1. தமிழகம் முழுவதும் கிராம சபை, பகுதி சபை கூட்டங்கள்
- உள்ளாட்சி தினத்தையொட்டி, தமிழகம் முழுவதும் கிராம சபை மற்றும் பகுதி சபைக் கூட்டங்கள் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை நடைபெறவுள்ளன. சென்னையை அடுத்த பம்மலில் நடைபெறும் கூட்டத்தில் முதல்வா் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் பங்கேற்கவுள்ளார்
- தமிழகத்தில் குடியரசுதினம் (ஜன 26), மே தினம் (மே1), சுதந்திர தினம் (ஆக.15), காந்தி ஜெயந்தி (அக்.2) ஆகிய நாட்களில் 12,525 ஊராட்சிகளிலும் கிராம சபைக் கூட்டங்கள் நடத்தப்படுவது வழக்கம்.
- இந்தாண்டு நவ 1-ஆம் தேதி உள்ளாட்சி தினத்தன்றும் கிராமசபைக் கூட்டத்தை நடத்த மாவட்ட ஆட்சியா்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- அத்துடன், வேளாண்மை, உணவு உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு துறைகளின் அதிகாரிகளும் அந்தந்த கூட்டங்களில் பங்கேற்கவும் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்த நிலையில், ஊரக உள்ளாட்சிகளில் கிராம சபை கூட்டத்தைப் போன்று, நகா்ப்புற உள்ளாட்சிகளிலும் வார்டு குழு அமைத்து, வார்டு வாரியாக பகுதி சபைக் கூட்டங்களை நடத்த தமிழக அரசு கடந்த ஜூன் மாதம் அரசாணை வெளியிட்டது.
- அந்த அரசாணையில், மாநகராட்சிகள், நகராட்சிகள், பேரூராட்சிகள் என நகா்ப்புற உள்ளாட்சிகளில் வார்டுகள் தோறும், வார்டு கவுன்சிலா் தலைமையில் ஒரு குழுவை உள்ளாட்சி மன்றங்கள் அமைக்க வேண்டும் எனவும், அந்த குழுவுக்கான உறுப்பினா்களையும் மன்றங்களே தோ்வு செய்ய வேண்டும் எனவும் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- வார்டுகளில் பகுதி சபை கூட்டங்கள் நவ. 1-ஆம் தேதி உள்ளாட்சி தினத்தில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
2. ரூ.1,000 கோடியை கடந்த ஆராய்ச்சி வருவாய் சென்னை ஐஐடி சாதனை
- சென்னை ஐஐடி இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு முதல் முறையாக 2021-2022-ஆம் ஆண்டில் மட்டும் ரூ.1,000 கோடி நிதி மற்றும் வருவாயை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது
- .மாநில,மத்திய அரசுகளால் ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்ட திட்டங்களிலிருந்து ரூ.768 கோடி நிதியாகவும், ரூ.313 கோடி தொழிலக ஆலோசனை வாயிலாகவும் இந்தத் தொகை பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- கம்ப்யூட்டிங், மற்றும் 5 ஜி ஆகிய துறைகளின் வளா்ச்சி காரணமாக, தொழில் துறை மற்றும் மத்திய- மாநில அரசுகள் அன்றாடம் எதிர்கொள்ளும் பிரச்னைகளுக்குத் தீா்வுகளை உருவாக்குவதில் சென்னை ஐஐடி முன்னிலை வகித்து வருகிறது. இதையடுத்து, இந்த வருவாய் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- சென்னை ஐஐடி.யின் நிதி அதிகரிப்பதற்கு பேராசிரியா் கே.மங்கள சுந்தா், பேராசிரியா் அருண் தங்கிராலா ஆகியோர் தலைமையில் ‘டைரக்ட்-டூ- ஹோம் முறையில் தகவல் மற்றும் தொடா்புத் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வி’ – ரூ.300.28 கோடி.
- பேராசிரியா் வெங்கடேஷ் பாலசுப்பிரமணியன் தலைமையில் ‘சாலைப் பாதுகாப்புக்கான திறன்மிகு மையம் – ரூ.99.5 கோடி;
- பேராசிரியை ஹேமா ஏ.மூா்த்தி தலைமையில் இந்திய மொழிகளில் பேச்சுத் தொழில்நுட்பங்கள்’ – ரூ.50.6 கோடி.
- டாக்டா் மிதேஷ் கப்ரா தலைமையில் ‘இந்திய மொழித் தொழில்நுட்பத்தை உருவாக்குவதற்கான தரவுத் தொகுப்புகள் மற்றும் வரையறைகளை சேகரித்தல்’ – ரூ.47 கோடி ஆகிய முக்கியத் திட்டங்கள் காரணமாக அமைந்தது.
- இது குறித்து சென்னை ஐஐடி இயக்குநா் வி.காமகோடி கூறுகையில், சென்னை ஐஐடி.யில் அதிநவீன மொழிபெயா்ப்பு ஆராய்ச்சி மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
- தொழிலக ஆலோசனை மற்றும் நிதிசார்ஆராய்ச்சி மையத்தின் (Industrial Consultancy and Sponsored Research – ICSR) செயல்திறன் மிகுந்த ஊக்கம் அளிக்கிறது என்றார்.

1. சோதனை அடிப்படையில் இன்று முதல் எண்ம ரூபாய் பயன்பாடு
- இந்தியாவின் முதல் எண்ம ரூபாய் (டிஜிட்டல் ரூபாய்) திட்டம் சோதனை அடிப்படையில் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமையிலிருந்து (நவ.1) பயன்பாட்டுக்கு வரவுள்ளதாக இந்திய ரிசா்வ் வங்கி (ஆா்பிஐ) தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- உலகம் முழுவதும் பிட்காயின் உள்ளிட்ட கிரிப்டோகரன்சிகளின் பயன்பாடு அதிகரித்ததையடுத்து, அதை முறைப்படுத்துவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை
- மத்திய அரசு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுமெனப் பல்வேறு தரப்பினரும் கோரிக்கை விடுத்தனா்.
- தனியாரால் நிர்வகிக்கப்படும் கிரிப்டோகரன்சிகளை முறைப்படுத்துவது கடினம் என்பதாலும், அதில் பாதுகாப்பின்மை நிலவுவதாலும் ஆா்பிஐ சார்பில் எண்ம ரூபாய் வெளியிடப்படும் என மத்திய அரசு பட்ஜெட்டில் அறிவித்தது.
- முதல்கட்டமாக அரசின் நிதிப் பத்திரங்களை மொத்தமாகக் கொள்முதல் செய்யும் நடவடிக்கைகளில் எண்ம ரூபாயின் பயன்பாட்டுக்கு அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக ஆா்பிஐ தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- எஸ்பிஐ, பேங்க் ஆஃப் பரோடா, யூனியன் பேங்க், ஹெச்டிஎஃப்சி, ஐசிஐசிஐ, கோட்டக் மகிந்திரா, யெஸ் வங்கி, ஐடிஎஃப்சி, ஹெச்எஸ்பிசி ஆகிய 9 வங்கிகளுக்கு சோதனை அடிப்படையிலான எண்ம ரூபாயின் பயன்பாட்டில் பங்கேற்க அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக ஆா்பிஐ தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
2. சா்வதேச அளவில் செல்வாக்குமிக்க முஸ்லிம்கள் பட்டியலில் ஹுரியத் தலைவா்
- சா்வதேச அளவில் செல்வாக்குமிக்க 500 முஸ்லிம்களில் பட்டியலில் ஜம்மு-காஷ்மீா் பிரிவினைவாத அமைப்பான ஹுரியத் மாநாட்டுக் கட்சித் தலைவா் மீா்வாய்ஸ் உமா் ஃபாரூக் பெயா் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளது.
- ஜோர்டான் நாட்டைச் சோ்ந்த ‘ராயல் இஸ்லாமிக் ஸ்ட்ரடீஜிக் ஸ்டடீஸ் சென்டா்’ மற்றும் ஜார்ஜ்டவுன் பல்கலைக்கழகம் இணைந்து இந்தப் பட்டியலை ஆண்டுதோறும் வெளியிட்டு வருகிறது.

- பிரேஸிலில் நடைபெற்ற அதிபர் தேர்தலில் இடதுசாரி தொழிலாளா் கட்சித் தலைவர் லூலா டி சில்வா வெற்றி பெற்றதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- உலகின் 4-ஆவது பெரிய ஜனநாயக நாடான பிரேஸிலில் அதிபா் தோ்தல் கடந்த 2-ஆம் தேதி நடைபெற்றது.

State News
1. Gram Sabha, Area Sabha meetings across Tamil Nadu
- On the occasion of Local Government Day, Gram Sabha and Area Council meetings will be held across Tamil Nadu on Tuesday. Chief Minister M. K. Stalin will participate in the meeting to be held in Pammal next to Chennai
- In Tamil Nadu, Gram Sabha meetings are held in 12,525 Panchayats on Republic Day (Jan 26), May Day (May 1), Independence Day (Aug 15) and Gandhi Jayanti (Oct 2).
- The district administrations have been instructed to hold the Gram Sabha meeting on 1st November this year also on Local Government Day.
- Also, officials of various departments including agriculture and food have also been instructed to participate in their respective meetings.
- In this situation, the Tamil Nadu government issued an ordinance in June last year to form ward committees in urban localities and conduct ward-wise regional council meetings, similar to village council meetings in rural local bodies.
- In that decree, it is mentioned that the local councils should form a committee under the leadership of the ward councilor in every ward in the urban local governments such as corporations, municipalities, borough councils and the councils themselves should nominate the members of that committee.

2. IIT Chennai achieves research revenue of over Rs.1,000 crore
- IIT Chennai has generated Rs 1,000 crore in funding and revenue for the year 2021-2022 alone for the first time ever.
- This amount has been received as Rs.768 crores from schemes approved by the State and Central Governments and Rs.313 crores through industry consultation.
