மாநில செய்திகள்

 1. டெக் நெக்ஸ்ட் வெப் 3.0

• தொழில் கூட்டமைப்பு (சிஐஐ) சார்பில் நடைபெற்ற டெக் நெக்ஸ்ட் வெப் 3.0 என்னும் கருத்தரங்கத்தை தொடக்கி வைத்து அமைச்சர் மனோ தங்கராஜ் பேசியதாவது:
• தமிழகத்தின் 2, 3-ஆவது நிலை நகரங்களிலும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் வளர்ந்துள்ளது.
• மதுரையை பொறுத்தவரை இத்தொழில்நுட்பத்துறை 30 சதவீத வளர்ச்சியை பெற்றுள்ளது. அதேபோல, கோவை கடந்த ஆண்டில் நல்ல முன்னேற்றத்தை கண்டுள்ளது என்றார்.

 2. தமிழகத்தில் 4 நகரங்களில் உருவாகிறது தீவிரவாத தடுப்புப் பிரிவு

• தமிழக காவல் துறையின் தலைமை இயக்குநர் சி. சைலேந்திரபாபு தலைமையில் உயர் அதிகாரிகள் தீவிரவாத தடுப்பு பிரிவை உருவாக்கும் பணியை ஈடுபட்டுள்ளனர். முதல்கட்டமாக இந்தியாவில் எந்தெந்த மாநிலங்களில் தீவிரவாத தடுப்பு பிரிவு உள்ளது என கணக்கெடுக்கப்பட்டது.
• இதில் ஆந்திரம், மகாராஷ்டிரம் உள்ளிட்ட 4 மாநிலங்களில் இப்பிரிவு இருப்பது தெரியவந்தது.
• இது தொடர்பாக தமிழக காவல்துறையைச் சேர்ந்த உயர் அதிகாரி கூறியது:
• இந்த பிரிவுக்காக 18 வயதில் இருந்து 22 வயதுடைய திறமையான,துணிச்சலான இளைஞர்கள் காவல்துறையில் இருந்து தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவார்கள்.
• இவர்களுக்கு 2 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு கடுமையான பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படும். முக்கியமாக நவீன ஆயுதங்களை பயன்படுத்துவது,ஆயுதமில்லாமல் சமூக விரோதிகளை எதிர் கொள்வது ஆகிய பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படும்.
• இந்த பயிற்சி இந்திய ராணுவ அதிகாரிகள்,பிற மாநிலங்களில் செயல்படும் தீவிரவாத தடுப்புப்பிரிவு அதிகாரிகள் ஆகியோர் மூலம் அளிக்கப்படும்.
• இந்தப் பிரிவை முதல் கட்டமாக சென்னை, மதுரை, கோவை, திருநெல்வேலி ஆகிய 4 நகரங்களில் அமைப்பதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
• இதில் ஒவ்வொரு 4 இடங்களில் தலா 40 முதல் 50 காவலர்கள் இருப்பார்கள்.
• ஒட்டு மொத்தமாக இந்த பிரிவுக்கு ஏடிஜிபி அல்லது ஐஜி நிலையில் உள்ள ஒரு அதிகாரி தலைமை வகித்து வழி நடத்துவார்.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

 1. ஒரே பூமி ஒரே குடும்பம். ஒரே எதிர்காலம்

• ஜி20 நாடுகள் கூட்டமைப்பின் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை அதிகாரபூர்வமாக டிச.1-ஆம் தேதி ஏற்கவுள்ள நிலையில், இந்த பிரபஞ்சம் முழுவதும் ஒன்றே என்னும் உணர்வை மேம்படுத்த பாடுபடுவோம்; ‘ஒரே பூமி ஒரே குடும்பம். ஒரே எதிர்காலம்’ என்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொள்வோம் என பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி அழைப்பு விடுத்துள்ளார்.

 2. 840 என்ற புதிய படைப்பிரிவை

• இந்தியக் கடலோரக் காவல் படை கிழக்கு பிராந்திய ரோந்து பணியில் புதிய இலகுரக ஹெலிகாப்டர் (ALH-MK-3) வசதியுடன் கூடிய 840 என்ற புதிய படைப்பிரிவை இந்தியக்கடலோரச் காவல்படை தலைமை இயக்குனர் வி.எஸ்.பதானியா  தொடக்கிவைத்தார்.
• உள்நாட்டில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட ஹெலிகாப்டர்:
• ஹெலிகாப்டர் உற்பத்தித் துறையில் தற்சார்பு நிலையில் எட்டும் வகையில் மத் திய அரசின் “ஆத்ம நிர்பார் பாரத்” என்ற திட்டத்தின் அடிப்டையில் ஹிந்துஸ்தான் ஏரோனாடிகல் லிமிடெட் நிறுவனத்தில் இப்புதிய ஹெலிகாப்டர் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பொருளாதார செய்திகள்

1.மாநிலங்களின் புதிய கடன்களுக்கான வட்டி விகிதம் 7.61%-ஆக குறைவு

• இந்தியா மாநில அரசுகள் ஏலத்தில் வெளியிட்ட கடன் பத்திரங்களின் சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் 7.61 சதவீதமாக சரிந்தது.
• இது குறித்து புள்ளிவிவரங்கள் தெரிவிப்பதாவது:
• தங்களுக்குத் தேவையான நிதியைத் திரட்டுவதற்காக, மாநில அரசுகள் வெளியிடும் கடன் பத்திரங்களின் வட்டி விகிதம் கடந்த மாதம் 25- ஆம் தேதி நடைபெற்ற ஏலத்தில் 0.12 சதவீதம் அதிகரித்து 7.84 சதவீதமானது.
• எனினும், கடந்த 15-ஆம் தேதி விடப்பட்ட ஏலத்தில் மாநில அரசு கடன் பத்திரங்களின் சராசரி வட்டி விகிதம் 0.12 சதவீதம் சரிந்து 7.76 சதவீதமானது.

 2. 63,000 புள்ளிகளைக் கடந்து சென்செக்ஸ் சாதனை

• பங்குச்சந்தையில் காளையின் ஆதிக்கம் இருந்தது. இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, மும்பை பங்குச்சந்தை குறியீட்டு எண்ணான சென்செக்ஸ் முதல்முறையாக 63,000 புள்ளிகளைக் கடந்து சாதனை படைத்தது.
• இதேபோன்று தேசிய பங்குச் சந்தை குறியீட்டு எண்ணான நிஃப்டியும் புதிய வரலாற்று உச்சத்தைப் பதிவு செய்தது.
• தொடர்ந்து 7-ஆவது நாளாக காளையின் எழுச்சி தொடர்ந்ததால் சென்செக்ஸ், நிஃப்டி ஆகிய இரண்டும் மீண்டும் புதிய வரலாற்று உச்சத்தைப் பதிவு செய்தது.

• அதன்படி, பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறையின் வளர்ச்சிக்கென ரூ.7,500 கோடியில் பேராசிரியர் அன்பழகன் பள்ளி மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் என்ற மாபெரும் திட்டம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்தத் திட்டத்தின்படி, பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறையில் ஐந்தாண்டுகளில் பல்வேறு திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.

• கற்றல் கற்பித்தல், ஆசிரியர் திறன் மேம்பாடு, தலைமைத்துவம், மாணவர் வளர்ச்சி என பன்முக வளர்ச்சியை வெளிப்படுத்தும் சிறந்த பள்ளிகளுக்கு முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் க.அன்பழகன் பெயரில் விருது அளிக்கப்படும் என்று முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்துள்ளார்.
• டிசம்பர் 19-இல் பிறந்ததினம்:
• முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் க.அன்பழகனின் நூற்றாண்டு பிறந்த தின கொண்டாட்டம் கடந்த ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 19-இல் தொடங்கியது.
• க.அன்பழகன் எழுதிய 42 நூல்களை நாட்டுடைமையாக்கி அதன் மூலமாக உரிமத் தொகையை குடும்பத்தினரிடம் முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் வழங்கினார்.

1. Tech Next Web 3.0

• Minister Mano Thangaraj said while inaugurating the Tech Next Web 3.0 conference organized by the Confederation of Industry (CII):
• Information technology has also developed in tier 2 and 3 cities of Tamil Nadu.
• For Madurai, this technology sector has achieved 30 percent growth. Similarly, Coimbatore has seen good progress in the last year, he said.

 2. Anti Terrorism Unit is being formed in 4 cities in Tamil Nadu

• Director General of Tamil Nadu Police Department C. Top officials headed by Shailendrababu are working to create a counter-terrorism unit. The first step was to survey which states in India have anti-terrorist units.
• It was revealed that this section exists in 4 states including Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.
• In this regard, a senior official from the Tamil Nadu Police said:
• Talented and courageous youths between the age of 18 to 22 years will be selected from the police force for this section.
• They will be given rigorous training for 2 years. Training will be given mainly in using modern weapons and confronting anti-social forces without weapons.
• This training will be imparted by Indian Army officers and Counter Terrorism Squad officers operating in other states.
• Arrangements are being made to set up this unit in 4 cities namely Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore and Tirunelveli in the first phase.
• It has 40 to 50 guards in each of the 4 locations.
• Overall this unit is headed by an officer of the rank of ATGP or IG.

  1. One Earth One Family One future

• As the G20 will officially assume the leadership of the Federation on December 1st, we will strive to promote the feeling of oneness throughout the universe; ‘One earth is one family. Prime Minister Narendra Modi called us to aim for ‘one future’.

2. A new regiment of 840

• Director General of Indian Coast Guard VS Pathania inaugurated a new regiment 840 equipped with new light helicopter (ALH-MK-3) for patrolling the eastern region of Indian Coast Guard.
• Indigenously manufactured helicopters:
• This new helicopter has been manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautical Limited under the “Atma Nirbar Bharat” scheme of the Central Government to achieve self-reliance in the helicopter manufacturing industry.

Economic news

1. Interest rate on new loans of states reduced to 7.61%

• The average interest rate on government bonds issued in India’s auctions fell to 7.61 percent.
• The statistics show that:
• Interest rate on bonds issued by state governments to raise their required funds increased by 0.12 per cent to 7.84 per cent in the auction held on 25th of last month.
• However, the average interest rate of state government bonds fell by 0.12 percent to 7.76 percent in the auction held on 15th.

  2. Sensex record of crossing 63,000 points

• The stock market was dominated by bulls. Following this, the Mumbai stock market index Sensex crossed 63,000 points for the first time and set a record.
• Similarly, the national stock market index Nifty also registered a new all-time high.
• Both Sensex and Nifty hit new all-time highs again as the bull rally continued for the 7th consecutive day.
• Auto, FMCG and realty stocks were particularly well received.
• Sensex historical record:

 1. National Sports Award 2022

• President Draupadi Murmu honored 40 people, including the two of them, with awards in 5 categories at the National Sports Awards 2022 held at the President’s House in Delhi.
• Apart from this, 4 awards were given to academic and industrial institutes in 2 more categories.
• Awards are given annually by the central government to competitors, coaches and others who excel in the field of sports.
• Sarath Kamal
• The Major Dyanchand Khel Ratna Award, the highest award in the field of sports, was presented to table tennis player Sarath Kamal.
• She is the only table tennis player after Manika Patra to receive this award. In this year’s Commonwealth Games held in England, Sarath won 4 medals, including 2 gold.
• Sarathkamal has won a total of 13 medals in the Commonwealth Games and 2 bronze medals in the Asian Games.
• Pragnananda
• Pragnananda Arjuna, a young chess player from Tamil Nadu who is making India proud, received the award. He won 2 bronze medals (Open, Individual) in the Chess Olympiad held in Tamil Nadu this year.
• Pragnananda is the only player to defeat the reigning world champion Norwegian Magnus Carlsen 3 times in the same year.
• He beat Carlsen twice in consecutive matches.
• Gerlin Anika
• Another Arjuna awardee from Tamil Nadu, Gerlin Anika, has brought pride to the country by winning gold in 3 categories – Individual, Doubles and Teams – in the Deaf Olympics (Deaf Badminton) last year.
• It is noteworthy that she was the youngest player (18 years) in that tournament.
• Anika has won Gold in World Championships, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze in Asia Pacific Games.

Centennial celebration

  1. Centenary Celebration of Former Minister K. Anpahagan

• The Tamil Nadu government has already issued some announcements on the occasion of the centenary anniversary of former minister K. Anpahagan, who contributed greatly to the educational development of Tamil Nadu and was a great educationist.
• Accordingly, a grand scheme of Rs 7,500 crore called Professor Anbazhagan School Development Project was announced for the development of school education. According to this plan, various programs will be implemented in the school education sector in five years.
• Funding of Rs.1,400 crore for implementation of schemes in current year
• Funds have been earmarked for the development of school education and for improving the infrastructural facilities of schools.
• Statue of K. Anpahagan:
• Commemorating the centenary memory of former minister S. Anpahagan,
• A statue of Anbazhagan will be installed in the Tamil Nadu Government Department of School Education Commissionerate (TPI) premises.
• Also, the campus will be known as Professor Anbazagan Education Campus.
• Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has announced that the best schools that exhibit multifaceted development such as learning and teaching, teacher skill development, leadership and student development will be given an award in the name of former minister K.Anpahagan.
• Birthday on 19th December:
• The birth centenary celebrations of former minister K. Anpahagan started on December 19 last year.
• Chief Minister M.K.Stalin nationalized 42 books written by K.Anpahagan and gave the license fee to the family.
