராகவும், பாதுகாப்பு ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் தலைமை (DRDO) பொறுப்பிலும் அப்துல் கலாம் இருந்தபோதுதான், பிரம்மோஸ் தயாரிப்புக்காக இந்தியா-ரஷ்யா இடையே ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.
- அவரது ஆலோசனையை கேட்கக்கூடிய அரசாகவும் அன்றைய அரசு இருந்தது. அன்று பிரதமராக இருந்த நரசிம்மராவிடம் கலாமும், நானும் சேர்ந்து தான் பிரம்மோஸ் திட்டம் குறித்து விவரித்தோம்.
- கலாம் புது சிந்தனையை ஆதரிப்பவர், தொலைநோக்கு பார்வையாளர். அதனால் இதெல்லாம் சாத்தியமானது. இந்த ஏவுகணை கடந்த 2001ல் பரிசோதிக்கப்பட்டது.
4. விபத்துக்குள்ளான தொங்கு பாலம்
- குஜராத்தில் ஆற்றின் குறுக்கே அமைக்கப்பட்டிருந்த நூறாண்டு பழமை வாய்ந்த தொங்கு பாலம் அறுந்து ஏற்பட்ட விபத்தில் 60 பேர் உயிரிழந்தனர்.
- கடந்த 19ஆம் நூற்றாண்டில் ஆங்கிலேயர் ஆட்சி காலத்தின் போது குஜராத் மாநிலம் மோர்பி நகரில் உள்ள மச்சு நதி மீது 233 மீட்டர் நீள தொங்கு பாலம் அமைக்கப்பட்டது.
5. சரக்கு விமான உற்பத்தி ஆலை
- இந்திய விமானப்படைக்கு சி295 ரக சரக்கு விமானங்களை வாங்குவதற்கு ஐரோப்பிய நிறுவனமான ஏர்பஸ் பாதுகாப்பு விண்வெளி நிறுவனத்துடன் சுமார் ₹21,935 கோடி மதிப்பிலான ஒப்பந்தம் கடந்த ஆண்டு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
- அந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தின் படி சி295 ரகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த 16 சரக்கு விமானங்களை ஸ்பெயினில் தயாரித்து நான்கு ஆண்டுகளுக்குள் ஏர்பஸ் நிறுவனம் இந்தியாவிற்கு வழங்க உள்ளது.
- கூடுதலாக 40 சரக்கு விமானங்களை டாடா நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து உள்நாட்டிலேயே ஏர்பஸ் நிறுவனம் தயாரிக்க உள்ளது.
- சரக்கு விமான உற்பத்தி ஆலை குஜராத்தின் வதோதரா நகரில் அமைக்கப்பட உள்ள நிலையில் அதற்கான அடிக்கல் நாட்டு விழா நடைபெற்றது.
- நாட்டின் ராணுவத்துக்கு வலிமை அளிப்பதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல் விமான தயாரிப்பு சூழலையும் நாட்டில் உருவாக்கும் ‘இந்தியாவில் தயாரிப்போம்‘, ‘உலகிற்காக தயாரிப்போம்‘ என்ற கொள்கைகளை இந்தியா கடைப்பிடித்து வருகிறது.
- முதல் முறை:
- ராணுவ பயன்பாட்டுக்கான விமானம் ஆனது தனியார் நிறுவனத்தால் இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்பட உள்ளது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும்.
- சி295 சரக்கு விமானம் ஆனது ஐரோப்பிய நாடுகளுக்கு வெளியே தயாரிக்கப்படவுள்ளதும் இதுவே முதல் முறை என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
- இந்தியாவுக்கான 56 சரக்கு விமானங்களை வழங்கிய பிறகு வதோதரா ஆலையில் தயாரிக்கப்படும் சரக்கு விமானங்கள் இந்திய அரசின் அனுமதி உடன் வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு ஏற்றுமதி செய்யப்பட உள்ளது.

- The Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly has been converted into a completely paperless assembly. A computer with touch screen facility has been provided inside the assembly and the use of papers has been reduced.

2. PM Modi to Kanchipuram farmer who installed solar pump set appreciation
- Ezhilan, a farmer from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, has benefited from Prime Minister’s ‘Kushim Yojana’.

- Scientist A. Sivathanu Pillai has said that there is a possibility of earning more than 41 thousand crores as 14 countries are interested in buying it.

- We have intercontinental ballistic missiles like Agni and Prithvi.
- Since they fly at high altitudes, enemy countries can track their movement through radar, satellite etc.
- The Brahmos Ura is designed to attack enemy positions from a low altitude. It flows at 3 times the speed of sound.
- Super sonic missile is nine times faster than that of countries like USA.
- Development of next generation Brahmos, hypersonic Brahmos has started.
- It can travel seven times faster than sound. The current Bramos weighs three tonnes.
- It is planned to reduce it to 1.5 tonnes. That way, a larger number can be carried on the plane. These works are carried out in partnership with Russia.
- This missile project was implemented with a total investment of 300 million dollars with 150 million dollars each in collaboration with Russia.
- But $7 billion is traded. 14 countries are interested in buying it.
- Then exports will cross five billion dollars (about Rs. 41 thousand crores). It was during Abdul Kalam’s tenure as Scientific Adviser to the Union Defense Minister and Chief of the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) that the India-Russia agreement for the production of BrahMos was signed.

5. Cargo Aircraft Manufacturing Plant
- A deal worth around ₹21,935 crore was signed last year with European company Airbus Defense and Space to procure C295 cargo planes for the Indian Air Force.
- According to the agreement, Airbus will supply 16 C295 cargo planes to India within four years after manufacturing them in Spain.
- Airbus to manufacture 40 more cargo planes locally in collaboration with Tata.
- A ground-breaking ceremony was held for a cargo aircraft manufacturing plant to be set up in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- India is adhering to the principles of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Make for the World’ which not only strengthens the country’s military but also creates an environment for aircraft manufacturing in the country.
- First time:
- This is the first time that an aircraft for military use is being manufactured by a private company in India.
- It is noteworthy that this is the first time that the C295 cargo aircraft will be produced outside the European countries.
- After delivering 56 cargo planes to India, the cargo planes manufactured at the Vadodara plant are to be exported abroad with the approval of the Government of India.
