1. சீனாவுக்கு இணையாக தமிழகத்தில் கைபேசி உற்பத்தி

• செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம் மகேந்திரா சிட்டியில் ரூபாய் 1200 கோடி முதலீட்டில் பெகாட்ரான் தொழிற்சாலை அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இந்த ஆலையை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் திறந்து வைத்து பேசியதாவது:
• தைவான் நாட்டின் மிகப்பெரிய நிறுவனங்களில் ஒன்றான பெகட்ரான் நிறுவனம் தமிழகத்தில் கைபேசி உற்பத்தியை தொடங்குவதை வரவேற்கிறேன்.
• உலகப் புகழ் பெற்ற நிறுவனம் இங்கு உற்பத்தியை தொடங்கி இருப்பது தமிழகத்துக்கு கிடைத்த பெருமை.
• அகில இந்திய அளவில் வணிகம் புரிதலை எளிதாக்கும் தரவரிசையில் சாதனையாளர் மாநிலம் என்று அங்கீகாரம் பெற்ற முதல் மூன்று மாநிலங்களில் ஒன்றாக தமிழகம் உள்ளது.
• நான்காம் தொழில் புரட்சியின் மின்னணுவியல் துறை மிக முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கிறது.
• மின்னணுவியல் துறையை தமிழக அரசு வளர்ந்து வரும் துறையாக வகைப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

2. ரத்தக்கொடையாளர்கள் விவரம் பதிவிட தனிச் செயலி

• ரத்தக்கொடையாளர்களின் விவரங்களை பதிவிட ரூபாய் 10 லட்சத்தில் தனி கைப்பேசி செயலியும் கணினி மயமாக்கப்பட்ட பதிவேடும் உருவாக்கப்படும் என்று முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்தார்.
• ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் அக்டோபர் முதல் நாள் தேசிய தன்னார்வ ரத்ததான தினமாக கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.
• இந்த ஆண்டுக்கான தேசிய தன்னார்வ ரத்ததான தினத்தின் கருப்பொருள் ஒற்றுமையுடன் ரத்ததானம் செய்வோம்.
• ஒருங்கிணைந்த முயற்சியுடன் உயிர்களை காப்போம் என்பதாகும்.
• 20 நிமிடங்கள் போதும்:
• ரத்த தானத்தின் போது 350 மில்லி லிட்டர் ரத்தம் மட்டுமே எடுக்கப்படுகிறது.
• இதற்கு 20 நிமிடங்களே ஆகும்.
• இந்த தளத்தில் ரத்ததான முகாம் மற்றும் ரத்தக்கொடையாளர்களை பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

1. 5ஜி சேவை இன்று தொடக்கம்

• டெல்லி பிரகதி மைதானத்தில் நடைபெறும் ஆறாவது இந்திய கைபேசி மாநாட்டை பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கி வைக்கிறார்.
• அப்போது தொலைத்தொடர்பின் திருப்புமுனையாக இருக்கும் பயிற்சி சேவையையும் அறிமுகப்படுத்துகிறார்.
• இதற்கான அலைக்கற்றை ஏலத்தின் மூலம் அரசுக்கு ரூபாய் 1.50 லட்சம் கோடி வருவாய் கிடைத்துள்ளது.
• ஏர்டெல் ஐடியா–வோடோ, ஜியோ போன்ற நிறுவனங்களோடு, அதானியின் நிறுவனம் சுமார் 26 ஜிகா ஹெர்ட்ஸ் அலைவரிசையில் 5ஜி அலைக்கற்றையை ஏலத்தில் எடுத்துள்ளது.
• 5ஜி சேவை நாட்டின் முக்கிய நகரங்களில் முதலில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.
• பின்னர் அடுத்த சில ஆண்டுகளில் படிப்படியாக விரிவுபடுத்தப்படும்.

2. சிறந்த தூய்மை நகரம்

• மத்திய வீட்டு வசதி நகரப்புற வசதி அமைச்சகத்தின் சார்பில் 50,000க்கும் கீழ் மக்கள் தொகை கொண்ட நகரங்களில் தூய்மையான நகரமாக இராமேஸ்வரம் நகராட்சிக்கு தில்லியில் நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்ச்சியில் விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது.
• குப்பை இல்லாத நகரங்களை உருவாக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் பிரதமரால் தொடக்கி வைக்கப்பட்ட தூய்மை இந்தியா நகர்புற இயக்கம் 2.0 பதிப்பின் முதலாம் ஆண்டு நிறைவை முன்னேற்ற இந்த நிகழ்வு நடைபெற்றது.
• இதில் தூய்மையான சிறு பெரு நகரங்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டன.
• பெரு நகரங்களுக்கான விருதுகளை குடியரசு தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு வழங்கி கௌரவித்தார்.
• சிறுநகரங்களுக்கான 70 தூய்மை விருதுகளை மத்திய வீட்டு வசதி மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற விவகாரங்கள் துறை இணை அமைச்சர் கௌசல் கிஷோர் வழங்கினார்.

3. நாட்டின் மூன்றாவது வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் சேவை

• குஜராத் தலைநகர் காந்தி நகரையும், மகாராஷ்டிரா தலைநகர் மும்பை நாட்டின் மூன்றாவது வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் சேவையை பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
• நவீன வசதிகள் கொண்ட வந்தே பாரத் ரயிலை இந்தியா உள்நாட்டிலேயே தயாரித்து வருகிறது.
• முக்கியமாக வந்தே பாரத் ரயிலின் பெட்டிகள் சென்னையில் உள்ள ஜிசிஎஃப்–இல் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
• நாட்டின் ஏற்கனவே புதுத் தில்லி–வாரணாசி, புதுடில்லி ஸ்ரீமாதமா வைஷ்ணவ தேவி காத்ரா ஆகிய இருவழித்தடங்களில் வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் இயக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
• நாட்டின் 75 ஆண்டு சுதந்திரத்தை கொண்டாடும் வகையில் அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்டுக்குள் 75 வந்தே பாரத் ரயில்கள் இயக்கப்படும் என மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
• இந்நிலையில் மூன்றாவது வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் சேவையை பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
• 16 பெட்டிகளை கொண்ட வந்தே பாரத் ரயில் ஆனது மணிக்கு 160 கிலோமீட்டர் வரை செல்லும் திறன் கொண்டதாகும்.
• அகமதாபாத் நகரின் தட்லெஜ் முதல் வஸ்தால் வரை அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள மெட்ரோ ரயில் சேவையின் முதல் கட்ட திட்டத்தை பிரதமர் மோடி தொடக்கி வைத்தார்.
• இதன் மூலமாக 21 கிலோமீட்டர் தூரத்துக்கான மெட்ரோ ரயில் சேவை தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

4. வங்கி வட்டி விகிதங்களை 0.5% உயர்த்தியது

• ஆர்பிஐ நாட்டில் பணவீக்கம் தொடர்ந்து அதிகமாகவே உள்ள நிலையில் அதை கட்டுக்குள் கொண்டுவரும் வகையில் வங்கிகளுக்கு வழங்கும் குறுகிய கால கடன்களுக்கான வட்டி விகிதத்தை ரெப்போ ரேட் இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கி ஆர்பிஐ 0.5 சதவீதம் உயர்த்தி உள்ளது.
• அதன் காரணமாக வீட்டுக் கடன், வாகனக்கடன், மாதாந்திர தவணை தொகை உள்ளிட்டவற்றுக்கான வட்டியை வங்கிகள் உயர்த்த உள்ளன.
• தற்போது 5.90 சதவீதமாக நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இது கடந்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில் இல்லாத அளவுக்கு அதிகபட்சமாகும்.
• பணவீக்கம்:
• பணவீக்கமானது நடப்பு 2022-2023 ஆம் நிதி ஆண்டில் 6.7 சதவீதமாக இருக்கும் என ஆர்பியை கணித்துள்ளது.
• அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஜனவரி முதல் பணவீக்கம் கட்டுக்குள் வரும் எனவும் ஆர்பிஐ நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
• நாட்டின் மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தி (ஜிடிபி) நடப்புநிதியாண்டில் 7.2 சதவீதமாக இருக்கும் என்று ஆர்பிஐ முன்பு கணித்திருந்த நிலையில் அந்த கணிப்பை ஏழு சதவீதம் என தற்போது குறைத்துள்ளது.

5. இந்தியாவில் 2023 மோட்டோ ஜிபி பந்தயம்

• உலக அளவில் பிரதான மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் பந்தயமான மோட்டோ ஜிபி ரேஸ் இந்தியாவில் முதல் முறையாக அடுத்த ஆண்டு நடத்துவது உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• அந்த ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 22-24 காலகட்டத்தில் அதை நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இதன் மூலம் சர்வதேச அளவிலான மோட்டார் பந்தயம் ஒன்பது ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு இந்தியாவுக்கு திரும்புகிறது.
• கடைசியாக உத்தரபிரதேசத்தின் நொய்டா பகுதியில் இருக்கும் புத் சர்வதேச சர்க்யூட்டில் 2011-2013 காலகட்டத்தில் எஃப் 1 கார் பந்தயம் நடைபெற்றது நிறைவு கூறத்தக்கது.
• தற்போது மோட்டோ ஜிபி பந்தயத்தை நடத்தும் நாடுகள் பட்டியலில் இந்தியா 31 வது களமாக இணைகிறது.
• மொத்தம் 21 பந்தயங்கள் நடத்தப்படும். அடுத்த காலண்டரில், இந்தியாவில் 2023 செப்டம்பரில் 14வது சுற்றை நடத்த பட்டியலிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• முன்னதாக, மோட்டோ ஜிபி பந்தயத்தை இந்தியாவில் 7 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு நடத்த புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

6. சர்வதேச புத்தாக்க குறியீடு

• நவீன தொழில்நுட்பங்கள் தொடர்ந்து வளர்ந்து வரும் நிலையில் புத்தாக்கம் முக்கிய இடத்தை பெற்று வருகிறது.
• புத்தாக்கத்தில் நாடுகள் எவ்வாறு செயல்பட்டு வருகின்றன என்பதற்கான ஆய்வை உலக அறிவுசார் சொத்துரிமை அமைப்பு (டபுள்யுஐபிஓ) ஆண்டுதோறும் நடத்தி வருகிறது.
• நடப்பாண்டுக்கான ஆய்வின் அடிப்படையில் சர்வதேச புத்தாக்க குறியீட்டை அந்த அமைப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
• கடந்த ஆண்டுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில் இந்தியா 6 இடங்கள் முன்னேறி முன்னேற்றம் கண்டுள்ளது.
• தற்போது 40ஆவது இடத்தில் உள்ள இந்தியா இந்த குறியீட்டில் தலைசிறந்த 40 நாடுகள் பட்டியலுக்குள் வருவது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும். 
• அதுவும் குறிப்பாக கடந்த 2015 ஆம் ஆண்டில் சர்வதேச புத்தாக்க குறியீட்டில் இந்தியா 81 வது இடத்தில் இருந்தது.

• 68 ஆவது தேசிய திரைப்பட விருதுகள் வழங்கும் விழா தில்லியில் விஞ்ஞான் பவனில் நடைபெற்றது.
• அப்போது 2020-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான ‘தாதா சாகேப் பால்கே‘ விருதை ஆஷா பரேக்குக்கு குடியரசு தலைவர் திரௌபதி முர்மு வழங்கினார்.
• நடிகர்,நடிகைகளுக்கு விருது:
• 2020 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தேசிய விருது அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட நடிகர்,நடிகைகளுக்கும் குடியரசு தலைவர் விருதுகளை வழங்கினார்.
• சிறந்த நடிகருக்கான விருதை சூரரை போற்று திரைப்படத்துக்காக நடிகர் சூர்யா பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்.

1. Mobile phone production in Tamil Nadu on par with China

• Pegatron factory has been set up at Mahendra City, Chengalpattu District with an investment of Rs.1200 crores.
• CM Stalin inaugurated this plant and said:
• I welcome one of the largest companies in Taiwan, Pegatron, to start manufacturing mobile phones in Tamil Nadu.
• It is the pride of Tamil Nadu that a world famous company has started production here.
• Tamil Nadu is one of the top three states to be recognized as a state achiever in ease of doing business rankings across India.
• Electronics sector plays a very important role in the fourth industrial revolution.
• Government of Tamil Nadu has classified the electronics sector as a growing sector.
• Taking this into consideration Tamil Nadu Electronic Software Policy is going to be released.

2. A separate app to post details of blood donors

• Chief Minister M.K.Stalin announced that a separate mobile application and computerized register will be developed at a cost of Rs 10 lakh to record the details of blood donors.
• Every year 1st October is observed as National Voluntary Blood Donation Day.
• The theme of this year’s National Voluntary Blood Donation Day is Let’s donate blood in unity.
• It means saving lives with a concerted effort.
• 20 minutes is enough:
• Only 350 ml of blood is taken during blood donation.
• It takes only 20 minutes.
• You can register blood donation camp and blood donors on this site.
• Facilities have been made to know the presence of blood types.

1. 5G service starts today

• Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the 6th India Mobile Conference at Pragati Maidan, Delhi.
• Then he also introduces training service which is a turning point in telecommunication.
• Government has got revenue of Rs 1.50 lakh crore through airwave auction for this.
• Along with companies like Airtel Idea-Vodo, Jio, Adani’s company has bid for 5G spectrum in around 26 GHz band.
• 5G service will be introduced first in major cities of the country.
• It will then be gradually expanded over the next few years.

2. Great Cleanliness City

• Rameswaram Municipality was awarded as cleanest city among cities with population less than 50,000 by Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Development at a function held in Delhi.
• The event was held to promote the first anniversary of the Clean India Urban Movement 2.0 Edition launched by the Prime Minister with the aim of creating garbage-free cities.
• In this clean small and big cities were selected.
• President Draupadi Murmu felicitated the awards for major cities.
• Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kausal Kishore presented 70 cleanliness awards for small towns.

3. The third Vande Bharat train service in the country

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country’s third Vande Bharat train service between Gujarat capital Gandhinagar and Maharashtra capital Mumbai.
• Vande Bharat train with modern facilities is manufactured domestically in India.
• Mainly coaches of Vande Bharat train are manufactured at GCF in Chennai.
•  Vande Bharat trains are already running in the country on two routes New Delhi-Varanasi and New Delhi Srimadama Vaishnava Devi Gatra.
• Central government has announced that 75 Vande Bharat trains will be run by August next year to celebrate the country’s 75 years of independence.
• In this context, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the third Vande Bharat train service.
• The 16-coach Vande Bharat train has a speed of 160 km per hour.
• Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the first phase of metro rail service from Tatlej to Vasthal in Ahmedabad city.
• Through this metro rail service for a distance of 21 km has been started.

4. Bank hiked interest rates by 0.5%

• Repo Rate The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has raised the interest rate on short-term loans to banks by 0.5 percent to bring inflation under control in the country.
• Because of that, banks are going to increase the interest for home loan, car loan, monthly installment amount etc.
• Presently fixed at 5.90 percent.
• This is highest in last three years.
• Inflation:
• RBI has projected inflation to be 6.7 percent in the current fiscal year 2022-2023.
• RBI also expressed confidence that inflation will come under control from January next year.
• The RBI had earlier projected the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to grow at 7.2 percent in the current fiscal, but has now lowered that forecast to 7 percent.

5. 2023 MotoGP race in India

• World’s premier motorcycle race MotoGP Race is confirmed to be held in India for the first time next year.
• It is scheduled to be held during September 22-24 that year.
• This brings international level motor racing back to India after nine years.
• The last F1 car race was held at Budh International Circuit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh during 2011-2013.
• India now joins the 31st country in the list of hosts of the MotoGP race.
• A total of 21 races will be held. In the next calendar, India is slated to host the 14th round in September 2023.
• Earlier, an MoU has been signed to host the Moto GP race in India for 7 years.

6. International Code of Innovation

• Innovation is gaining importance as modern technologies continue to evolve.
• The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) conducts an annual survey of how countries are performing in innovation.
• Based on the survey for the current year, the organization has published the International Innovation Index.
• India has improved by 6 places compared to last year.
• This is the first time that India, currently ranked 40th, has made it to the top 40 list of the index.
• Especially since India was ranked 81st in the International Innovation Index in 2015.

7. 68th National Film Awards

• The 68th National Film Awards ceremony was held at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi.
• Then President Draupadi Murmu presented the ‘Dada Saheb Phalke’ award for the year 2020 to Asha Parekh.
• Awards for Actors and Actresses:
• The President also presented the awards to the actors and actresses who were announced for the year 2020 National Award.
• Actor Surya won the best actor award for the film Potot Surar.
• Ajay Devgan bagged the Best Actor Award for ‘Thanaji: The Unsung Warrior’.
• Aparna Balamurali won the best actress award and producer Jyothika won the film award in honor of Surari Potru.
• Director Sudha Kongara won the best screenplay award for Surarai Pottru and GV Prakash Kumar won the music director award.
• Best playback singer award went to Nanjama from Tribal.
