- உத்திரப்பிரதேசத்திலிருந்து பிரிந்து உத்ராஞ்சல் மாநிலம் (2000) உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதி K.R. நாராயணன் (2005) நினைவு தினம்.
- நவீன இந்திய கால இஸ்லாமிய சிந்தனையாளர் எனப் போற்றப்படுபவரும், பாகிஸ்தானின் தேசியக் கவிஞருமான சர் முகம்மது இக்பால் (1877), பேராசிரியரும், சிறந்த கவிஞருமான கவிக்கோ அப்துல் ரகுமான் (1937) ஆகியோரின் பிறந்த தினம்.

1. ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்புக்கு இந்தியா தலைமை
- ‘சுதந்திரமடைந்த 75-ஆவது ஆண்டைக் கொண்டாடிய வேளையில், ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்புக்கு இந்தியா தலைமை வகிப்பது, ஒட்டுமொத்த இந்தியர்களுக்கும் பெருமை’ என பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தெரிவித்தார்.
- உலகின் பெரும் பொருளாதார மதிப்பைக் கொண்ட 20 நாடுகளை உள்ளடக்கிய ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்புக்கான தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை டிசம்பர் 1–ஆம் தேதி இந்தியா ஏற்கவுள்ளது.
- ஓராண்டு அப்பொறுப்பில் நீடிக்கவுள்ள இந்தியா, பருவநிலை மாற்றம், சர்வதேச கடன் பிரச்னை, பயங்கரவாதம் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு பிரச்னைகளுக்குத் தீர்வுகாண திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்நிலையில், ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்பின் இந்திய தலைமைக்கான இலச்சினை, கருத்துரு, வலைதளம் ஆகியவற்றை பிரதமர் மோடி தில்லியில் காணொலி வாயிலாக வெளியிட்டார்.
- பொருளாதார கூட்டமைப்பு:
- ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்பில் ஆர்ஜென்டீனா, ஆஸ்திரேலியா, பிரேஸில், கனடா, சீனா, பிரான்ஸ், ஜெர்மனி, இந்தியா, இந்தோனேசியா, இத்தாலி, ஜப்பான், தென் கொரியா, மெக்ஸிகோ, ரஷியா, சவூதி அரேபியா, தென்னாப்பிரிக்கா, துருக்கி, பிரிட்டன், அமெரிக்கா ஆகிய நாடுகளும் ஐரோப்பிய யூனியனும் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.
- சர்வதேச பொருளாதார மதிப்பில் (ஜிடிபி) ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்பு நாடுகளின் பங்கு சுமார் 85 சதவீதம்.
- சர்வதேச வர்த்தகத்தில் 75 சதவீதத்துக்கும் அதிகமானவை கூட்டமைப்பின் நாடுகளிலேயே மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன.
- உலக மக்கள்தொகையில் மூன்றில் இரண்டு பங்கு பேர் அந்த நாடுகளிலேயே வசிக்கின்றனர்.
- ஜி20 கூட்டமைப்பின் தற்போதைய தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை இந்தோனேசியா வகித்து வருகிறது.
- கூட்டமைப்பின் மாநாடு வரும் 15, 16 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் இந்தோனேசியாவின் பாலியில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
மாநில செய்திகள்
1. தமிழகத்தின் புதிய சரணாலயம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- காவிரி தெற்கு வன உயிரின சரணாலயமானது, தமிழ்நாட்டின் காவிரி வடக்கு வன உயிரின சரணாலயம் மற்றும் கர்நாடக மாநிலத்தின் காவிரி வன உயிரின சரணாலயம் ஆகியவற்றை இணைக்கும் பெரிய பகுதியாக அமைந்துள்ளது.
- இந்தப்பகுதி சூழலியல் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தாவர இனங்கள், விலங்குகளின் வாழ்விடப்பாதுகாப்பு ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் முக்கியப்பகுதியாக உள்ளது. இந்தப்பகுதியானது, தென்னிந்தியாவில் யானைகள் வாழ்விடங்களில் முக்கியமானதாகவும், காவிரி ஆற்றுப்படுகையில் வன உயிரினங்களுக்கு முக்கிய வாழ்வாதாரமாகவும் அமைகிறது.
- காவிரி தெற்கு வன உயிரின சரணாலயமானது, நீலகிரி உயிர் கோளக்காப்பகப்பகுதி வரை, தொடர்ச்சியான பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட வன உயிரின வாழ்விடத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது.
- இந்தப்பகுதிகளில் புலிகளின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்துள்ளது ஏற்கெனவே கணக்கெடுப்புகளின் மூலம் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.
- இப்போது சரணாலயமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால், புலிகளின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரிக்கும் என்று அந்த செய்திக்குறிப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- காவிரி தெற்கு காட்டுயிரிக் காப்பகத்தைத் தமிழ்நாட்டின் 17–ஆவது காட்டுயிர்க் காப்பகமாகத் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.
2. வான்வெளி பாதுகாப்பு தொழில் கொள்கை வெளியீடு:
- தமிழகத்தைப் பொறுத்தவரை, வான்வெளி மற்றும் பாதுகாப்புத்தொழில் துறையில் ஏராளமான அரசுசார் அமைப்புகள், தனியார்கள் ஈடுபட்டு வருகிறார்கள்.
- குறிப்பாக, கனரக வாகனங்கள் உற்பத்தி ஆலை, ராணுவ உடை தயாரிப்பு, ஆவடி, திருச்சி ஆகிய இடங்களில் ராணுவத்துக்கான தேவைகளைப்பூர்த்தி செய்யும் உற்பத்திப்பிரிவுகள் என பல்வேறு பிரிவுகள் செயல்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
- மேலும், இவற்றுக்கு உதவக்கூடிய மின்னணு வன்பொருள்துறை உற்பத்தியில் தமிழ்நாடு இரண்டாவது மிகப்பெரிய மாநிலமாக உள்ளது.
- வானூர்தி பாகங்கள், ட்ரோன்கள் தயாரிப்பு, ராணுவ டாங்கிகள், தனித்துவமிக்க வாகனங்கள், வானூர்தி பராமரிப்பு, பழுதுபார்ப்பு போன்ற பிரிவுகளில் கவனம் செலுத்தும் வகையில் இந்தக்கொள்கை வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- ரூ.5 ஆயிரம் கோடி முதலீடு:
- வான்வெளி மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு தொழில் துறையில் அடுத்த 10 ஆண்டுகளில் ரூ.5 ஆயிரம் கோடி அளவுக்கு முதலீடுகளை ஈர்க்க தமிழ்நாடு அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
- தமிழ்நாடு தொழில் வளர்ச்சி நிறுவனம் சார்பில் இதற்கான விரிவான பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.
- அரசின் முதலீடுகள் மட்டுமின்றி, அடுத்த 10 ஆண்டுகளில் ரூ.75 ஆயிரம் கோடி முதலீடுகளை ஈர்க்கவும் இலக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்த முதலீடுகள் ஈர்ப்பால், சுமார் 1 லட்சம் பேருக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும் என்று கொள்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மாநாடு
1. தொழில் வளர்ச்சி மாநாடு
- தமிழ்நாடு தொழில் வளர்ச்சி நிறுவனம் சார்பில், ‘நாளையை நோக்கி இன்றே– தலை நிமிர்ந்த தமிழ்நாடு‘ எனும் தலைப்பிலான தொழில் வளர்ச்சி மாநாடு சென்னையில் நடைபெற்றது.
- இலக்கு:
- தமிழ்நாட்டின் தொழில் துறைக்கு வைத்துள்ள இலக்கு மிகப்பெரியது. வரும் 2030-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் ஒரு டிரில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர் பொருளாதாரத்தை அடைய வேண்டும் என்பதே அதுவாகும்.
- ஆளில்லா பைலட்கள்:
- ட்ரோன்களை இயக்குவதற்கான பயிற்சி மையங்கள் மதுரை, கோவையில் நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது.
2. உலக சுகாதார மாநாடு:
- நுண்ணுயிரிகளால் ஏற்படும் நோய்த்தொற்றுகளைத் தடுக்க சர்வதேச அளவில் வழிமுறைகளை வகுக்க வேண்டும் என்று சிங்கப்பூரில் நடைபெற்று வரும் சுகாதார மாநாட்டில் தமிழக மக்கள் நல்வாழ்வுத் துறை அமைச்சர் மா.சுப்பிரமணியன் தெரிவித்தார்.
- சிங்கப்பூரில் நடைபெறும் 7-ஆவது உலக சுகாதார மாநாட்டில் அமைச்சர் மா.சுப்பிரமணியன் பங்கேற்றார். மாநாட்டில் ‘நுண்ணுயிர் எதிர்ப்பு பாதை – தென்கிழக்கு ஆசியாவில் தொற்று நோய்கள் அச்சுறுத்தல்கள்‘ எனும் தலைப்பில் அவர் பேசியதாவது:
- ஜீனோசிஸ் என்பது விலங்கிலிருந்து மனிதர்களுக்குப் பரவும் தொற்று நோயாகும்.
- ஜீனோடிக் நோய் கிருமிகள் பாக்டீரியா, தீநுண்மி (வைரஸ்) அல்லது ஒட்டுண்ணியாக இருக்கலாம் அல்லது வழக்கத்துக்கு மாறான காரணிகளை உள்ளடக்கியிருக்கலாம்.
- இந்நோய் நேரடி தொடர்பு அல்லது உணவு, நீர் அல்லது சுற்றுச்சூழலின் மூலம் மனிதர்களுக்கு பரவலாம்.
- ஜூனோஸிஸ் புதிதாக அடையாளம் காணப்பட்ட அனைத்து தொற்று நோய்களிலும், ஏற்கெனவே உள்ள பல நோய்களிலும் பெரும் சதவீதத்தை உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.

1. India’s leadership of G20
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India’s leadership of G20 is a matter of pride for all Indians while celebrating 75 years of independence.
- On December 1, India will take over the presidency of G20, a group of 20 major economies in the world.
- India, which will remain in charge for one year, plans to solve various problems including climate change, international debt problem and terrorism.
- In this context, Prime Minister Modi released the logo, concept and website for Indian leadership of G20 in Delhi through video.
- Economic Union:
- The G20 group includes Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, Britain, the United States and the European Union.
- The share of G20 countries in global economic value (GDP) is about 85 percent.
- More than 75 percent of international trade is carried out within the countries of the Union.
- Two-thirds of the world’s population lives in those countries.
- Indonesia holds the current presidency of G20.
- The Conference of the Federation will be held in Bali, Indonesia on the 15th and 16th.

1. Tamil Nadu’s new sanctuary has been announced.
- The Cauvery South Wildlife Sanctuary is a large area connecting the Cauvery North Wildlife Sanctuary of Tamil Nadu and the Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary of Karnataka state.
- This area is important in terms of ecological conservation and habitat conservation of plant species and animals. This region is an important elephant habitat in South India and an important habitat for wildlife in the Cauvery basin.
- The Cauvery South Wildlife Sanctuary forms a continuous protected wildlife habitat up to the Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve.
- It has already been revealed through surveys that the number of tigers has increased in these areas.
- Now that it has been declared a sanctuary, the number of tigers will increase, the press release said.
- The Government of Tamil Nadu has declared Cauvery South Wildlife Sanctuary as the 17th Wildlife Sanctuary of Tamil Nadu.
2. Air Defense Industry Policy Publication:

- The policy is designed to focus on sectors such as aircraft components, drones manufacturing, military tanks, unique vehicles, aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Investment of Rs.5 thousand crores:
- Government of Tamil Nadu plans to attract investments of Rs. 5 thousand crores in the next 10 years in the field of aerospace and defense industry.
- Detailed works for this purpose will be carried out on behalf of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation.
- In addition to government investments, the target has been set to attract investments of Rs.75 thousand crores in the next 10 years.
- According to the policy, around 1 lakh people will get employment by attracting these investments.

2. World Health Assembly:
- Tamil Nadu People’s Welfare Minister M. Subramanian said that measures should be devised at the international level to prevent infections caused by microorganisms.
- Minister M. Subramanian participated in the 7th World Health Conference in Singapore. Speaking at the conference titled ‘Antimicrobial Pathways – Infectious Disease Threats in Southeast Asia’, he said
- Genosis is an infectious disease transmitted from animals to humans.
- Genotic pathogens may be bacterial, viral or parasitic or may involve idiosyncratic factors.
- The disease can spread to humans through direct contact or through food, water or the environment.
- Genosises comprise a large percentage of all newly identified infectious diseases and many existing diseases.
