1. ‘நட்புடன் உங்களோடு-மனநல சேவை‘ திட்டம் தொடக்கம்

• தமிழகத்தில் அனைத்து மருத்துவ மையங்களிலும் மனநல ஆலோசனை பெரும் வகையிலான ‘நட்புடன் உங்களோடு–மனநல சேவை‘ திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• தமிழகத்தில் ரூபாய் 2.6 கோடி மதிப்பில் ‘நட்புடன் உங்களோடு-மனநல சேவை’ என்ற புதிய திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இதில் பல்வேறு பிரச்சனைகளால் மன அழுத்தத்துக்கு ஆளானவர் தங்களது பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு தீர்வு காணலாம்.
• இரண்டு மனநல மருத்துவர்கள்:
• நான்கு உளவியலாளர்கள் மற்றும் 20 ஆற்றுப்படுத்துனர் வாயிலாக மனநல ஆலோசனைகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
• ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையம் முதல் மருத்துவ கல்லூரி மருத்துவமனை வரை ஒருங்கிணைத்து செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.

மத்திய செய்திகள்

1. உலகின் பரபரப்பான விமான நிலையங்கள்

• உலகின் மிகப் பரபரப்பான விமான நிலையங்களின் பட்டியலில் டெல்லி இந்திரா காந்தி சர்வதேச விமான நிலையம் பத்தாவது இடம் பிடித்துள்ளது.
• விமானத்துறை ஆய்வு நிறுவனமான ஒஏஜி, உலகின் மிகவும் பரபரப்பான விமான நிலையங்களின் பட்டியலை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
• 2019 அக்டோபர் மற்றும் 2022 அக்டோபர் மாதங்களில் உள்நாட்டு மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டு விமான சேவை நிலவரங்களை ஒப்பிட்டு இந்த பட்டியல் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இந்த பட்டியலில் முதலிடத்தில் அட்லாண்டா விமான நிலையம் உள்ளது. துபாய் விமான நிலையம் இரண்டாவது இடத்திலும், டோக்கியோ ஹனேடா விமான நிலையம் மூன்றாவது இடத்திலும் உள்ளன.
• இந்த பட்டியலில் 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் மாதம் டெல்லி இந்திரா காந்தி சர்வதேச விமான நிலையம் 14 வது இடத்தில் இருந்தது.
• இந்நிலையில் நடப்பு ஆண்டு அக்டோபரில் பத்தாவது இடத்திற்கு முன்னேறியுள்ளது.
• பரபரப்பான வழித்தடங்களின் பட்டியலில் மும்பை–துபாய், டெல்லி–துபாய் வழித்தடங்கள் இடம் பிடித்துள்ளன.

2. இந்தியா கேட் பிராண்டுக்கு அங்கீகாரம்

• நறுமணம், தனித்துவமிக்க சுவை உள்ளிட்ட சிறப்பம்சங்களுக்காக இந்தியா கேட் பிராண்ட் பாசுமதி அரிசிக்கு உலகின் நம்பர் ஒன் அந்தஸ்து வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• அமெரிக்கா, ஐரோப்பா, ஆசிய–பசிபிக், மத்திய கிழக்கு & அமெரிக்கா கண்டங்களில் வெள்ளை மற்றும் பழுப்பு நிற பாசுமதி அரிசி வகைகளில் ஆய்வுகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டன.
• இதில், இந்தியாவின் கேஆர்பிஎல் நிறுவனத்தின் இந்தியா கேட் உலகின் நம்பர் ஒன் பாசுமதி அரிசி பிராண்டாக அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

3. ஜி-20 உச்சி மாநாடு

• இந்தியாவில் அடுத்த ஆண்டு ஜி-20 உச்சி மாநாடு நடைபெற உள்ள நிலையில் அந்த கூட்டமைப்பின் பொது சமூக குழுவின் (சி 20) தலைவராக மாதா அமிர்தானந்தமயியை மத்திய அரசு நியமித்துள்ளது.
• ஜி-20 கூட்டமைப்பின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ தொடர்பு குழுக்களில் ஒன்றான சி20, அரசு சாரா மற்றும் வர்த்தகம் சாரா அமைப்புகளின் கருத்துக்களை உறுப்பு நாடுகளின் தலைவர்களிடம் எடுத்து செல்வதற்கான தளமாகும்.
• உலகில் வளர்ந்த மற்றும் வளர்ந்து வரும் நாடுகளை உள்ளடக்கிய ஜி-20 கூட்டமைப்பின் தலைமை பொறுப்பை வரும் டிசம்பர் ஒன்றாம் தேதி முதல் அடுத்த ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 30ம் தேதி வரை ஓராண்டுக்கு இந்தியா வகிக்க உள்ளது.
• சிகர நிகழ்வான ஜி-20 உச்சி மாநாடு, டெல்லியில் அடுத்த ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 9-10 தேதிகளில் நடைபெற உள்ளது.
• ஜி-20 கூட்டமைப்பானது, 19 நாடுகள் மற்றும் ஐரோப்பிய யூனியன் உள்ளடக்கியதாகும்.
• கடந்த 1999இல் இந்த கூட்டமைப்பு உருவாக்கப்பட்டது முதல் இந்தியா உறுப்பினராக உள்ளது.
• உலக அளவிலான ஒட்டுமொத்த உற்பத்தியில் (ஜிடபிள்யுபி) 80 சதவீதத்தை ஜி-20 நாடுகள் கொண்டுள்ளன.
• அத்துடன் உலக மக்கள் தொகையில் மூன்றில் இரு பங்கும், 77 சதவீதம் வரையிலான சர்வதேச வர்த்தகத்தையும் என் நாடுகள் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன.
• ஜி-20 கூட்டமைப்பின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ தொடர்பு குழுக்களில் ஒன்றாக சி20 கடந்த 2013–ல் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• இதில் உறுப்பு நாடுகளின் பொது சமூக அமைப்புகள் உள்பட 800க்கும் மேற்பட்ட அமைப்புகள், பிரதிநிதிகள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

4. ஐநா பயங்கரவாத தடுப்பு மாநாடு

• ஐ.நா.  பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலின் பயங்கரவாத தடுப்பு மாநாடு மும்பையில் தொடங்குகிறது.
• ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலின் நிரந்தர உறுப்பினர்களாக அமெரிக்கா, பிரிட்டன், ரஷ்யா, சீனா, பிரான்ஸ் ஆகிய நாடுகள் உள்ளன.
• அந்த கவுன்சிலின் 10 நிரந்தரமற்ற உறுப்பு நாடுகளில் ஒன்றாக இந்தியா உள்ளது.
• இந்தியாவின் பதவிக்காலம் வரும் டிசம்பருடன் நிறைவடைகிறது. ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலின் பயங்கரவாத தடுப்பு குழுவின் தலைமை பொறுப்பையும் இந்தியாவில் வகித்து வருகிறது.
• அக்குழுவின் சிறப்பு மாநாடு முதல் முறையாக இந்தியாவில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. அந்த மாநாடு மும்பையில் தொடங்க உள்ளது.

5. ஜி.எம்.அக்பர் அலி தலைமையில் தெரிவிக்குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டது

• தகவல் பெறும் உரிமைச் சட்டம் 2005 படி தமிழகத்தில் தகவல் ஆணையம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• தகவல் ஆணையத்தின் தலைமை தகவல் ஆணையராக ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஐஏஎஸ் அதிகாரி ஆர்.ராஜகோபால் செயல்பட்டு வந்தார்.
• அவர் மற்றும் நான்கு தகவல் ஆணையர்களின் பதவிக்காலம் முடிவுக்கு வந்த நிலையில் புதிதாக தகவல் ஆணையர்களின் நியமிக்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இதற்காக ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி ஜி.எம்.அக்பர் அலி தலைமையில் தெரிவிக் குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த குழுவில் நகராட்சி நிர்வாக துறை கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர் சிவதாஸ் மீனா, ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஐஏஎஸ் அதிகாரி கே.அலாவுதீன் ஆகியோர் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
• பத்திரிக்கை சமூக–சேவகர்கள்:
• பொதுவாழ்வில் பரந்துபட்ட அறிவையும், அனுபவத்தையும் கொண்டிருக்கக் கூடியவர்கள் தகவல் ஆணையர்கள் பதவிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம் என தெரிவிக்குழு கேட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• சட்டம், அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பம், சமூக சேவை, மேலாண்மை, இதழியல், வெகுஜன ஊடகம், நிர்வாகம் ஆகிய பிரிவுகளில் சிறப்பான பங்களிப்பை செய்தவர்கள் தகவல் பெறும் உரிமை சட்டத்தின் படி தலைமை தகவல் ஆணையர் மற்றும் தகவல் ஆணையராக நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவது என தெரிவு குழு கூறியுள்ளது.
• அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு இடமில்லை:
• தகவல் பெறும் உரிமைச் சட்டப்பிரிவு 15(6)-ன் படி, நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினரோ, சட்டப்பேரவை உறுப்பினரோ தகவல் ஆணையராக பொறுப்பு வகிக்க முடியாது.
• ஊதியமாக வரக்கூடிய பணிகளில் இருப்போர், அரசியல் கட்சிகளில் இணைந்து செயல்படுவோர், வணிக நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபடுவோர் ஆகியோரும் விண்ணப்பம் செய்ய முடியாது.
• தலைமை தகவல் ஆணையர் மற்றும் தகவல் ஆணையர்களுக்கான பதவிக்காலம் மூன்று ஆண்டுகளாகும். 60 வயதை கடந்தவர்களாக இருந்தால் 65 வயது வரையில் பதவியை வகிக்க முடியும்.

6. கிரிக்கெட்டில் வீரர்களுக்கு இணையாக வீராங்கனைகளுக்கும் ஊதியம்

• இந்திய கிரிக்கெட்டில் பாலின சமத்துவத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில், வீரர்களுக்கு இணையாக வீராங்கனைகளுக்கும் ஆட்ட ஊதியம் வழங்கப்படும் என்று பிசிசிஐ அறிவித்தது.
• வீராங்கனைகளுக்கு ஒரு ஆட்டத்திற்கான ஊதியம், டெஸ்ட் கிரிக்கெட்டில் ரூபாய் 4 லட்சத்திலிருந்து ரூபாய் 15 லட்சம் ஆகவும் ஒன் டே கிரிக்கெட்டில் ரூபாய் ஒரு லட்சத்திலிருந்து ரூபாய் 6 லட்சம் ஆகவும், டி 20 கிரிக்கெட்டில் ரூபாய் ஒரு லட்சத்திலிருந்து ரூபாய் மூன்று லட்சமாகவும் உயர்த்தப்படுகிறது.
• சர்வதேச கிரிக்கெட்டில் இரு பாலின கிரிகெட்டர்களுக்கும் சம ஊதியம் வழங்கும் நாடுகளின் வரிசையில் இரண்டாவதாக இணைகிறது.
• இந்தியா, அத்தகைய முதல் நாடாக நியூசிலாந்து இந்த ஆண்டில் ஏற்கனவே முந்தி கொண்டது.

1. Launch of ‘Friendship with You-Mental Health Services’ programme

1. World’s Busiest Airports

• Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport has been ranked tenth in the list of busiest airports in the world.
• Aviation research firm OAG has released a list of the busiest airports in the world.
• This list has been prepared by comparing domestic and international flight service status for October 2019 and October 2022.
• Atlanta Airport tops this list. Dubai Airport is second and Tokyo Haneda Airport is third.
• Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport was ranked 14th in this list in October 2019.

3. G-20 Summit

• With the G-20 summit to be held in India next year, the central government has appointed Mata Amrithanandamayi as the chairperson of the group’s General Social Committee (C20).
• The C20, one of the official contact groups of the G-20 Alliance, is a platform for taking the views of non-governmental and non-commercial organizations to the leaders of member states.
• India will hold the presidency of the G-20 group of developed and developing countries for one year from 1st December to 30th November next year.
• The summit event, G-20 Summit, is scheduled to be held in Delhi on September 9-10 next year.
• The G-20 grouping consists of 19 countries and the European Union.
• India has been a member of this organization since its inception in 1999.
• G-20 countries account for 80 percent of global gross domestic product (GWP).
• In addition, my countries account for two-thirds of the world’s population and up to 77 percent of international trade.
• The C20 was launched in 2013 as one of the official contact groups of the G-20 alliance.
• It is noteworthy that more than 800 organizations and representatives including general social organizations of member countries have participated in it.

• According to the Right to Information Act 2005, Information Commission has been set up in Tamil Nadu.
• Retired IAS officer R. Rajagopal was working as the Chief Information Commissioner of the Information Commission.
• It has been decided to appoint new Information Commissioners as he and four other Information Commissioners have completed their terms.
• An advisory committee was constituted under the chairmanship of retired Justice GM Akbar Ali. Municipal Administration Department Additional Chief Secretary Sivadas Meena and retired IAS officer K. Alauddin are included in this committee.
• Press Social-Workers:
• The Committee has requested that those who have wide knowledge and experience in public life can apply for the post of Information Commissioners.
• The selection committee has said that those who have made outstanding contribution in the fields of law, science and technology, social service, management, journalism, mass media and administration will be appointed as Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner under the Right to Information Act.
• No place for politicians:
• According to Section 15(6) of the Right to Information Act, a Member of Parliament or a Member of Legislative Assembly cannot hold the responsibility of Information Commissioner.
• Those who are in salaried jobs, active in political parties and engaged in commercial activities are also not eligible to apply.
• The tenure of the Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioners is three years. If they are above 60 years of age, they can hold the post upto 65 years of age.

6. Female players are paid at par with men in cricket

• In order to promote gender equality in Indian cricket, BCCI has announced that women players will be paid per match at par with male players.
• The per match pay for women players is increased from Rs 4 lakh to Rs 15 lakh in Test cricket, from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 6 lakh in ODI cricket and from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 3 lakh in T20 cricket.
